C. C.I've been with this surgery for quite some time and Dr Thacker for 20 years. Fabulous Dr, surgery and staff. Nothing is ever a problem for the receptionists and I've never had any complaints. The only downside, if I had to put one out there, is that sometimes I've been kept waiting past my appointment time. But it's a Dr's surgery, it's to be expected that some people need more time than others so it's never been a problem. They well deserve the 5*
k. p.You always receive a friendly welcome and the surgery is clean and tidy. They have kept to covid protocol all in all very good
M. P.Good Clinicans but a very dated admin system. They don't offer repeat perscriptions, the phone is always busy, they refuse to get an answering machine and you need to hand in your perscription requests on paper, even if it's regular.
They have a very deal with it or leave type attitude.
