My little boy suffers with epilepsy and complex needs and I have found the help and support from this practice truly exceptional. Any medication request is dealt with promptly and efficiently. The GP’s are thorough and caring and offered same day face to face consultation. Nothing is ever too much to ask. I have found reception staff really helpful too, always cheerful, approachable and ready to help!
Pharmacy staff are also incredibly helpful, always handing over medication with a smile and the utmost respect.
I have worked for the NHS for over 20 years and I’m conscious of the pressures clinicians face, more so in the last 2 years of this pandemic. This surgery seem to ‘get it right’ on multiple aspects and I feel privileged to be a patient here.
