Reviews of Wansford Surgery
L. R.I've been attending the surgery for over 30 years and never had trouble seeing a doctor or nurse whenever it was needed. All of the medical staff have provided excellent service and provided me plenty of time to explain symptoms or associated problems. I often ask to see a nurse or the nurse practitioner when I feel the problem is more related to say, my tablets or to discuss the results of a blood test. Who ever I've seen has been kind and empathic to my concerns or questions. Those on the front desk have a trying job at times and take a lot of flack but they too have been understanding of my needs and have always been helpful and considerate. I feel fortunate that I am signed up to this practice.
K. C.Cannot fault the service at this surgery in what's been a challenging two years. When you hear the horror stories about other local surgeries I feel very reassured by the whole team there. Fast call backs, kind, caring and just how a surgery should be. Other surgeries with issues should watch and learn!

K. F.Recently whilst having a break at our caravan at Yarwell Mill I developed severe back pain and a trapped sciatic nerve on the Thursday before Good Friday . I rang the surgery although I am not a local resident and not a registered patient at the practice , After giving my details I was given an immediate appointment to see one of the lady doctors on duty . The lady doctor I saw was brilliant and very caring towards my severe discomfort , giving me a prescription for immediate pain relief which I could collect from the adjoining pharmacy . In this age of adverse comments regarding doctors appointments I have received a1st class service , thanks to you all for your much appreciated help .

H. G.I came home from Norway on Monday feeling very ill, phoned the surgery, gave my symptoms
to the receptionist, she said someone would phone me.
Within minutes I got that call from Sarah-Jane, who got me an appointment with a Doctor for 40 minutes later. Within an hour I was in PCH , I can only say thank you for your efficiency and care.
I am very grateful and pleased that Wansford is my surgery. Thank you.
