I can highly recommend, nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Diane was very professional at all times, there was never any rush or pressure to continue, following the initial consultation. I have used another service in the past; however, this has superseded those. I also find that the outcome appears to be much improved from previous treatments, from another venue. I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic and I will continue to use this clinic again in the future.

Fabulous service! I’ve been coming for years and it’s always a pleasure to see the team. I really love that Diane and Jane are fully qualified nurses as well so I know I’m always in safe hands (which makes all the difference!!!) when having treatments done. The costs are very competitive and the range of treatments is blooming brilliant. Definitely go and see them if you want to have something done!

Absolutely fantastic clinic, I’ve had treatments from Diane and Jane and always been delighted with the results from both and Sam is so lovely on reception and puts you at ease . I live abroad but the first thing I do when I land is go to Diane for Botox. She is very friendly, professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. I’m always a little nervous but it really is painless and she’s very quick! The clinic is central in Newcastle and looks amazing. I’m always in and out within 5 minutes. Unlike other places I tried in the past The results last for a long time on me and seems to give me an eyebrow lift at the same time which I love and for these reasons I would never go anywhere else.

I’ve been here only twice now but I can honestly not recommend them more. Both Dianne and Jane are so caring and patient, I’ve had Botox twice with Dianne and she’s been wonderful, I had filler with Jane for the first time and I was incredibly nervous about the pain and she walked me through it and answered all of my questions while giving me time to think and be ready. The results are incredible, I’ve been self conscious about my eyebrows and my nasolabial folds for so long and the results have been amazing, I honestly nearly cried after my appointment I was so happy. The whole team is brilliant, even the people on reception who make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. I won’t risk going anywhere else

Diane was so professional and helpful during my consultation and made sure I was aware of all risks with the treatment. I had dermal fillers by the lovely Jane. I can get abit anxious with needles, but Jane was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Practice was amazing. A full consultation was offered before hand. Jane was very professional, outlining pros and cons of the procedure, ensuring I made the right decision for me. After care was brilliant also. The staff really do go the extra mile to ensure you're happy with results. I've had fillers multiple times in the past but my experience at City Aesthetics was by far the best! I recently visited City Aesthetics to see Jane. The clinic itself is stunning and is constantly being kept clean to keep up with Covid-19 hygiene regulations. This was my first time visiting the clinic and I must say that Jane is such a lovely lady. She is very knowledgeable in her field and talked through everything thoroughly. I’d highly recommend going here!! I have Botox with Diane and she’s such a lovely person, she talks through exactly what your aim is or what you want done and explains everything in detail and what the outcome will be before she’d do anything, she makes you feel relaxed and important. There’s no rush, very laid back atmosphere, when entering the reception area in which is immaculate the receptionist gives you a lovely warm welcome! The clinic is in a beautiful building..all elegance and style. Their safe covid-19 system is excellent. One way system and gel and sprays and social distances strictly adhered to. Personal protective equipment worn by both members of the clinic I saw and interacted with and of course I had my mask in too. All paperwork was completed prior to my appointment on line (bonus). Detailed and informative consultation with clear explanations and opportunities to ask questions before proceeding with the treatment (if I was happy to go ahead) YES I was after waiting for many months to give my frown a holiday! Treatment was quick and pain free and I have waited for its effects to kick in before rating its effectiveness. The results have been fabulous..slower than usual to take effect (day 7 rather than day 4) but great none the less. Will I be back for more....YES I will, even though I now live in Bristol! I have another reason to pop home up North..as well as to see my family. Thank you for a great experience. See you in a few months. 😃

After suffering with Temperomandibular Joint Disorder which causes Chronic Pain in the jaw my dentist suggested trying Botox as no other treatments have been effective. I Can confirm it works wonders and not only am I no longer in pain, I have noticed a more defined jawline too! Diane is very friendly and professional and puts you at ease with any questions you may have. To anyone who suffers with TMJ and/or teeth grinding, I can't reccomend the botox treatment enough.
