I have been seeing Kaytie at Myla for three years now and I would not go to anyone else. There is a reason she is always fully booked up but honestly the wait is always worth it. THE BEST OF THE BEST Aside from how amazingly talented she is and how skilled she is at the flat not fat technique, she is beyond professional in all areas. You will not find many in this industry who are so caring and knowledgable - Katie genuinely cares about your health, not just your appearance or how many followers on social media. Kaytie is truly about giving the best service to her customers, this means making sure they are happy with the outcome but also explaining the steps and risks, the aftercare and settling any concerns. Ever since I was a little girl I have been petrified of needles to the point that I would struggle to have blood tests but Kaytie made me feel so comfortable. Hence I now go back routinely and to top it off, I have nearly got over my fear of needles and have managed two blood tests since then! Miracle worker - in more ways than one! Honestly, I cannot fault her service and would highly recommend her. But the real reason I wanted to write this review, albeit quite a lengthy one is unrelated to the treatment I received at MYLA but still deserves acknowledgement because Kaytie went above and beyond what was required of her. During my last appointment I told Kaytie, just during general chit chat - that I had attended a different aesthetic clinic in Manchester and as a result suffered post-BBL. After attending this other aesthetics clinic, I experienced lumps and pain in the area, numerous episodes of infection that was accompanied by a temperature. I felt so silly and embarrassed that I had had a certain cosmetic procedure done (not one that Myla offer (and for good reason) or I would have gone to Kaytie). Nevertheless, just from talking to Kaytie, she assisted me massively, more than any other medical or beauty professional has in the 6 months since it happened. I had been chasing the clinic where I had the procedure done in Manchester and received little or no response. Kaytie helped me research this aesthetics company, unbeknown to me, they claim and look professional and shall we say qualified.. but in this industry what even is qualified anymore? It’s a shame to say that the service I received at the other aesthetics place was negligent, poor and very unprofessional. This is why I so strongly believe that Kaytie deserves the recommendation she gets, her professionalism is second to none. Not only does she study and attend extra training to get the best techniques for her customers but she is constantly ensuring she is knowledgable and up to date with the medical side of aesthetics. She puts in the extra work and relentless studying which so few other aesthetic companies do. Myla is prepared and ready - this is a vast comparison to the other aesthetics clinic I attended. To give you a little insight, when I approached the other clinic after their negligence they offered me antibiotics in the post without a discussion or sight of the problem. This is so risky and dangerous, it makes you wonder where or how they are getting medication from if not ‘qualified’ or ‘legally able to prescribe’. Then it makes you wonder what products or injectables are some aesthetics companies using, is it all approved, do they stick to the regulated and branded fillers or do they buy cheap off market all just to make a bigger profit... This is why you have to be very careful in picking a good aesthetic clinic. I know from experience that MYLA is great, using the best products and always carrying out research to make sure she is delivering the very best to her clients. Professional, qualified and all bases covered pre, during and post procedure. PERFECT. You get that gut feeling, pick up on the persona and kindness of the practitioner. My gut feeling has always served me well with MYLA. Always incredible results!!!

I had my lip filler done by Kaytie in September and she was so kind and professional throughout. She told me a realistic outcome and any risks before she started the treatment and made sure that I was calm throughout. Once the treatment was complete, I had quite a lot of swelling and I was unsure whether I liked the results but Kaytie reassured me that it was mostly swelling and that it would go down in the upcoming days. After a few days had passed, all the swelling was gone and I loved my results. They look so natural and I finally feel like I have a top lip even when I smile! Her flat not fat technique is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a skin/filler treatment

I have wanted to have lip filler for quote some time but could not make my decision until I came across MYLA Aesthetics. I know a lot of people go else where due to a waiting list, but it's so worth the wait! Great location and so very friendly. I originally booked for 1ml, but after a great consultation I opted for 0.6ml and I am so so happy with the results. Clearly not just after the £££! I have had so many compliments on how natural they look, but also nice and plump. I can now wear lipstick for the first time in forever. I did get a lot of bruising, but I expected that because of the way I am, I headed over to the instragram and the post about bruising completely put me at ease! Kaytie is the most kindest and careful practitioner! Her salon is clean and beautiful. I feel at ease being there and have full trust in her. I went to her as I wanted to correct a little lump I had in my lip that previous lip filler brought out but is part of my natural autonomy. Kaytie took her time and carefully placed the filler to ensure my lips didn’t show this anymore, and they don’t ! They also are beautiful and full yet so natural looking. Her “flat not fat” really does work! I have beautiful plump lips but they don’t stick out and look uneven, they just look like naturally full lips! Kaytie is a miracle worker for 1. Honestly my big round face now has structure and subtle changes that make a HUGE difference. I had profile balancing and can honestly say best thing ever. Kaytie will never ever do a treatment she doesn’t think 1/you need 2/ isn’t right for you so absolutely no chance of going OTT. Putting all that aside I have never felt safer in anyone’s hands. My experience was amazing!! I would recommend anyone wanting lip fillers to Kaytie, I have already given her business cards out to family, friends and customers of mine!! My first lip filler experience somewhere else was absolute hell and I came to Kaytie flustered and worried but she put me at ease, gave me a squishy cushion to pinch if needed (I didn't need this I was fine) she used a different filler to benefit me and also gave me a canula (hope that's spelt right) to ensure less pain and less injections.
