I had to attend the surgery today for my booster shot, and I would just like to say thank you to the friendly staff, and especially thanks to the nurse who administered the shot... I really didn't feel a thing!!

Superb staff, both my Wife and I had the Jabs on 21st, in and out in minutes, thanks to all staff and Doctors. Finally, a big thanks to Dr Saba for all his past personal help, we hope you have a good retirement with your bicycle from Geoff & Janet Brown

My husband and I have had excellent, professional, compassionate and timely treatment from both doctors, nurses and receptionists. Very efficient from the outset from receptionist to the triage process, consultation and the treatment. Many thanks to you all.

I just want to say a very big thank you to all you lovely receptionists, you all work so hard and when I get through it’s like I’m the first person you've spoken to, you are all very kind, compassionate and caring. It’s been a tough year and you’ve all worked so hard, sometimes it takes quite a while to get through because I know you’re all rushed off your feet but, trust me it’s worth the wait.
Janet has helped me out so much during the past year, together with the rest off the receptionists I want to say “Thank you all from the bottom of my heart”.

Old school surgery run by a brilliant registration secretary! Administration is spot on, technician staff and nurses are decent and caring too! There are some issues to improve but I am way to tired to go in to any details and complain , as unnecessary anymore.Thank you.

I have visited several times over the last 6 months, and seen the nurses mainly, and earlier in the year, two different doctors. they are all very committed to their jobs and are literally lifesavers in these difficult times. the reception and admin staff that I have spoken too are also polite, helpful and caring. They are all thorough , consistent and professional. I would recommend anyone who is moving to the area to join the patients 'list for this surgery. I understand there may be changes afoot, but which may have been delayed or cancelled due to the prevailing concerns of Covid-19.

This surgery is very clean, orderly and most of all caring and understanding. The receptionists are almost always instantly able to help. The doctor I have is very clear and does not jump to conclusions and will listen to all ailments and is polite even if in a rush.
There is also a fast and helpful pharmacist on site that will provide the required prescriptions with due care and diligence.
My only down side is that they use a early morning phone line to book same day appointments..
It is a convenience but due to the time frame of the opening hours of the appointments and the overlapping of staff jobs it can be difficult to get an appointment. I am a full time carer for a disabled person and not often able to find time for my health. But when I do I know I can trust St Peters surgery to be clear and concise with their information and not mess anyone around they are proud of their work and it shows.

Reception staff very helpful and doctors patient and reassuring. It is sometimes hard to get an appointment that day- you need to queue or call a few times until you get through and sometimes they are fully booked but I have usually got one in the following couple of days. Advance appointments can be made for a few weeks’ time. There is a little wait of up to half an hour or so but doctors do not rush you once you’re being seen and I personally feel that staff are doing their best and some of the negative reviewers on here should be grateful for the NHS and not expect everything instantly!

I have been at this doctors since I was about 14 years old (accept a few years when I moved out of the area), but then I returned to this doctors when I moved back because they are so helpful!
They doctors do their best and are very understanding. You may wait a little bit extra then the appointment time but you know this is because they are spending their time helping each patient to the best of their ability, regardless of how under pressure they are.
Recently I had an appointment with Dr Saba about an issue that another doctors surgery had just brushed off and told me not to worry about a few years ago. I am a big worrier and so I booked an appointment with Dr Saba who took it more seriously, gave me a full check over and has set up the necessary referrals. He also gave me confidence in his answers and made me feel more like a person then just another person.
The NHS has a big strain on their resources but I feel this doctors surgery are really doing the best with what they have!

Some of the receptionists should NOT be answering the phones. One in particular always answers like she hates her job. Not good and not very approachable or empathetic. A little more compassionate service would be great, thanks.

Fantastic doctors Always been there for me for years great in every way

Quite nice place, the doctors know what they are doing and the reception personel make me feel welcomed. There is a pharmacy right next door for your prescriptions. The only issue is the car park being so small and always busy plus if you're about to leave and someone is just trying to get in, one of you need to back off.

Clear. Very good doctors I always go to Dr Kadri who explains everything very clearly takes his time and answers all concerns.
I’m surprised it has this low ratings?
Honestly it’s the best GP I’ve gone to In a long time compared to other ones in the are!
