Since the age of 8 months (currently 17 months), my daughter suffered from severe eczema, extremely dry, flaky, cracked skin. My daughter was in agony and a lot of pain, constantly scratching her skin till it bleeds. I had approached many specialists near and far but only ever received a prescription for steroid creams. Soon as the steroid course finished the eczema was back with a vengeance. I felt so frustrated and helpless. I researched further, changed my daughters diet but nothing worked. I then came across Bijal through the Nextdoor App. I approached her in March 2022 but really didn't have much hope at this point, I felt she was just another specialist I was contacting as I needed to feel I was doing something to treat my daughters eczema. The first consultation I had with Bijal, gave me hope. She listened to me moan, dealt with my anger and frustration on how the medical system failed to treat my daughter. Within 24 hours I received a thorough treatment plan. Finally I found someone who truly understood the pain my daughter was in. I was prescribed moisturisers along with a steroid ointment. I was shown the correct method of applying these also. During the Easter holidays I travelled abroad I mentioned this to Bijal and she even had a care plan for me, I was so impressed. Bijal was constantly checking in on how the treatment was working, changing the medications accordingly. In total I had 4 consultations with Bijal and throughout the whole treatment plan I felt my daughter had finally received the care she truly deserved. 3 weeks into the treatment, I started noticing a difference in my daughters skin, less flaky, less dry. I would highly recommend Bijal, I just wish I had found her sooner!

I would like to highly recommend Bijal who treated my nearly 4 year old for severe eczema, on his hands & legs. She gave great advice of how to apply the cream for his eczema, which our GP never advised how to apply. With this advice & the gel she prescribed, within a week my son was cured. He felt less ichy & could sleep peacefully at night. He sleeps much better now. A big worry for me was solved with the care & attention from Bijal.
