Sasha and Queenie have been coming to Chaiquinta for months now, with Sasha dragging me down the drive to get in! Both of my pups have made pals here and are always sleepy and calm when they come home! The staff are all caring and attention to detail are second to none! The grooming Salon is also wonderful, always taking as much time as the dog needs when being groomed! I look forward to using their services in the future 😄

Absolutely phenomenal! Cannot recommend enough!!! Staff are friendly, professional and clearly love their job. Charlie stays for Day Care 5 days a week and strives to enter on a morning, on an evening he slowly walks away. The owners are brilliant and take a real interest in your pet, they are always happy to help. The staff are equally exceptional, they are always smiling and Charlie cannot wait to see them. So reassuring when leaving your dog for day care or kennels when on holiday. I would not take Charlie anywhere else. Thanks for your amazing care!

Our two very young cats had their first stay at Chaiquinta last week. We had a bad experience elsewhere but we need not have worried as both boys seemed to have had a lovely time. I worked at Chaiquinta Pet Hotel over the summer and i can’t recommend them enough, the team are all so lovely and attentive and i can safely say they only have the pets best intentions at heart. I can guarantee each and every pet will be so well looked after and they will have an amazing time making friends with both the staff and all the other pets staying! I will truly miss working here and all the staff but i will hopefully be back at any opportunity i can get! x

We originally sent out 2 dogs here for there first visit. Both were well cared for and unlike our previous experience of another kennels didn't loose any weight or come back extremely smelly. After our old friend passed away I was worried about leaving our young dog as this was her first time in kennels by herself. But it's safe to say she had a blast, didn't loose any weight and it was great to see pictures of her playing on their fb page. I cannot recommend them enough. If you're planning a trip away and need a reliable place for your 4 legged friend this is the place.

I cant think Chaiquinta owners and staff enough.. we had made a difficult decision to let out dog stay at home with a close friend who was going to move in with her as she was in the middle of some treatment with out vet and it was just round the corner from the house. Unfortunately this person who we trusted did not look after our baby as well as we had wanted so after a very tearful day worrying Lisa and Graham agreed she could finish her 2nd week of our holiday with them. A friend took her over after the vet gave the all clear for a week. I can honestly say we all slept better last night and woke up knowing she is happy with people who love her for the rest of our holiday. Thank you Chaiquinta 😊

Totally amazing. My furbaby Rascal, loved going and he was treated like their own. They kept in touch with is with photos etc. I used to say to him 'Do you want to go to the kennels' and he would run round in circles and shoot off to the door. I cannot thank the owners and staff enough for how they looked after Rascal. Sadly we lost him last May and Chaiquinta sent a lovely condolences card. Such a lovely touch. I always recommend Chaiquinta if anyone asks about a kennels for their furbabies. Its like home from home.

Very professional and caring. We have taken our two dogs here many times now (a border collie and west highland terrier). Our terrier is on 4 types of medication and i trust them completely in administering the correct dose and at different times of the day. I would not hesitate in recommending a stay here.

I am thrilled with the service given at Chaiquinta! I took my very nervous rescue dog there for the first time this week and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff there clearly understand dogs and knew exactly how best to put my dog at ease. Every time I phoned to check up on my dog over the course of the week they gave me a detailed account of how my dog was and what he’d been doing. Exceptional, professional, caring service. My dog, Mabel LOVES her time at Chaiquinta. The staff are supportive, knowledgeable and treat her like she belongs to them. My two mini schnauzers have been coming here for many years. They come for daycare,grooming and if we go on holiday. They both can’t wait to get in the gate and love all the guys that work here. They come home from daycare absolutely shattered from a full days playing. The grooming is fantastic they look and smell amazing. I would never have dreamed of putting my dogs in kennels, I didn't realise not many places allow more than two dogs on holiday so have had to consider kennels. I was really apprehensive. Chaiquinta have been fantastic, my 4 dogs have been several times for doggy day care to get them used to me leaving them. I was really worried about leaving my dogs, I am now finding it much easier. My dogs love going, they are well looked after and are so happy when I pick them up, and exhausted. I don't get much time during the day to call if I have any questions so I use messenger not expecting a quick response, however, they are very responsive and helpful. Staff are lovely and very attentive and clearly love animals.

We were nervous (or maybe just me) about putting our cat in a Cattery for the first time but there was absolutely no need. From the moment we pulled up at Chaiquinta we could tell how much of an amazing set up it was with friendly and professional staff who clearly loved animals. We were delighted that we picked our cat up after a week and he was extremely happy and was obviously very well looked after. This is an exceptionally friendly and safe place to leave your pets. I’ve left our black labs, Alfie and Albert, here on a number of occasions for when we’ve been on holidays or other occasions when we’ve needed them looking after. Their tails never stop wagging! I've been bringing my little cockapoo, Diesel here for the last year for his full grooms. The staff are always polite and helpful, and they actually listen to what you want rather than doing what they think.. Haha. Diesel always comes home happy and is always excited to get through the gate on arrival, which tells me he's happy here. Prices are very reasonable, and cheaper than the larger chain stores in this area. The staff genuinely love the animals and I wouldn't take mine anywhere else x

I put my 9 month old Dalmatian in chiquanta pet hotel for the weekend last weekend. I was quite anxious about this as I've never left him before but all staff I spoke with over the phone were lovely and put me at ease. As a puppy he is quite big and boisterous so I was worried about how he would settle in but when I rung staff again put me at ease and said he was great. He usually has a lot of exercise at home and he obviously got plenty when he was there as he slept most of the day when he got home the Monday morning! He was very happy and i could see he had a lovely weekend and had lots of play time and attention. Would definitely recommend and will be using myself again soon.

I highly recommend Chaiquinta! I have a little chihuahua and a big American bulldog, they have been here a few times but this time there was an emergency they had a little fight and my little one was hurt, they treated him and rang me, before I could even get back to pick him up they had a vets appointment waiting for me to take him to, we got him some meds and the vet said he was ok to go back, staff looked after him and my other dog and little ottis had a few days playing receptionist while they cared for him, can’t thank them enough for putting up with my little devils, by far the best care I have ever seen for pets at this place 🐾

My cat Archie is a long haired very large cat who doesn't like being groomed so I was quite worried about leaving him. However the grooming was very quickly completed he looked so smart when I collected him and apparently his behaviour had been good. I can honestly say it was the smartest he has looked. The staff are so gentle with him, the groomers do a fab job, he won’t even let me brush him so they have their work cut out. Love the updates via Facebook when he boards with them. My little Kizzi Cairn recently had an initial course of sonic teething cleaning treatment at Chaiquinta. She clearly had a brown plaque issue ( which I didn't want to become a serious problem) but she wouldn't allow me to clean her teeth properly at home. I was delighted to discover that there is an alternative to the anesthatised, invasive treatment that vets offer. After 3 initial treatments I'm more than impressed and highly delighted with the results and the service we received from the friendly professional staff at Chaiquinta. Kizzi reacted well to it and wasn't stressed at all! Thank you Chaiquinta! ... we're looking forward to seeing you again for routine regular cleaning in September 😍

We're happy with our experience at chaiquinta. In August 2015 we Used them for the first time with our old diabetic west highland terrier Oska and they injected him twice a day with his medication. They looked after him extremely well. He was bathed and lovely and clean when we went to pick him up and he looked well. Unfortunately we lost him in December. In May this year we took our 8 month old pup for his first stay and he was well looked after too even though we were worried about leaving him so young. He too was bathed and lovely and clean when we went to collect him. We will use this kennels again and recommend to other prospective users.

This was the first time my springer spaniel has been away from us. Well it’s like he’s never been away. I have read so many things online about dogs not coming near you after they have been in kennels and being disruptive, well we took him on his usual run around the field when we got home, he was just in his normal self. He won’t stop wagging his little tail and came straight for cuddles when we picked him up. The staff are lovely and polite and I was reassured when I rang to check up on him that he was ok. He had his normal food which I took because I didn’t want him to get stressed out. Positive note was he didn’t come back smelling of the ‘dog smell’ he came back smelling of antiseptic spray if anything hahaha. Which is good because that tells us how clean it is. I would definately recommend this pet hotel to anyone. Thank you all staff that cared for Frankie Update, Frankie has since been twice here and he absolutely loves it. He has also been groomed, after having someone close to us groome him and stop half way through because he didn’t like it, chaiquinta stepped in and sorted him out. I’m so grateful for that and they made him feel so comfortable. He’s back again in 5 weeks for a 2 week stay 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Our pets are so excited when they are going and one of them is a 42 kilo German Shepard. If he doesn’t want to go somewhere he won’t lol. Absolutely amazing!! After a bad experience with another kennels. Lisa and Graeham are absolutely phenomenonal at what they do. You can see the pure passion they have for your pet and ensuring their comfort and happiness is their number 1 priority. Chaiquinta have most definitely gained a customer for life! 5 star doggy hotel with 10 star staff!! Our dog never wants to come home, he'd move in if he could!

We took our cocker spaniel puppy for an unannounced visit to Chiquinta a couple of months ago. Luna was a very nervous puppy and jumpy around strangers and other dogs. On the first visit we were showed round whilst Luna was taken to play. All our questions were answered clearly, and we got a good feeling about the place. When we returned to reception Luna was sat been cuddled on a staff members knee! She only ever did that with us normally. We took Luna for a day care and a 2 night stay before booking her and our elderly kitty Dusty in for an 8 night stay on 14th June. We phoned twice to check if our pets were ok and we were reassured each time. There were pictures posted of Dusty, and pictures and video posted of Luna running happily with doggy friends and playing in the pool. Lisa, Graeme and staff are always so kind, friendly and honest, and their obvious love of animals shines through. They try so hard and we trusted them with our fur babies and they made our pets feel welcome and loved. Luna had a ball!! Her confidence with people and other dogs is much improved. I can't imagine a better place to leave your pets for their holidays. She was one happy puppy when we picked her up. It's so nice to know we now have a place we trust and know our pets will be cared for properly! Luna is already booked in for a couple of nights in July. Most pet hotels don’t like taking our dog because of his size but this place love having him and he loves coming here as well, all the staff are brilliant even though it take two of them to take our dog for a walk ha ha ha. I took my cavapoo Ronnie to have his hair cut yesterday at chaiquenta Doncaster and he came back looking stunning as always the new groomer Sophie cut him this time and he looked amazing. As always he can't wait to get in to see everyone and is excited to have all the love and attention they give him.
