A massive thanks and appreciation to Jenny for taking care of my two cats for a week. I received 2 videos during the week with Jenny interacting with my cats and this was a great reassurance to me. Returned home to happy cats. I would definitely contact Jenny and Steve again and recommend them 👍

Jenny and Steve are always the people we call upon whenever we need anyone to look after our cats. They are reliable, trustworthy caring and experienced. The biggest quality they have is their genuine love for cats and this shows in the videos, texts and messages we receive whilst we are away. We have a very nervous rescue cat who did not fare well in a cattery but one visit from Jenny and Steve and she has new best friends. Our crazy kitten practically throws herself at them as she adores the attention they give her. Honestly, you could not be leaving your cats in safer hands. There is also the added benefit of having your house checked every day whilst you are away, rubbish bins out out, parcels brought in from outside and plants watered.

Jenny and Steve are brilliant! Our two cats looked really well looked after when we got home, and were very happy. Communication has been great, and we love the photo updates Jenny sends while we're away. In fact I'm a bit worried the cats like Jenny and Steve more than us...! The service is great, and they are really flexible and understanding that plans might change at the last minute. It's a real comfort to know that if we need them, Home Loving Cats will be there to take care of our furry family.

We had a great experience with Home Loving Cats when we needed someone to look after our cat while we were away for a few days. Jenny was very friendly and our cat loved her. We also liked the extra touch of a text after each visit to let us know that she had been in to see him and that he was doing ok.

Jenny and Steve were brilliant with our cat, Pickles. We asked them to take care of her for a week while we were on holiday. Pickles is very old and a little shy. She needs someone who will be a bit patient with her if she's having a bad day. Jenny and Steve came to visit us before we went away and immediately put us at our ease. They were very gentle with her and took a lot of care to understand her medication requirements. They were very thorough in asking questions about her habits, likes and dislikes and her food. She obviously felt comfortable with them very quickly and I felt confident leaving her for the week knowing they would be checking on her. While we were away we had lots of contact to keep us updated on how she was doing (particularly good for us as she'd had a bad few days before our holiday). It was really nice to receive a message just to let us know she was well. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a caring and professional cat-sitting service. Excellent communication and great value for money.

Our two girls are elderly and both on medication, so I was concerned about leaving them for a few nights. However we have returned to very contented and obviously well looked after cats. Was lovely to meet Jenny when she came over to see our two cats Boo and Mabh. They took to her straight away. Jenny asked all the right questions about food, access to certain rooms etc etc. While we were away we received videos via WhatsApp of both cats so we knew they were well and being looked after. Will definitely be using Jenny again in the future! Was such a weight of our minds knowing there was someone taking such good care of them.

A great service, we use Jenny frequently when we are away with work or on Holiday. They look after both our two cats and our rabbits. nothing is ever to much fuss and we get updated with photos of our pets. I would 100% recommend. If anything I think they should charge more than they do.

After a very unhappy incident when a day after our lovely cat returned from a stay in a local cattery she became very ill with cat 'flu, I decided that I would never put her through that again if she recovered. After a nail-biting few days, with huge help from our vet, all was well, but now I had a problem - what to do with her when we next went on holiday. After searching online I found Home Loving Cats and on reading the well-presented and informative pages on their website, I decided to give it a go. Jenny responded quickly to my enquiry and we met in person shortly afterwards at my home where she was introduced to our cat Suky. Jenny reassured us that Suky would be well looked after and that we needn't have any concerns - all would be well! We went on holiday shortly afterwards and when we returned a week later all certainly was well. We had been hugely reassured by the texts and pics that Jenny had sent us while we were away, and we returned home to find a very contented cat who didn't seem to have noticed we'd been missing! I thoroughly recommend Home Loving Cats - in fact I'm just about to book their services for our next holiday. I only wish I had discovered them sooner.

When we had to go away recently, Jenny and Steve stepped in to look after our two rescue cats, Rowan and Poppy. We were thoroughly impressed by everything they did from managing to fit us in at very short notice to the way they looked after the cats while we were away. They messaged us regularly to let us know how the two of them were getting on, left the house immaculate and even followed up their visit with a couple of photos! We would absolutely recommend Home loving cats petsitting service in Cardiff. They obviously love cats and we immediately felt we could trust them to look after our two cats at short notice when one of our cats needed regular medication. If they hadn't helped us out we would have had to cancel our holiday! Great communication and feedback and you feel you can check up at any time. Also sent regular photos of our cats which was lovely when we were away to know they were happy and content. Great value and much cheaper than a cattery. Thanks!

Very friendly and obviously cat loving people who looked after our cats and fed our bearded dragon while we were away.....even sent us photos to show our pets were OK....a great thing when you miss them....puts your mind at rest and lets you enjoy time away. The service was simple to organise and easy to pay for and I was surprised how inexpensive it was considering cattery fees. All that and the knowledge that our cats were less stressed by being at home :-)

I cannot recommend Jenny and Steve at Home Loving Cats, Cardiff highly enough, they came to look after our little man, Allan over the Festive period while we were away visiting family. They made everything so easy from collecting keys when it was convenient for us to coming to meet Allan beforehand to find out everything about him, about his likes and dislikes what toys he likes to play with how he likes to be brushed and where he can usually be found sleeping away. They kept in regular contact with us while we were away and sent us pictures of Allan to let us know he was safe and sound! They made sure that Allan also had a proper visit and not just someone running In to feed him but actually spent time cuddling him and making sure he was ok which is beyond what a normal pet sitter would do. And they do all of this for a very fair price and I can safely say that we will never use anyone else again and I don’t think Allan will allow anyone else to visit him again. Thank you both so much!!!!

☺🐱😀🐈☺🐱😀🐈☺🐱😀🐈☺🐱 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗 I recently returned from my holiday to Malta ( May 24 - June 04 2017 inclus). My first holiday away since getting my very precious cat Lilly in 2015. I contacted Jenny of #HomeLovingCats#Cardiff after deciding that I didn't want to uproot and disrupt Lilly's rountine by booking her into a cattery which would have been completely foreign & traumatising for her. Jenny's care for Lilly was beyond exemplary. She visited her daily and became Lilly's surrogate mummy, showering her love and affection. Over the 10 days Jenny succumbed to Lilly's charm and dotted on her every whim!! I recieved daily updates of Lilly's shenanigans which included Jenny having to engage in a super long hide and seek game after Lilly decided to hide behind the washing machine. Words I would use to describe Jenny are; Fabulous, professional, dependable, reliable and amazing, Cardiff's own Dr Doolittle. I can not recommend Jenny of #homelovingcats#cardiff enough. Jenny enabled me to go away on holiday and relax without constantly worrying about Lilly, an absolutely priceless service that I look forward to using for many years to come. Bela is a house cat. I don't know who is more stressed when I take her to the cattery; her or me! But with Jenny and Steve there is no stress at all. I get daily texts telling me how Bela is. As well as feeding her, they spend time with her; play with her and even brush her! Bela is a lot happier, as am I. And it's lovely coming home and finding Bela waiting for me. I would recommend Home Loving cats to anyone.
