H. T.Dr Malik and Dr Ahmed are amazing. Honestly the best two Dr's I have ever come across. However the receptionist Elaine couldn't be any more rude or unprofessional if she tried, very very rude women. Cancelled my emergency appointment because she assumed I had put the phone down on her, I simply get very poor signal where my house is located. When I tried to explain what had happened she continuously accused me and then said they also get poor signal at the surgery and put the phone down on me. I am both shocked and outraged! I will be taking the matter further.
S. J.Registered myself, husband and young daughter when we moved to Gedling in April. I saw Dr Coleman, and he ran on time and was thorough and very pleasant. A couple of weeks ago my daughter saw a nurse with an unexplained rash, and she was also very thorough (calling a GP in to clarify her diagnosis) and amenable, and more recently my husband saw Dr Coleman and had much the same impression of him as I did. Not yet have we been seen much (if any) time after our appointment slot, and there are always plenty of available prebookable appointments online. When we've needed an on the day appointment, the helpful reception team made that process easy too.

l. j.Made an appointment at 830.this morning because I have suffered with my chest all weekend ,they got me an a appointment for 10.10 excellent doctors and nurses, I've now got the antibiotics I needed.Would definitely recommend this practice .
G. W.I have been using this surgery for the last 40 years, at present I am under Dr Khan, you could not get a better doctor anywhere, he is approachable, friendly, very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, I have always found the other members of staff very pleasant as well.
L.Good practice, you can usually get an appointment within 3 days and an emergency that day. Never have to wait in the waiting room long either.
