I can’t rate this kennels highly enough. My Mum was suddenly taken ill and we had to quickly find a home for her elderly dog: the kennels jumped into action - helping us get her there when we were dealing with Mum. She then had a long, and very happy, stay with the team who looked after her with care and affection and kept us updated. They also helped us find a new home when that sadly became necessary. A very good team.

I've taken all of our dogs here and I wouldn't leave them anywhere else again. We now travel from Lancashire to come here for boarding. Fantastic place, all the staff are wonderful and they care for the animals as though they are their own!

I wouldn't leave my beloved dogs with anyone else the staff are so lovely they truly love their job and of course the animals I have used Fernilea for about 5 years now and would highly recommend them like most dog owners I was very apprehensive about leaving my babies but from the first time I knew I had found a place that I feel safe leaving them ♥️

Went to view kennels we are looking at for our pet dog Boo. We were shown around by a lovely young lady called Megan. Facilities were excellent and the staff we met were absolutely lovely really feel at ease putting our Dog Boo into there care.

Fernilea is an excellent kennels, our dog, Walter, LOVES spending his holidays here which makes it so much easier for us leaving him, knowing that he is happy and well looked after. Rebecca and her team are amazing, friendly and really care about the dogs that board. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Appeared to be very well run. Plenty of space for the dogs. Heat lamps to keep them warm. Large exercise area. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are prepared to give medication to the dogs. Dogs need to be up to date with their routine injections and connected to a veterinary surgery.

Best kennels we have ever used, have tried a number of kennels over the last 7 years and Fernilea is by far the best we have ever used. My dog looked great after his stay and we felt so reassured we had made the right choice of kennels, staff are excellent and so caring, nothing to much trouble. Already booked for our boys next stay and would highly recommend Fernilea.

Due to getting married I opted to put my dogs in kennels so I knew they were ok and I hate to say it out of the way while perpetrations we’re underway. After being recommended Fernilea by a number of people I went and looked arouned. I went unannounced and the staff were so helpful and showed me around. Every kennel was clean and comfortable water bowls full and feed bowls had been cleaned and hygieneily stored ready for the next meal time. I was very impressed so booked my dogs in there and then. They were very accommodating allowing my two big dogs to be kept together in a spacious comfortable kennel thus reducing the stress for one of my dogs who can be anxious at times. I’ve just picked them up and they were BOTH very happy and showed no signs of being stressed or anxious at all they greeted the staff like friends when they went into the kennels to put the leads on and on the way our greeted the other staff with happy tails indicating they clearly liked them and had had a nice stay. I highly recommend to anyone needing kennels.

I viewed this kennel service with my partner. We were welcomed in and given a guided tour tour around the kennels the building is clean and tidy the kennels are good and the outside exercise area is well kept and spacious. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs this service.

Great service. We regularly use Fernilea and they are always accommodating and welcoming. Kennels are kept very clean and dogs are well cared for. Staff work hard to ensure this. Would deffinately recommend.

Fantastic.! They looked after our 2 golden retrievers while we went on holiday, the staff are amazing and the place is very clean and well organised, we are going away again in May and we have already booked the dogs in. 10/10.

Thay are verry nice people staff polite and holly and ruby safe there last weekend and again this following weekend very clean not smelly and my dogs seem happy when thay see me. I was recomended by a naighbour who has been tsking her dog there for years and when i go pick up dogs are happy .
