Prescription Department: I just wanted to give a big thank you to Bethany who works in the Prescription Ordering Team. On the times I have needed assistance with something Bethany has always been a great help. I have been diagnosed Gluten Sensitive and for anyone who has any Gluten form of intolerance will appreciate the difficulties finding certain foods that taste nice. I recently wanted to change my brand of bread that I can order and Bethany listened and actioned everything I asked for to be done and all the changes were done instantly. I realise this doesn’t sound much but getting things sorted as efficiently as Bethany has done for me is massively appreciated when you have other things going on in your life. Thank you Bethany for being empathetic, professional, efficient and cheerful.

Well I'm new to the practice and I dont understand these bad one star reviews on the receptionists as they have always been great with me and have always answered on the giving number quicker than any other drs I have been with.... they have occosianly went out their way to helpif Iv had a problem with me meds.so I rate them very good.and the drs seem also good Iv never had a problem been with them over a year now and always need regular meds so I' use them a fair bit ..

Hi I heard on your recording about not being abusive to the receptionist and I find it hard to think anyone could be like that to you because your just trying to help people they are disgusting people like that in this world now. I spoke to Chloe at 2pm and she was brilliant and even got me an appointment today which I honestly thought it would be next week sometime so thank you again Chloe you are definitely an asset to your health centre. I would also just like to say that everyone that works there are first class, very friendly and great at their jobs.

I requested a telephone appointment because I had a bad cough which I didn’t want to share with other patients. I was called at home by a GP the same morning. She listened very carefully to my symptoms and asked a lot of pertinent questions. She recommended treatment after inadvertently hearing me cough, and renewed a prescription I needed which had expired. I felt I was given every opportunity to share my concerns and obtain the best possible treatment
