What an amazing service. I went to the Ear Clinic Cornwall at Grampound with an acute ear wax problem. I was received with professionalism, understanding and outstanding patient care from reception to clinical process. Every step was explained in appropriate and understandable detail, the micro-suction completed with extremely sensitive care and patience. The technology was explained and demonstrated throughout. Follow-up advice was ensured. What remarkable value for money., but more importantly, what outstanding patient care and service.

I booked an appointment to have earwax removed on the recommendation of my wife, a woman who is not easily impressed but who, pardon the pun, waxed lyrically about her experience having had the procedure performed by Leanne at The Ear Clinic Cornwall. I contacted the Ear Clinic in Grampound on behalf of my elderly Dad who had been completely deaf for a number of weeks. I was able to book a prompt appointment online, which was a quick and easy process. Both staff were very welcoming and put us at ease instantly when we arrived at the premises. Leanne was excellent and explained everything fully. After the first appointment I am pleased to say that Dad was able to hear well for the first time in a while.
