J. K.Rio has now looked after our two Guineas, Sandy and Luna twice whilst we have been away. On both occasions she has done a brilliant job . We are always very confident they are in safe hands and well looked after . Rio is very reliable, professional, conscientious and does a thorough job. She always sends us regular updates , photos and videos. We will definitely continue to use Homeward Bound 🐹🐹.
J.As an overprotective dog owner I was concerned about getting a dog walker. After meeting the team at Homeward Bound my fears were quickly put at ease. Kate and her team are professional but also caring and attentive. You can tell they have a passion for what they do and they put that into providing your dog a stimulating, loving and safe experience. I never worry about how my dog is doing with them and if I were to they also provide you with updates of your dogs session with them. Overall i’m extremely pleased with them and my dog is too.
A. N.We have been using homeward bound now for a couple of months and it was the best decision we made choosing them. Rio picks up our puppa twice a week for an hour walk. She always sends lots of pictures and videos showing how much fun they are having. Our dog can be quite troublesome sometimes but Rio handles him really well and he loves his walks with her. Would definitely recommend homeward bound :)
S. M.Highly recommend homeward bound. Rio has been fab with our Welsh terrier pup and really helped with his development and training. She is always punctual, reliable, with excellent communication and we're always updated with videos/pics. Our dog found doggy daycare settings a bit too stimulating, so we're so glad we found homeward bound, as it's a perfect solution for him whilst we are at work, giving us peace of mind that he's in very safe and caring hands

A. A.From first meeting onwards, homeward bound have been fantastic. Our two absolutely love going on walks with Rio and are so excited when they know she is coming. Any mischief they get into is sorted and great communication all the time.

R.Really great service from the start, great introductions all paperwork in order - they dedicate the whole hour to your dog to meet their needs for walks/games/cuddles whatever they need that day. Gemma has been fabulous with our rescue lurcher Lilo and really flexible not only to my varying shifts but more importantly to Lilo's needs as she has been on and off walks on vet demands and happy to administer medication - no request has ever been too much. Can't praise them enough!
s. h.Katie the founder of Homeward Bound Pet Services has recently looked after our two fur babies 😺😺 Lola & Mika, a long haired Persian 13 years and an exotic Persian 10 years.
Both require daily eye cleaning, grooming and attention.
Lola is normally very shy, fearful and hides from people but she seemed very interested in Katie from her first visit to us.
Mika seems much more relaxed but he really likes routine and needs reassurance.
We were anxious that Lola & Mika would be well cared for as we needed to travel and having moved city our previous cat sitter and family who looked after them previously couldn't.
Katie has been amazing. She put us at ease from our first meeting. We arranged visits for Katie to introduce her to Lola & Mika and go through eye cleaning and grooming routine. They took to her immediately.
Katie keeps in regular contact, letting us know when she arrives, taking pictures and videos and updating us on how everything is going.
She is amazing with Lola & Mika.
We would highly recommend her. 😻😻
S. J.I am so chuffed with Homeward Bound and the chance to have my older dog looked after in her own home is so important at the moment. I can honestly say that Gemma takes really good care of my little friend and I feel so much less anxious knowing that she has a kind, professional person to look after her. I get lots of updates too, which I love to get.
