I have been visiting the salt cave at Milton Keynes for quite a few years now and Linh runs it so well, always spotlessly clean, professionally run but with a nice personal touch and always greeted with a lovely smile. As for the benefits of the salt cave, there are not many alternative treatments that you feel an instant benefit from but this is an hour spent relaxing and walking out with a clearer more open chest and also a feeling of cleansing which is hard to describe but I would thoroughly recommend you try it.

Wonderful and very different experience with extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean, de-stressing and relaxing environment with lockers, shoe and hair covers to prepare you for the salt room. When you lie down without your mobile phone, the lights are dimmed and gentle music is played it's extremely therapeutic and great for respiratory problems. You leave feeling great, breathing well but with a slight covering of salt!! Really enjoyed my visit. 😍😍
