A. U.Best doctors surgery Ive ever been to, everyone always very helpful, and really easy to send messages and always get a reaponse the same day. Never had a problem getting a face to face appt if needed, but happy with telephone appointments

A. a. V. C. r.Appointments usually run late but it's down to the fact they spend time with each patient as needed rather than rush, so I don't mind that at all! One day it could well be me that needs the extra time and I would hate to feel rushed through the door as the 10 minute timer goes ping.
Excellent care from the Doctor's and Nurses I have had the pleasure of seeing there and the reception staff are friendly and helpful.
I note some comments made about the appointment system in other reviews, I'm not a big fan of the call on the day policy either but it is what it is and there is always the 'app' that you can book advance appointments through. Like any busy surgery though appointment availability can be an issue - but you can't blame the staff here for what is essentially a funding matter.
Worth noting is that you can order your repeat prescriptions (for most items) via the 'app' that they encourage you to use. Cuts down on the need to keep popping in and out of the surgery if you are on long term medication which is nice!
Small Boots pharmacy next door means that it really is a one stop shop for most ailments.

S. H.Dissapointing that all 'advanced' appts are booked up 2 weeks in advance and that you then have to call at 8am to be in with a very small chance of seeing someone. It's a bit like a lottery! I hate to think what it'd be like if someone had a real emergency..
When you do manage to get an appointment though, the staff seem friendly and caring enough.
S. R.They will bend over backwards to help and accommodate you. A small practice with a massive catchment area........ From personal experience It's no wonder they sometimes run a little late, They try to give the time needed to resolve an individual's problem. NOT the 10 Mins Mr Hunt thinks is adequate to resolve all problems!
