I visited Serious Skin for botox. I saw Petra who immediately made me feel at ease. She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are so reasonable. I will definitely be going back for further treatments and will be recommending to friends and family.

Petra is incredible! My first time at the salon, I was booked in for cheek filler. However, as the true professional Petra is, she picked up on the fact that I grind my teeth. She advised that I should first have Botox treatment for bruxisim & allow that to work before having any more treatments. The results are fantastic already. My jaw no longer aches & my jaw line has instantly slimed down (something that I never thought would happen). I’ve been for treatments at other places over the years & I can honestly say Petra’s skills & confidence is second to none. Thank you Petra xx

Attention to detail is key with aesthetics and Petra is a master of her craft. I like a very natural look and she tweeks my facial anatomy accordingly to help achieve this and delay the ageing process. I have recently been to the Serious Skin Clinic in Bestwood Village for my botox and lip filler. What a find!! A professional, reasonably priced and friendly clinic. Petra the owner is so nice and her knowledge and expertise is second to none. I have had botox for 10 years at various establishments over the years but Petra has outshone them all. Her products are the best on the market and there is no hard sell. Her vast range of treatments sell themselves. Yesterday i had the Tear Trough treatment and i look 10 years younger overnight - already!! Petra empowers women and knows exactly what you need. I walk out of the clinic feeling amazing! I will never go any where else. At last i have found a clinic that offers the best products, lovely, kind, friendly staff and great prices! Outstanding!! 5* all the way. Thank you Petra 🙏

Was recommended to see Petra by a friend, My gosh so happy that I did!! I booked in to see Petra for filler and to discuss some other treatments she was extremely professional really knew her stuff and offered the best treatments for my needs and really listened to what I actually wanted. after my treatment I couldn't be happier with the results. I have had treatments in the past elsewhere but can honestly say I definitely will not be going anywhere else after seeing Petra, high end products reasonably priced and all of the staff are really friendly and welcoming. I first visited the Serious Skin Clinic almost 2 years ago. I had previously had treatment elsewhere that had not been performed correctly, so I arrived obviously nervous. Petra immediately put me at ease, she has a gentle and empathetic manor. As well as being at the top of aesthetics profession. The clinic is clean and modern and is strictly adhering to Covid restrictions. I have had PDO thread treatments, with Petra's expertise I had minimal bruising and pain during and after the treatment. I would recommend Serious Skin if you want a sincere practitioner who genuinely cares about her clients. She will not carry out treatments on you if she thinks it's unnecessary, even if you want the botox/ lip filler etc. Petra is more concerned about her Clients who she ultimately treats like family!

Her advice, attention to detail and perfectionism stands her above the rest, she has an eye for what looks good and isn't happy for you to leave the clinic until she achieves it. She's not only interested in you aesthetically but also your wellbeing, advising on other services that you would benefit from. She is also happy to talk you out of something if she doesn't feel you need it. Its nice to find someone real out there in a very greedy industry. When contacting the clinic they are always happy to help, advise and are accommodating and friendly. When entering the clinic it is always clean, sterile and welcoming. Had a fantastic experience today having my treatment. I wanted some small tweaks to freshen my face as I'd started noticing some fine lines and sagging over lockdown (I'm 31). I booked a consultation which was incredibly informative and was given some advice on what would suit my face and the different procedures I could have done. I was told I could book an appointment in a weeks time so I could think over what I wanted done. I loved this as other clinics I've tried seem to be loading up the syringe before I've even agreed to anything. I had cheeks, chin and around my nose done with a small amount of filler at serious skin and Petra was amazing, she spoke to me the whole way through about what she was doing and really put me at ease. I really wanted my lips done with Petra too but after a horrible experience at another clinic where I cried because of the pain (the video is on instagram) and ended up with half my mouth bruised I wasnt sure I wanted to do it again. I spoke to Petra about this and decided I would have a small amount in my lips on my cupid bow. Oh My God there was absolutely no pain I couldn't believe it. I'm so happy with the results and will send some photos for Instagram in a week or so. I also spied a bowl of sweets and kitkats on the side, I mean what more do you need!? Highly recommended clinic!

I can't say enough good things about Serious Skin, from day 1 they have been fantastic at what they do. Both Petra and Aisleen make you feel incredibly welcome and I am always so impressed with their knowledge, they always have good recommendations for me and they really know what their clients want. Their new clinic is really comfortable and relaxed and they both make you feel so comfortable. Petra is just one in a million, I was really nervous the first time I had lip filler and I told her I was prone to fainting (very embarrassing) but she was so good with me, she was really patient and went as slow as I needed her to. She also distracted me to the point that I wasn't even nervous by the time she got started. This was it for me, I have never looked back since. I will never go anywhere else other than Serious Skin for my lips and botox. My lips always look fantastic and my botox is always spot on, and the 2 week review is really helpful for a little top up if required. They also do so many other really good procedures which I am going to book in for soon, especially microneedling. If you are looking for someone who really looks after you and actually cares then I 100% recommend Serious Skin.

I never normally write reviews. But here I am. All because, i was initially recommended by a couple of work friends to visit serious skin. It appeared my friends youthful glowing skin, was down to the lovely ladies who work there. I i took the plunge at 47 and had botox, not too much, just enough to look healthy, refreshed and natural. I had brow lamination, lash lift and microneedling with Jem. And how lovely she is and caring. I feel so pleased with my results. People are commenting already, and is has been fast results for me. Their expert advice includes skin care, and i trust these people are all passionate about this business for all the right reason. It's clear they like to see results as much as you do. I've been going to Petra for a couple of years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else. I'm prone to droopy brows and heavy eyes which I got from previous botox at various places. I explained that to petra and she knew exactly the amount of botox I needed and I get great results everytime 😀
