Very caring to our cat, staff, very thorough, great checking in process, covered all safety aspects of our pets welfare on booking in, very thorough re dietary requirements as our cat is diabetic. Excellent, thank you Teckles

I only went to donate some dog food and a cat scratcher and litter trays but it was lovely there and the staff were very welcoming and friendly

We re homed our two lovely cats from here. They know their animals and it really helped us find the right cats for us. Also lots of toys and beds for you to choose from for a donation. Don't shop, adopt!

Teckels has been a part of my families life for years what with the amount of dogs we have given a home too 😁37years ago I had my very first dog from here and she was a sweetheart and my mum have had a few ,well done teckels u do a super job ❤️👍

Here is where I got my first cat. The adopton fee is reasonable and they give you a bunch of goodies to take home with your new best friend. The response time is pretty good too, my enquiry got straight through and I was able to set up a meeting right away! Unlike the RSPCA who don't have a clue and still haven't responded and its been months.

A bit of a damp squid ,my wife and I don't bother with presents for Christmas for ourselves, so we decided this year we would donate over £100+to Teckels . We took it down to Teckels not really knowing what to expect, lady behind the counter just said put it on the floor with the rest . My wife bless her spent hours on knitting coats, sorting out treats and other items for the dogs and cats.but saying that it's for the Animals and that's where the joy comes in.

You were in regular contact and facilitated several opportunities for us to visit (including as a family) to allow the kittens chance to get to know us prior to coming home. You also provided support in sorting & arranging neutering / overnight arrangements and we are hugely grateful to everyone at Teckels for our two gorgeous kitties who have quickly settled in and become an integral part of our family. Amazing friendly service. Left my cat with them a few times with utter confidence. I would highly recommend them to anyone with pets when you go on holiday. Just book really early as they run out fast. As unfortunately we have left it late a few times and there was no spaces.

I was desperate for a kitten before Christmas and they helped me find my perfect little male kitten. He was so shy and timid when I met him, I brought him home 2 days before Christmas, and on Christmas Day he came out of his shell like a completely different cat! Now he strolls around like he owns the house, he's so loving and so playful!!! An amazing little cat! Thank you teckels!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good rates for boarding and our dog always comes back happy and seems to love all the staff there. Just make sure you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

The staff are made up of paid staff and volunteers. They all LOVE animals, what more needs to be said? Our two cats, Pan and Box feel like it's their second home.

Small charity big hearts. You can see everyone loves the animals in their care. Don't expect to just be allowed to roam the kennels they don't allow it as it upsets the hopefull dogs/cats. Fill in a form and they will try and find a match for you. My dog came from Teckels 😍

If you want to re-home a Rescue dog Teckles is the best place to go they are very helpful and always have the best interest of all the animals which are up for adoption and will always try to match you to the best match for you and the pet you want
