s. w.Since moving into the area and registering with the practice in Uplands I have had nothing but positive experiences. The reception staff have taken the time to explain things to me rather than rush you off the phone as some practices sadly do and my interaction with the GPs has been great. Special mention to Dr Richmond who helped me out this morning pre 8:30am, that was a godsend!

c.Whilst the lady had a bad time, I must say that I have never had a bad experience with Mumbles Surgery. The doctors really care, the nurses, likewise. The receptionists also do their best in what is a very business practice. One bad experience doesn't mean the doctors should be marked as One Star - unfair in the extreme.
