C. F.Our pup Dora has always been shy and timid of other dogs and especially people. Since starting the Twinkle Stars course, she’s a different dog! Ashleigh has been incredible and has really brought Dora out of her shell. Would give 1000 stars if I could. She approaches training with such patience with owners as well as the dogs, and has always explained dog behaviours with such clarity and makes it so easy to adapt and take on the training.

She really cares about the individual needs of all of the dogs and is an excellent trainer to both the dogs and their families. Ashley has a wealth of knowledge about training and behaviour and I would highly recommend her classes to everyone.

C. L.Reach Your Pawtential classes are fun, creative, comprehensive and effective. Having attended many different dog classes I know that this is a rare combination! They explain the theory behind everything we do in an easy to understand and practical way. We attended in person puppy and beginner dog classes and a monthly trick class via zoom. My dog had a great time at all the classes. He has come on leaps and bounds as a result and I’m planning to do more training with Reach Your Pawtential in the future. Highly recommended for all dogs and their humans !
S. F.These are my pups, the big one is a rescue from Bulgaria and to be honest he wouldn't bond with my other dog. He would bark and growl at her. Ashley came over and set my mind at ease by spending time with my dogs and confirming that he was scared and not aggressive. Ashley was also quick to respond to my emails and offer more advice when needed.
L. M.Our Romanian rescue Runa was incredibly anxious attending Twinkle Stars puppy classes and spent most of the classes pressed against the wall observing everything from a safe corner. Ashley was absolutely brilliant and let Runa take things at her own pace and met her where she's at, gave her space and helped us not overwhelm her. She allowed us to arrive a little early and stay late so Runa could check out the environment and I think this really helped Runa's confidence.
The training sheets after every class were detailed and packed full of all the information you need to start your successful training journey with your pup. Ashley was also very responsive by email when we had some walking issues and was always on hand for any questions we had.
After the final class and the other pups had left, Runa ran straight up and jumped on Ashley as if all she'd wanted for 5 weeks was to properly meet her new best friend. Ashley taught us so much about positive reinforcement when there's so much conflicting information out there and Runa is still coming on in leaps and bounds because of it. Would recommend her to anyone.
