Just had cataract surgery and the staff made me feel at ease and we're so pleasant and when I went in the theatre the surgeon and nurses were very good and made the experience so less stressful. They have called me to see how I'm doing so I won't hesitate to have my other eye done. Very impressed with the whole experience.

The surgery was quiet and very clean, I didnt have to wait for my appointment and the nurse Magdalena was absolutely superb during the procedure and explained everything to perfection, really easy and quick process, she made me feel very comfortable, lovely lady.

Been with St Stephens gate Medical Practice now for 38 years when it started as a surgery on unthank Road and then moved into the Medical centre. I have been extremely lucky to have had 2 amazing doctors that have looked after my care, Dr gall until he retired, and now Dr keep who I cannot praise enough for the excellent Medical care I receive. The receptionists have always been helpful and so has the prescriptions team. The surgery is always clean and tidy. I would not consider going anywhere else for my healthcare. I can only thank all the staff that are working under extreme pressure and doing the best they can during the covid which they are participating in. Compared to other surgeries we are extremely lucky to have this surgery and its staff. Thankyou to everyone that works there, for all your hard work.

My wife Jennifer received nothing more than excellent service , over the last few months , whilst receiving Cataract Surgery on both eyes, although Jennifer is in a wheelchair she was treat with kindness , from both the Surgeon and the nursing staff thank you all so much
