L. D.Since setting up their online Klinik appointments earlier this year we've found the service to be so much better. The system of triaging appointment requests means urgent/important requests get a response very quickly while others less urgent/more routine can wait a few days. As ever, the doctors and other staff at the surgery are very good while working under increasing pressure from more and more local new builds creating more and more demands for medical services.
H.We had a great experience with Grayhill this week when our toddler was unwell. 15 minutes after completing the Klinik form the receptionist called us and asked us to bring her in to see the GP. Dr Owen called us into our appointment early, diagnosed quickly and we left minutes later with a prescription. Can’t praise the service enough.
