We left Henry for the first time with Imelda and we are so happy we discovered Allerton Dog Minders. Imelda was fantastic making sure Henry was well looked after. We were able to relax and enjoy our holiday....we really looked forward to receiving our daily updates.... lots of photographs and videos of Henry which was fantastic. Imelda is so caring and nothing is too much trouble. Henry is so looking forward to his next visit and spending time with Imelda"s dog Jack. Thank you Imelda for everything.... you are fabulous !

I can’t thank Imelda enough for how well Tilly was taken care of during her recent stay, she was treated 100% like one of the family. Tilly adores Imelda, her family and her little dog Jack. She had an amazing time which was evident to see from all the lovely photos and messages Imelda sent, which we found very reassuring. Imelda is very efficient with all important paper work too. We never want to leave Tilly with anyone else, truly wonderful with Tilly thank you so much. Tilly is very much looking forward to her next stay!

Imelda is a truly special woman, I was very nervous leaving our dog with someone else, but Imelda is always so reassuring and totally understanding of my worries!! Imelda always shares lots of updates and pics of Dezzie during his stays with her and her gorgeous dog, Jack. Dezzie has a great time and is clearly excited to be there when we drop him off, which is so lovely to see! I’m sure he’s a bit upset to be back home and he would have loved to have stayed longer. I wouldn’t leave Dezzie with anyone else for sure.

Charlie has had a whale of a time at Imelda's, with humans & her dog, Jack! Imelda immediately inspired confidence by being very professional: checking that all vaccinations were up to date & getting to know as much as possible about Charlie before he arrived. He settled in immediately & was completely relaxed from the minute he arrived. I was kept informed with photos/texts every day about what he was doing & how he was responding. I'm not surprised that she is booked up very early because she gives great value for money & it's obvious that she adores dogs. it's very hard to find free dates. I have no reservations about recommending Imelda to any responsible dog owner.

Imelda provides a fantastic service; that is both professional and friendly. Our Shih Tzu, Mylo, recently stayed for the first time and he could not have been better treated! We were kept updated regularly about how Mylo was doing and received lots of cute photos. It was great to see Mylo look so happy and at home throughout his stay and upon collection. I would highly recommend Allerton Dog Minders.

It was with some trepidation & anxiety that we left our 1 year old pooch Louie with a dog minder. However, as soon as we received the daily updates & pics we completely relaxed. He looked so happy in his holiday home, regular walks, cuddles, and treats. It is obvious that Imelda loves her doggy guests. I couldn’t recommend Allerton dog minders highly enough and we have rebooked for our summer holiday knowing our precious boy will be in caring, safe & capable hands.

If you need your loved dog to be well looked after whilst you go on holiday there is no better place than with Imelda. Maggie ; our four year old Sprocker has been going on her holidays there for years. I was so apprehensive at first but Imelda immediately put me at ease during our first chat. We are constantly updated with photos and videos of Maggie playing and being cuddled; she just loves it there. We dont live far away from Imelda and when we walk past Maggie wants to go in so you cant say Maggie doesnt love it can you? Also Imelda is very strict on all medical updates and even reminds me on her medical check updates or booster requirements which is fantastic as you know there is absolutely no health risks to any dogs that Imelda looks after. I dont want to carry on any more because otherwise I wont get a chance to get Maggie booked in again! Shes actually there next week and as soon as I tell Maggie shes going on her holidays to Imeldas she will be so excited. 😁

Our two westies went to stay at Imelda s home , they had a fantastic time, she played games with them even made an obstacle course in her garden which they loved , she treated them as her own , Imelda sent photo s and video s through the day , which was reassurance to us that the dogs loved being on there holidays, Nothing was to much trouble for Imelda . Imelda had her own dog Jack , which our dogs fell in love with . We would definitely recommend Imelda and little Jack s holiday home.

I cannot recommend Allerton Dog Minders highly enough.Our Whippet ,Buddy was welcomed into Imelda’s lovely home and treated like her own dog. We were worried about leaving our needy boy to go on holiday but immediately knew we could trust Imelda to care for him like we do. We received daily photos and videos of him having lots of fun and more importantly lots of cuddles and snoozes!! Thank you Imelda , Bernie and Jack for allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday , knowing that Buddy was happy and loved xxx

Our 2 Cockapoos, Bill & Ted, stayed with Imelda for a week and could not have been looked after better. Imelda really cares about the pooches and clearly loves what she does. We received photos through daily which was immediately reassuring - we could just see in their faces that they were content. Huge relief! They also enjoyed the company of Jack, Imelda's terrier. Imelda is professional, thorough and caring. She ensures that they have a home from home experience. I honestly cannot thank Imelda enough for taking care of our little Westie. She welcomed her into her home and treated her so well she didn’t want to leave! From the first initial meeting Imelda was amazing! She made me feel at ease knowing that Lottie would be taken care of and treated exactly the same as she was in her own home. While we were away she sent pictures, videos and updates every day so we knew she was getting well looked after. And I think Lottie has a new friend for life in Jack, what a gentleman he is by the way, he even gave up his bed for her! Amazing kind &Caring lady would highly recommend .i had never left my 2 girls to go on holiday before , so was really nervous .They had a better holiday than me !😂 .i was kept posted with pics everyday , and imelda was always 110% available to give updates , they really enjoyed their stay , it was, home from home , they slept on imeldas bed with imeldas dog jack ,and were well looked after my oldest lilli is 15 years old and imelda tended to her every need definetely will bring my 2 back
