I visited Vali recently at the surgery Firstly Vali was super friendly and knowledgeable about who I was as a person and chatting with me about myself and my work ( she made me feel like I wasn’t just a any old client) Secondly she listened to my the requests I made an gave me exactly what I wanted. So I struggle soooo bad with hayfever, I wake up with it go to sleep etc! So before I had the hayfever injection I couldn't even leave my house because my hayfever was so bad. I get a double dose of the injection every year and this allows me hike though the summer, camp and wild swim. I am such a nature lover so hayfever really got me down and made me feel isolated all summer but now I can go wherever I want!! Amazing would recommend to anyone and I'm someone who doesn't even like to take a paracetamol!

We have been using Regent Street Clinic in Nottingham for the past few years for our occupational health services and have found the clinic to be very well organised, responsive and professional. They are available in the evenings and at weekends and seem to always find a last minute appointment when other clinics are either closed or unavailable. There is a choice of different doctors and nurses to see at the Nottingham clinic and we have been particularly impressed with Dr Bobby, not only an excellent doctor but also a charming and friendly young man. There is no free parking on Regent Street so parking has to be metered and there is not always a space outside the clinic but it is quite easy to find a space on the neighbouring roads. In terms of cost, regent street fees are much better than other clinics in Nottingham who can charge extortionate fees for an appointment, we know this first hand as we used a different service once but we were not impressed. We recommend regent street clinic highly and without hesitation, they are happy to communicate with NHS gp practices and are obviously well respected as the local practice nurses recommend the clinic for various services too.

Professional and Quick Service Visited the Regent Street Clinic to have a blood test as I’ve been trying to get this done from the NHS for year. Was seen to on the day of the appointment and had my results delivered the following day. The Doctor discussed my results and explained what I should change in both my diet and lifestyle. Also if there is anything else I need help with, the doctor is happy to help at any time.

I’ve wasted so much time and money ordering online test kits which haven’t been delivered on time and as a result I had to reschedule some flights! The appointment booking system was easy to navigate through. They knew I had been booked in, hence I did not need to flash the confirmation email upon arriving for my appointment. I was treated without delay. The medical instructions were crystal clear. The PCR test was painless and they managed to deliver its result in a fit-to-fly certificate within 36 hours. The option to fill in the patient registration form electronically on the spot/prior to the appoinment online would mean an added value to the modern patient experience.

Years and years of fantastic service to our family and friends. We used to come when there was only one clinic in Nottingham but we've also visited the clinics in Derby and Leicester and had a similar experience in each. The staff are down to earth and very professional, always friendly, even though they're now really busy they will always make time to listen carefully and offer their best. Lab tests and hospital referrals are not cheap, however you can't put a price on your health and the clinic makes sure that results are made available to show to the local GP and that they are explained in simple terms which we can understand. Its 100 stars from me and our family, Regent Street Clinic has stood the test of time and is a really great service in so many ways.

My close circle of friends have been coming to Regent Street Clinic for the past 12 years and absolutely rave about the quality of the service and the honest, warm nature of the staff who go out of their way to make people feel welcome and valued. The aesthetics staff are never pushy, in fact we have found them to be quite the opposite, refusing treatments if they have felt concerned that it may not be in our interest. If we have needed to go in for a top up, the team of doctors and nurses have been very pleasant and eager to ensure that we are happy with the results. The clinic in Nottingham In particular is always so busy, but they will still squeeze appointments in to offer a fabulous same day service. Unfortunately some people will complain about anything, but from 12 years of experience, I fully recommend Regent Street and all of the staff there, we have tried other clinics when they have had offers on, but we always end up here.

I booked in for the hayfever injection as my symptoms were really severe and the NHS had just recommended I take several antihistamines a day. I booked online and the process was really simple I booked on the day and they had several afternoon appointments left. When I arrived I was given some forms to fill in and sat down in the waiting room reading the literature if you're over a certain weight you need 2 does of the injection so it jumps from £75 to £150 but my hayfever was bad so if it clears it up ill pay it. Once I saw the nurse it was very quick maybe 5 mins and I was done the one downside was I had to wait an hour over my appointment time. I did feel that for the amount of money you pay your appointment should be on time but the injection has worked and cleared up 80% of my symptoms so I can't complain.

After my first review , I wasn’t happy at all , I felt conned and mislead , however I received a call today from saleem azam, practise manager, a very constructive conversation, he has taken on my concerns and is hopefully going to act on them , the main issue of addressing there website and informing people the prices are FROM £75 ( for an antihistamine injection) . Like many people I just looked at the price which said £75, mine was doubled to £150 because of the weight that you are ( I’m only 12 stone ) , I sincerely hope they make this a LOT clearer and then I don’t think there will as many bad reviews, They should also address the reviews with answers people can see. Very impressed with the clinic this morning - booked a last minute trip to India with my partner and neither of us were up to date with our vaccines. The NHS nurse recommended rabies and hepatitis B courses but they were unable to help and referred us to Traveldoc. We got an appointment and the required vaccinations within 2 hours of calling and the doctor provided us with free sterile medical kits, medication for upset tummies and some great advice on local outbreaks in India over the past few months. We both left the clinic feeling much more confident about our trip. Will definitely be returning.

Went to the Nottingham clinic this morning ahead of a trip to Bali and vietnam (volunteering) next week. I had no idea that rabies was a problem in Bali and my nurse said that all i needed was Hepatitis A but that clearly wasn't the case because I went over it all with the consultant and rabies has been a big problem in Bali for years now and the medicine you need afterwards is hard to get hold of and the disease can kill you. Clearly this is a great service because I would never have known. I told the consultant that i really couldn't afford the vaccines and amazingly the doctor did a quick course for me to get me covered FOR FREE because i was volunteering. This clinic is the best, the staff are really clued up and some people can't afford the shots but the advice is still superb. Anyway i'll be going better protected and that's the most important thing. Can't thank the clinic enough.

Best experience I could of hoped for and better!. I had been wanting to enhance my lips for over a year, and with my friends going in to get them done & coming back looking fabulous, I was so jealous but scared of the idea of having them injected. I was so nervous, but with a little reassurance from friends and by Bobby I went through with it. I was greeted by the friendliest girls on reception and they eased my mind about the whole process. When I was taken through and sat in the chair, my nerves were calmed by Bobby and he reassured me that I wouldn't feel any pain. I had numbing cream on my lips to help me with the injections, and I can honestly say I didn't feel any pain at all!. They were instantly plump, and for the first time in my life I had the juicy lips Id been wishing for! I couldn't be any happier, I was silly for letting my nerves get the better of me else I could of had them a long time ago, there was nothing to worry about!. My lips look so natural, they don't look 'fake' at all, they don't look too 'big' for my features and they just feel natural too. There has been no problems what so ever and I couldn't be more thankful to Bobby and the girls at reception, you've all made me a happy girl!. Thank you so much!

I had been struggling for years with my health through the NHS and I was going down hill and if felt like I was just having my symptoms patched up rather than the causes found and treated. Bobby and his team worked with me to get the help and tests needed to identify the causes of my ill health and address them. I was surprised how different the treatment is between the NHS and the private GP. There is no comparison and just getting an appointment is easy. The cost for an appointment is also affordable as I always imagined it to be too expensive for me to afford. The high quality of care has also meant I have needed very few appointments to get to the root causes and address them. I was working as a flight attendant freelancing on different trips and was often asked to do worldwide trips on short notice. This was always a worry for me as I was always uncertain in what vaccination I already had and if I was protected in all the contrives I was travelling too, with all the media recently covering stories of illness and disease in some countries I needed to make sure I was up to date with my inoculations so I made an appointment at the Regent Street Clinic. when arriving at the clinic it felt very warm and welcoming and the friendly and pleasant receptionist signed me in. I then went in to see Dr Bobby. The first thing I noticed was how Friendly and comfortable he made me feel. After explaining why I was paying him the visit he immediately started researching the vaccinations I would need to the parts of the world I travelled to also giving me valuable advise of how to look after myself when visiting certain places which was a massive help to me. Dr Bobby then gave me the vaccines I needed. I am a little nervous when it comes to needles but Dr Bobby reassured me and made me feel calm. We moved to the UK from Michigan, USA and struck gold when we realised there was a private walk-in GP clinic in Nottingham. On two occasions my family members have been referred by Dr Bobby to the private BMI Park Hospital and we have been able to see a consultant within a couple of days, all covered by our international private health insurance.
