Mile end drs surgery are brilliant and outstanding. Doctors to nurses and receptionist have look after me so well esp in the past month. I would like to say a big thank you. You all been amazing.

Liz, nurse practitioner, is absolutely lovely- so caring and kind. Actually felt like she cared about me as a person. Seen before my appointment time as I happened to get there slightly earlier. Got in to see her same day also and receptionist didn’t try and argue with me on the phone (as has happened at other surgeries). Generally very impressed by the surgery.

This surgery is truly brilliant! My family (especially the kids)are usually seen by Dr O'Shea and Dr Prabhu and they are always patient and kind to us.They are extremely dedicated and committed to their job and you get the feeling that they truly care. They are just great doctors and genuinely good human beings! A special mention for Dr Perez - Morales (who saw my daughter last evening). Dr Perez-Morales called to check if my daughter was feeling better after an earlier appointment. My daughter was still quite unwell and she offered to see her straightaway. All the nurses and practitioners always have a smile on their face. We've truly hit jackpot with this surgery!! Thank you so much!

Dr O Shea is a brilliant doctor...always has time to listen to you...which gives us all that privileged time! She is very thorough and professional, at the same time empathetic!! Hopefully she will never leave! I dont know Dr Prabhu as well...but since she has been at the practice...i would certainly go to her when i cant see Dr O Shea! Continuity is of major importance when possible! She too is empathetic, kind and professional! I have been very happy with this surgery during my 24 yrs there!
