The perfect place for the dog to hang out with his new buddies. You have to try it to understand what a great experience it is for dogs and their owners. The staff are professional and always on hand to control and advise. And let's not forget as dog owners you have the chance to chat with like minded people and share advice and experiences.

Doris comes to Oakwood once a week and absolutely loves it, she runs to the door she’s that excited. All the team are fabulous, so friendly and helpful. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Thank you for looking after our baby. 5 stars ⭐️ I’d give more if I could ☺️

We've had a great experience with Oakwood Dog Day School. Leanne and the team have been great with our dog. She was very unsure to begin with, but the team really looked after her, and gave us detailed feedback as to how she had been throughout the day. You get a real sense that the team love all the dogs who attend the school. Our dog has grown in confidence around other dogs after attending Oakwood, and really enjoys going. It's lovely to be able to take her somewhere you know she is well cared for.

I was super nervous at leaving our little pup at dog day school to start with but I needn't have worried. During the induction, Leanne was so gentle and welcoming with Buddy and she took the time to answer all of my questions. Buddy has now been going to Oakwood for 3 weeks and he really seems to be coming out of his shell! It's fantastic being able to drop him off knowing that he's going to be taken excellent care of and I think it's going to be really great for his confidence and socialisation. The facilities at Oakwood are really cute, with comfy sofas for the dogs to jump on, a lovely outside area and lots of toys to play with. The staff are so professional and helpful and really seem to love the dogs. Leanne always goes the extra mile, dropping me a message to let me know that Buddy is getting on fine (he can be a little timid when I leave him) which really puts my mind at ease. They even email you a report card at the end of the day telling you what your pup has been up to and who they've been playing with which is such a nice touch. I can't recommend Oakwood Dog Day School enough (and neither can Buddy)!

Little Molly has just recently started attending Oakwood dog day care to help with socialization she absolutely loves it and has made lots of new friends. Leanne and her team are great and take great care of little Molly. The facilities are excellent and Molly comes home shattered after having a great time. My wife Sharon was a little nervous when she left Molly the first time but Leanne gave us regular updates throughout the day with Molly's progress and soon put our minds at ease. It is a brilliant , fun and safe place for our Little Molly to spend a day learning new skills and really enjoying herself. We would recommend Oakwood dog day care to anyone.

Our puppy (14 week old border collie) has been going to Oakwood for 1 - 2 days a week for around a month now and my gosh does she love it!! She wags her little tail the whole way there and goes crazy for Leanne as soon as she sees her!! Leanne is brilliant - she is flexible, accommodating and is always able to give you detail on how your pup is doing at the end of the day (she even makes the time to text back and tell you how your pup is doing throughout the day which is great for a new worrisome dog mum like me!!). Our pup loves her and there's nothing like leaving her there knowing she's going to be well looked after by Leanne and the staff. You get regular updates on social media and a personalised report card at the end of the day telling you how your pup has done and what she's learned - there's truly nothing missing from the service! Our pup is more confident, better behaved and just generally a brighter pup since we started taking her and a great plus is that she is pooped when we pick her up (which is no easy task with a border collie!). We mainly started taking our puppy to Oakwood for socialisation with other dogs as puppy play isn't currently available, but having them handy has helped so much (particularly with our working hours) that we plan to keep our pup in for the foreseeable. Myself and my partner would highly recommend Oakwood to anyone looking for doggy day care :)

Absolutely love this place! My dog was a lockdown pup so she is really attached to me and was terrified on her first day when I left her in reception but the staff are amazing with her. When I came to collect her I could see the change in her after only one full day. You get a report card and health check sent through at the end of the day which I really like so you can see what your dog has been up to. I also love that they’re on Facebook so you can see pictures and videos of all the dogs throughout the day. Brilliant place, would 100% recommend!

Paris attended her induction on Thursday at oakwood and she absolutely loved it the staff were very patient with her as she was a little nervous at first but soon got into the swing of it and was running around in no time she can't wait to go back and see all her new friends 😀 one happy little girl 🦮💓

We've used Oakwood for years and the new venue is fantastic. Great setup for dogs of all ages and sizes. Our dog loves her weekly visits to doggie school and comes home knackered every time 😀 The staff are great, very friendly and caring of the dogs I know ours is in safe hands and gets so much out of her weekly visits here. The daily updates are a great touch so we get an insight as to how much fun she's had 🐶😊

Can't praise Oakwood Dog Day School enough! Not only does our crazy cocker spaniel come home tired and happy but they have also helped masses with his behaviour, especially the attention barking that he had developed over the lockdown period - it has made a huge difference spending one day a week at Oakwood. He plays so well with other dogs too and is super friendly which is owed to how brilliant the trainers and teachers are with him at the school. The updates throughout the day are welcomed and you can see just how much the staff genuinely care for each dog's well-being! Great venue too with plenty of enrichment options. Would 110% recommend!

Excellent doggy day care! Our Scout has been going for over a month now, and as a big rowdy husky-type, she's fit right in with the other dogs. She is always happy and tired when we pick her up. You can really tell that the staff enjoy their jobs and love the dogs!

We take our puppy to Oakwood once a week to give her the opportunity to socialise with other dogs. She absolutely loves it! She runs in and gives Leanne the biggest tail wags and kisses everytime we take her. She has gained so much confidence and we enjoy complete peace of mind, knowing our puppy is in safe and loving hands.

Absolutely fantastic place to take care of your dog. We used their sister company previously (Noah’s Ark). We were so pleased Oakwood opened this branch much closer to where we live. The new venue is a fantastic place for dogs to be well cared for. All of the staff are very friendly and you can tell they are all so passionate about pooches. Dudley loves his days at the day school and is desperate to get in as soon as we get there. You can see regular pup dates on the day schools FB page which is great and I love the end of day report card to find out exactly what he has been up to during the day. I would highly recommend this place to any dog owner, they are professional and I know our dog is really in safe hands whilst he is there, plus he sleeps for hours when he gets back as he is tired out.

We take our german shepherd to school every week, always impressed with the school. We get a detailed handover and health check and the staff care genuinely about our girl, they manage her behaviour well (she is a nuisance for barking lol) and train her to help her move forward. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Oakwood Dog School! I have been using the centre for about 3 weeks now and the difference in my dog is crazy! I have a cockapoo who is 7 months old. At first she was very shy and nervous to go in but now she literally drags me down the road when she realises where she is. They provide daily emails with a report about how she is doing and we get lots of pictures and videos, it’s great! Really good for socialisation and training.

We bring Lottie here each week and she absolutely loves it! Every time we go, Lottie's confidence just keeps on improving. We love watching the video updates on Facebook/Instagram and also reading the report cards telling us what fun she's been having with her new friends and what tricks she's been learning. The staff are fantastic and you can see they are passionate in what they do. Me and Lottie cannot recommend this place high enough!

Took our puppy here for day care, and he had a great time. I love that photos are posted to social media so you can see what they did. You get sent a report card at the end of the day also letting you know how they were and any important details. I was a bit nervous leaving our little pup the first time, but I got reassured and he clearly had a great time. He slept for the rest of the night too 😴

I decided to take Max to doggy day care as he was only just old enough to socialise when lockdown started, and hence isn't as well socialised as I would like. I wasn't sure if it would be too much for him (he is a Maltese x Chihuahua) but Leanne and the other staff have been great - they advised which days would be best for him to come and he spent the first day with the puppies and was allowed to choose himself when he spent time with the bigger dogs. He is much better with other dogs now and I dare let him off the lead without worrying about him disappearing after bigger dogs trying to impress them how tough he is! He also absolutely loves going and drags me in every time now. I love seeing the updates on Facebook and the feedback form which is emailed at the end of the day is nice to get. I was only intending sending him for a few weeks but he likes it so much I think I will carry on for quite a while.

Took my new puppy to socialise. Needed to register, show proof of vaccinations and flea/worming. The staff will also help with training based on positive reinforcement. You get a report at the end of the day. As professional as a child’s nursery. Lots of photos afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend . Staff are lovely. I have booked Roxie in again as I have no qualms about the standard of care here. My friend also takes her dog.
