Dont really have a need to visit the practise but when I do the experience of varied opinions causes me to be a little dissapointed Having suffered over the years with a health problem and always need antibiotics to assist but due to Covid it appears to be included in their decision to assist despite you knowing the indications which require meds they make it difficult to want to contact them

I've been with Biddulph Valley Surgery for 36 years since I was a baby and they did great with me and my family. And Dr Lightfoot who was my GP but now retired she's has always understood my condition. I give Biddulph Valley Surgery 5 stars ***** :)

Fantastic surgery. I have always been seen quickly by either a doctor or nurse where appropriate. Annual medicals including blood tests asthma and medicine reviews are invaluable in keeping me on track. Kind caring and friendly staff. I have only been here for 5 years and I feel more confident and in control of my health than previously. Thank you everyone for all that you do.

Having complications, always dealt with carefully and with compassion. We don’t know when we are going to be I’ll so difficult to plan ahead but to see a usual doctor is very reassuring and we have to be patient in getting to see who we usually see. The doctors are very busy and the move to ask chemists and others is a good idea. Give them our support for what they do.

I've been with this surgery for 3 years now and they have been fantastic. Any issue I have had they have helped me with quickly even during these difficult last 6 months. The receptionists are also lovely as well

They say call you when they are shut not open They open at 9PM but they will call back At 5PM to 5.30 you know the time they shut if you tell me is ok to go to them I would try to get something to help than calling someone who will call you at 5.30 Because they will call back at 5 to 5.30 that sound really useful when no one will work there I put 2 stars because that building and staff look nice Is would be really rude if i put 1 star Building and staff 2 stars Phone calls 1 star
