Nice friendly staff. Lovely facility with small/medium/large and delux rooms. All very clean. Very large outdoor play area. Competitively priced. Also has a well stocked dog food shop. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely thankful, Mikey has recently returned from his 2wk stay. He is a typical velcro Dobi so was very sulky to start, can't thank the Team enough, he received 100% attention always needy and had them wrapped around his paws. We were nervous at first, as we have never used boarding before but the regular updates were gratefully received and videos! Thank you for giving his that extra love attention sorry his was such a Prince!!

Absolutely brilliant! From booking, to drop off and to collection the staff were so helpful and friendly. We actually took our dog through to the hotel so could see where he was staying. When we picked him up he seemed happy. Will 100% be booking him in again.

By far the best Dog Hotel ever. It was our first time leaving our dog in a kennel. They put our minds at rest and even took the time to send us photos of Holly while we were attending a family wedding. Perfect experience, thank you so much Linda and Steve and all the team at Conifers.

Our dog Max recently stayed at Conifers and we were able to relax on holiday knowing he was in safe hands.He was very well cared for by the friendly staff and he loved all the access to their vast outdoor space. Staff took the time to get to know his needs when we booked in which was so reassuring Would highly recommend.

Went there on a Saturday morning, we was shown round, no appointment necessary. We was very impressed with everything, and our puppy is booked in for a doggy day care, before we leave him there overnight.

I have never used a kennel or dog hotel before and needed emergency care for our 6 month old puppy. The dog hotel is beautiful and all newly refurbished. The staff were more than helpful and sent lots of pics of our pup elevating any worries I had! I can't recommend the conifers enough and will definitely be using it again. Thanks to the team again

I would highly recommend Conifers Canine Hotel. We have just collected our dog Cleo, after she spent two nights there. Linda and her team are fantastic, they have looked after Cleo extremely well and sent me via WhatsApp a selection of photographs and a video of her. These special touches reassured me that she was OK without us. From the moment I viewed the Canine Hotel, checking Cleo in and collecting her, I received an excellent friendly and caring service. Our dog Rocco our French bull dog loves going. He's well looked after! We always book him in for a groom before he comes home, he always comes home happy and clean. They are such a lovely people and very warm welcoming. We already have him booked in for May when we go away!

It's the first time we've been back since all the refurbishment including a new car park and it looks great now - they are always good with our rescue dogs whenever they stay staff really caring especially Ryan

Our dog went in here whilst we went off to Poland. Staff are nice and friendly. Kennels are nice enough, dogs have a concrete inner with a hatch that lets them out to a little orivaye outside area. Dogs are brought outside to the garden area once or twice a day. Although he came back a bit smelly (like they always do) he came back looking healthy. He has stayed at some places and come out a bit skinny. Definitely recommended.

The first time I have kennelled our dogs, allowing my husband and I to have a weeks holiday first in 10 years. I completed all the paperwork and Linda and Ryan went through asking any additional questions rather a lengthy process as I have 6 dogs. The day came and I took them down to Conifers, I have a mix of ages ranging from 14 down to 5. Ryan and Linda were there to meet them and made a fuss of each one and then took my dogs through to the kennels. An offer of WhatsApp photos was offered so that I was able to see my dogs whilst away. Upon my return I was there at the gate for 9:45 to collect them. I went through to the kennels with Ryan and he went down and let them out. Well they came out of the kennels raced passed me took a little look and then into the garden. Each dog was happy, healthy and very contented. They ran around the garden finding toys they had left out from an earlier exercise period. I was very happy that my dogs had been so well cared for that this was a new routine and they were very content. Kennelling our dogs is a big issue and I am so very happy with the treatment my dogs received even down to Ryan know different behaviours of each of my dogs. Cannot praise Conifers Kennels enough. I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Linda, Steve, Molly, Ryan and all the other attentive staff for taking amazing care of my beautiful dog Bella. Conifer kennels are a 5 STAR kennels that pride themselves on the care of your dog, Bella is a very affectionate dog that requires a LOT of fuss and attention and at Conifers she got more than she needed. Linda and her lovely staff sent me pictures every couple days, Bella had play time everyday and I opted to pay for 8 (40 minute) offsite walks for £80 which is well worth the price as Bella's a 1 and half year old border collie with lots of energy. When it was time to collect Bella Linda didn't want to give her back (all the Conifer staff had fallen in love with her) I would recommend Conifer Kennels to anyone, the staff are AMAZING and i wouldn't use any other kennels. Thank you again all at Conifer kennels.
