K. H.The appointment with Dr Duffy was quick and easy to arrange on line with many choices of dates to attend. You pay in advance and I feel it was well worth the fee as I had a good hours consultation, never felt rushed and really felt at the center of all the decision making regarding my ongoing care plan, blood tests and treatment options. I received a lot of information which was then also sent to me following the consultation by email which is very useful when your memory is not always as reliable as it once was. I was also sent a number of pieces of useful information prior to the consultation. During the consultation I opted to take a blood test and a private prescription for which i was sent a secure link to pay for the items and they arrived at my home the following day by DPD. Making a follow up consultation was simple to arrange with plenty of date choices and again done via a link which comes the same day with the post consultation letters for both you and your GP.
I really cannot recommend Dr Duffy highly enough, she puts you immediately at ease and is both engaging and informative and uses language which is easy to understand. She really takes care of you and makes you feel like you have all the time you need to get to the bottom of all your concerns. I feel extremely positive for my future in navigating all the changes that have made such an impact on my life over the past few years. Already I feel so supported and ready to get back to living my life in the way i always did in the past. Thank you Dr Duffy.

I became despondent. My symptoms progressively worsened, hot flushes 20+ a day, rollercoaster moods and alarming hair loss.
