E. M.I went in for a blood test, I am really terrible with blood tests and often they can take over 45 minutes to be completed. However Val was fantastic! I was in and out within 10 minutes. She made me feel very welcome, totally safe and it really made my day!
R.I can’t rate this practice, and specifically my GP Dr Ben Davies, more highly. The new online system called Salvie is an absolute game changer for patients (and I hope long-suffering GPs too)! I always get a response the same day, most of the time within an hour, even. I think they are doing an incredible job despite the huge lack of funding and massive shortage of GPs. Anyone who says otherwise should really take it up with our current government!
P. P. (. P.My family and I have been registered with this practice since 1980. Personnel have obviously changed but we have always had excellent treatment.
We have utilised the app, spoken on the phone and seen several members of staff since the start of Covid and have been very happy with the treatment received.
