A very good clinic that covers many ailments. It's great for my partner, who has several health problems. She has seen several specialists there, and goes regularly to give blood samples so they can control her medication. The staff are very good and always willing to help.

Absolutely fantastic appointment very knowledgeable and informative just wished our son was referred here years ago as we now have a diagnosis and understand what’s going on and have a plan moving forward. We actually came out and said Wow!! Really thought the place must have been a private health centre that had taken on some NHS patients as not used to getting service like this. Thank-you.

I've been here a few times not only for treatment but also blood tests. You need to book in advance for an appointment as you can't walk in for your blood test. Blood tests are held on Mondays, Tuesday's & Friday's (but only in the morning on a Friday)

As you expect a health centre to be. Situated within the PNE complex, nr to the home supporters end. No doctors, but there are specialists there. Able to give blood samples there. Has physiotherapy and rheumatology departments. MUST wear a face mask when attending. Toilets inside. Friendly staff. There is a large pay n display car park next to the facility. Also has easy wheelchair access.

Mostly use the blood clinic here as its closer. First time today since covid. They were good enough to let us know there would be a delay because of a in house emergency. Dealt with someone being annoyed at an apparent misinformation of their appointment, and then another person got annoyed because of people coming in after her but being seen before her, though it was explained to her they were doing it by appointment times. The staff were as great as ever, even with a stressful situation, a emergency, people kicking off and a very hot day.

During covid restrictions, blood department very efficient and rapid turnover. Maybe this is the way forward with appointments when restrictions are lifted. Staff very professional & pleasant.

Had an initial appointment today and the Doctor was fantastic! So personable, compassionate and understanding. I'm so glad I'm on the right track to treatment.

I’d just like to say that the two Carens who did bloods on my very nervous daughter went far above and beyond there duty I think they had to try every trick in the book and managed to retrieve bloods. I would give ten stars if I could! Thank you very much.

The place was packed this afternoon but the treatment by Carol Greenall the physio was first class I couldn’t have paid private for better treatment. Well done Minerva your doing a great job all round including the lovely receptionists 👍👍
