Excellent groomers, they have a lovely manner and our two dogs always come out looking amazing. They are a Giant breed ( Russian Black Terriers ) and the groomers deal very well with such large dogs ! Thoroughly recommend The Groom Room.

Overpriced but good with the pets. Not the staffs problem but cost double what anywhere else charges for a nail cut.

Very well done to the groom room, my bearded collie was a challenge and they really stepped up, so many thick horrible ,uncomfortable mats as he wouldnt let us near him and we think he was embarrassed by it. Got him back after 2 hours and what a difference in attitude and appearance a very happy dog. Very attentive and advisable groomers who really knew what they were doing. Can't reccommend highly enough.! And I don't give accolades very often.!

Great, hard working staff who are very welcoming, professional and helpful. Both my dogs love going for their spa day there and animals always have great instincts. The staff take great care of my girls and always look and smell beautiful once they've had their pampering. Would highly recommend them.

First time there with daughter's new puppy. Worried he would get upset at me leaving but on my return he was happy and comfy in the groomers arms. Job well done and a content puppy. Can't ask for more. Will use their services again.

Love, love, love this place. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and are great with my dog, who is a nervous wee thing!!! Lovely clean and tidy cut and my dog smells wonderful when she comes out. Would recommend.

Staff are great very helpful even in these stange times they have managed to keep the shop well stocked and if they don't have what you want they make a real effort to get it in for you 😁🐶
