M. S.Jolene at Tibaydin was recommended to me and we (Buddy and I) signed up for 4 sessions.. Buddy is 2 years old (lockdown Pup 2020) I have to say the training was immediately noticeable, we were constantly anxious .. on walks pulling.. reactive when anyone came to the door, after each session Jolene would email videos so we could practise each stage which I can save.. amazing and very kind training. Thank you Jolene.. I would highly recommend Tibaydin 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
E. K.I can't recommend Jolene enough. She has helped us with our dog who was a lockdown puppy. Jolene is very calm and patient, gives very good instructions and will email you very soon after your session with all the information you covered so you don't forget. Jolene emails the day before to confirm the session and check where you would like to meet as she is happy to meet you away from home if you would like. She is also happy for you to email any questions you have which is very helpful.
L. H.We have a one and a half year old Staffie X named Bruno. He went from a well rounded dog to a dog with serious reactivity. I felt overwhelmed with the feeling that I’d failed him as his owner and just couldn’t see a light at the end of the tunnel. It devastated me the thought of having a out of control aggressive dog and walks went from enjoyable to my worse nightmare. I contacted Jolene and she was quick to respond with many questions getting to know Bruno as best as she could. We then arranged 4 121 sessions. In such a short time I’ve seen Brunos behaviour change rapidly and with Jolene’s tools and knowledge I am able to help Bruno with his reactivity and fixating on dogs. She also gave us lots of things to try in the home to help with his behaviour outside. We finished our last 121 today and I am so much more happy and confident taking Bruno out and can finally seen the light at the end of the tunnel. Walks are enjoyable again! I can’t thank Jolene enough for all her help and advice. And the best bit is even after the sessions are finished she is always on hand to offer advice 😁
N. V.Jolene trained my puppy with 1-one-1 sessions, and she is incredibly knowledgeable, effective, professional, and friendly! I highly recommend booking sessions with her if you’re overwhelmed with your pup’s separation anxiety, play biting, or general commands. Her email recaps are so helpful, and there’s no doubt that she truly cares!
J. C.I would highly recommend Jolene. She is very calm, observant and knowledgeable. Our two little terrier crosses constantly barked, one was resource guarding, had no impulse control and found it hard to relax.
Jolene gave us strategies to deal with these issues and already the barking problem is solved with Dottie and is improving with Macey.
The resource guarding is improving and Dottie is more relaxed. We were taught how to approach Dottie and this has made a huge difference.
Our training is still a working progress but I wouldn't hesitate to ask Jolene back once we have mastered these strategies.

She took time to listen & understand what the issues where for us, & was clear on what we wanted to achieve from our sessions. She asked many many questions from the outset, & was extremely thorough,....putting us at ease straight away...totally non-judgemental, displaying a genuine desire to help her clients. Sessions have been an absolute pleasure & very informative... as have the follow up emails & videos. I was very impressed by just how knowledgeable Jolene was & how much improvement there was in a very short period of time, with lots of homework in place & continued "remote" support between sessions from Jolene .She's been a great cheerleader, keeping us inspired & motivated. The arrival of deliveries and the sound of the doorbell are now a much calmer affair in our household. We are continuing to develop strategies for dealing with various problematic situations. My only regret was not getting in touch sooner!

She took a full history and asked lots of questions so that she could really understand our needs. She was very sensitive to he's anxiety and worked with me to build our confidence.
Jolene offered sensible suggestions and goals that would easily fit into our busy family life.
I am really pleased with the progress we made in just 2 sessions and use the techniques we learnt daily!

C. C.We have used Jolene several times and absolutely cannot fault the knowledge she has with training dogs. We have used her for both training classes and for one on one training. I would highly recommend both to anyone needing to train dogs from basic commands to more complex issues. Her one-to-one training is brilliant and really gives you that quality time to resolve any issues you may have. We will definitely use Jolene again and would really recommend.
p. m.Jolene is an excellent dog trainer. Our very energetic, excitable springer spaniel pup responded very well to Jolene’s patient training & she sends out excellent training videos afterwards so you have all the tools you need to continue training your dog.
Her classes are small & reasonably priced.
Her one to one sessions are excellent I cannot praise her enough.
B. S.Highly recommended! Jolene is amazing with dogs! We went through a few trainers as they had reached a wall with our dog before we found Jolene. My dog took very quickly to her and her training. She looked at every aspect of our dog's life to find out what was going on and was great at teaching my husband and I how to do the same and transfer all that the dog learned with her to us. We went from never being able to have people over our house or go on walks with others to everyone loving our dog and admiring how well behaved he is. All thanks to Jolene!

Jolene totally encourages belief in your own abilities and is hugely encouraging and supportive when “ things don’t go to plan”. Never belittling, building confidence in both dog and owner. Jolene, although highly qualified and hugely knowledgeable never stops her own education with training which for me is the hallmark of a seriously good dog trainer. I’m just sorry that this last year has inevitably had a massive impact on Jolene and all those dog partnerships out there. Def recommend as soon as you are able to book in for her training classes x
J. T.I have had a really good experience with Jolene and have learnt a lot from her in a few weeks. I have a rescue dog from Cyprus and needed help with building her confidence around other dogs, leading walking, recall and changing how I am whilst walking her around other dogs.
We started with a one week package of collect and train, this allowed Jolene to get to know Nellie and start her training, I have continued with this and we are now in the process of having weekly one to ones. It has been really helpful to use the techniques I have been given and I could see a difference in the first week, but also to understand why Nellie acts why she does in certain situations. I couldn't recommend Jolene and the training enough!

The training groups are small, informal & immense fun for owners & the dogs.Lots of friendships formed with like-minded people!
The classes are very professional with lots of help & advice given; there is a test at the end of the advanced classes which gives you & your dog a goal to aim for.
Jolene also offers additional training in Hoopers, Tellington Touch & Sniffer Dog Trials.
Am really looking forward to these all starting again!
A. D.I have been training dogs with Tibaydin for approximately 10 years. Each of the dogs I have taken have made amazing progress and enjoyed every class. When the dogs are eager to go into the training class, this speaks volumes. I have attended puppy classes and introduced dogs into training which have been rehomed. Some of these dogs have been low in confidence and have had behavioural issues. Jolene has always been patient and responsive to questions and clear with her suggestions and ideas. A great, natural dog trainer who trains dogs for every day situations. Her knowledge is amazing varying from basic behavioural training to correcting habits and onto Hoopers and UK sniffer dog workshops. Highly recommended!

A. G.I’ve been taking my dog, Maya, to Jolene’s classes ever since Maya was 8 weeks old. We enjoyed Jolene’s class so much and I could tell Maya was learning a lot each class we went to. Jolene is so knowledgeable and very patient. She was able to help me work through Maya’s fear of laying down, as well as her lead walking which we struggle up until she was 6 months old. Jolene was so helpful giving us tips and guiding us through the steps to get maya to stop pulling. I would recommend her services 100%. If this lockdown wasn’t happening we would keep visiting her workshops because her work and experience really shows, especially on our dogs.
I. R.Jolene is an absolute natural talent with dogs of all kinds and helped us deal with a number of issues when we adopted a street dog from Romania of a difficult breed. She helped us with resource guarding, fear aggression, dog/bike reactivity, general building of trust and so many other things in a matter of a few days for some things.
Jolene is always professional and incredibly kind and phrases things in a way that make them easier for us humans to understand. I recommended her to friends when they got a German Shepherd puppy and they had both one on one sessions and went to the puppy classes which they said were also really good! I honestly can't say enough good things so I'll leave it here but I would absolutely recommend Tibaydin for any kind of dog with any kind of basic/enhanced training needs or with any behavioral issues! s. b.I was fortunate enough to book four sessions of 1-2-1 with Jo over four weeks with our overly suspicious 8 month old labradoodle - Freddie.
Every session Jo listened to my woes from the past week and instantly gave me advice on how to over come them and to move forward . I now feel confident to go for a walk anywhere and everywhere knowing I have the skills to keep Freddie’s attention and keep her calm around other dogs with Jo’s advice sounding in my head, and if things don’t go quite to plan I’d like to think both Freddie and I can handle the situation with the markers and skills we’ve been shown . Freddie has not learnt the correct etiquette when meeting other dogs and just wants to play through a very loud bark, but not now, usually a little half hearted woof is all we get which we hope will eventually disappear over time.
Thank you so much for everything Jo, Freddie is a much calmer little dog who is now a pleasure to walk.
I’m even contemplating signing up for an activity class with yourself as you have reassured me Freddie can handle being in a small group of dogs and have a great time.
L. H.Jolene has been great with our pup Ozzy and he absolutely loves her. She is really good at listening to your issues and giving advice on how to overcome those stubborn stages, (there has been a few). We have done one to one sessions as well as groups and can highly recommend both.

Jolene is brilliant at what she teaches and has lots of knowledge and patience.
We first meet jolene 8 years ago for puppy classes with my fist dog and found them really helpful.
We now have our 2nd dog who is one he was born completely deaf and because of COVID we missed the puppy classes and have come across a few behaviour problems i knew we needed help with .
I remembered jolene from before and found her company on Facebook i sent a message asking if she could help us and we went from there.
Jolene has helped so much she has helped us and our dog learn to understand each other better ,we now know how important it is to use hand signals and what ones with him as he can not hear us .
She really has helped us to have a better relationship with him we all now enjoy each others company more it’s nice to have a cuddle and not a nip I am very thankful to her for that
