My dog had a bad experience previously (with a differant groomer) and now I wouldnt take him anywhere else but here, Charlotte is the only person he will now trust and she is so caring & kind with him ❤ and I feel more than happy to leave theo in her hands 🥰 he always comes back to me so happy and smelling & looking amazing 👏 xxxxx
