Our greyhound Jack was groomed on Saturday.. he's never felt so soft, or malted so little since! Great selection of natural treats in the shop too. We'll definitely be back, thank you!

As my usual groomer was away and Tilly really needed a groom I managed to book her into Platinum Petcare and wasn't disappointed. It was explained to me from the outset that she would have to have a short groom as we hadn't really kept on top of brushing at home . When I picked her up she looked lovely and as well as a really good cut a grass seed had been removed from her paw which I was really grateful for. The new shop looks lovely inside and there are lots of extras for sale - dog treats, dog food (including Nutriment raw food which we use), toys and harnesses. I bought a lovely locally made collar and lead. If I didn't feel a certain loyalty to my regular groomer I would definitely use Platinum Petcare instead. Thoroughly recommend.

I cannot recommend Platinum Petcare highly enough.... If you want the very best care for your pet then this company is an absolute must. I found them to be not only extremely professional but also very friendly, caring and accomodating too. This was the first time we home boarded our lurcher (Delilah) with Platinum Petcare and I wont hesitate to send her there again. She absolutely loved the girls and was thoroughly spoilt the whole time she was there. It really does make a difference when you know your dog is having a wonderful time, which was evident from the photographs we recieved via facebook from the girls. We were able to enjoy our holiday knowing that Delilah was being well looked after. In fact, I was starting to worry if she would want to come home after such lavish treatment... If your extremely fussy like us where you send your pets, then you'd be crazy not to use Platinum Petcare. They offer excellent value for money and a great service all round. Jo & Sam (Delilah)

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Stocking a great range of top quality natural dog food, chews and treats, and also offers free local delivery. Great for frozen raw food. Also lots of toys and equipment like harnesses, collars and leads. Grooming also available on the premises, with individual attention and no crate while you wait. Fantastic!
