For some reason my dog couldn't even walk near the last grooming saloon that went into despair. It was the reason I needed to find another place. And after trying so many groomers in Chiswick that made my cockapoo completely different from what I asked for, I finally found Chiswick Dog that fulfilled all my expectations. Well done!

Took our dog here a few months ago - had a fantastic first hair cut. Friendly place and fair value for money. Tried a different groomer and instantly regretted it, so will stick to this one in future.

Could not be happier with the grooming from Yvonne, Gemma and the team. Initially I tried a few different places but once I found them I would not dream of going anywhere else. They clearly love dogs and that is always obvious from the minute you walk in.

I didnt know my dog could be this soft! He was shedding and it was never ending brushing at home for the last weeks. I then decided to bring him here and they washed and brushed him for a couple of hours. He is not losing hair now and i can feel the massive change. He is also smelling good but not too strong (I hate chemical smells), and he is super soft! Also, my dog has arthritis and had surgery in the back legs so I told her to be careful and it seems it was great because my dog didnt look tired afterwards (he usually sits down or slows down if he has had lots of pressure on the back legs) Overall, really good service and nice staff :)

Lovely dog grooming salon. My puppy has been twice and whilst it's a new experience he's totally happy in the care of Yvonne and the team. Yvonne has made me feel totally at ease leaving him with her and it's such a calm salon with a really lovely vibe. Can't recommend enough....oh he also comes home looking and smelling great! :)

Excellent friendly service. Chiswick Park Pet Spa performed wonders on our shaggy Pomapoo as can be seen in the before and after photos attached. Highly recommended. We will be coming back on a regular basis. Happy dog and happy owners.

I took my friends dog, Hugo, as a treat for when they returned from thier trip. Hugo and indeed I were nervous. Hugo was reluctant at first but by the time he came out they were getting kisses and wags. He looked amazing and the some what fussy parents were very pleased with the result. Phew.

We took our rescue Lulu to Chiswick Dog today and were super pleased with the service. Yvonne put us totally at ease and we collected a fluffy beautiful smelling pooch an hour later. We will definitely be back! :) We also love the look fo the shop, really put together with care and love.

I've been trying to get an appointment with Yvonne for a couple of months but she's always busy - sign of a good groomer, obviously. I eventually got Frankie, my 5 month old Cavapoochon, an appointment for his first full groom. I couldn't believe the difference between the dog I dropped off and the one I collected - what a difference! He 'd been washed, brushed, trimmed and generally beautified. We shan't go anywhere else - thank you, Yvonne 😊

I had to rescue a severely neglected dog as my elderly aunt was unable to look after him anymore. The staff here are bloody angels, its very evident they wholeheartedly love dogs 🐕 ❤ They showed so much love and gave my dog a lovely trim with so much tender loving care - he looks unrecognisable!! Due to the neglect he was in, the groomer would not charge me! Thank you so much girls! ?

Absolutely brilliant local pet salon! Took our cavachon puppy here for her first groom today and she came out looking gorgeous! She was very happy when entering the salon and didn't want to leave in the end. Lovely, friendly staff who really care for the dogs. Never taking our little one anywhere else!

I took my Cavapoo Rosie here for the Puppy Pamper just after she'd had her vaccinations as she couldn't see for all the fur growing over her eyes, and she came out looking gorgeous, so soft, smelling lovely, and able to see again. I've taken her again twice and she is very happy being there, waggy tails all round, and you can see she's in very good hands. Plus it's a lovely environment, warm and inviting. Super!

We took our two Scottish Terriers to Yvonne at Chiswick Park Pet Spa & Boutique, and she was brilliant! They came out looking gorgeous and were groomed to perfection! She had put so much effort into their groom and I think this is the best they've looked. It was very easy to book an appointment with her, as I phoned her on the Friday and she made space for both boys the next day without hesitation. She made sure that they were used to being groomed before coming in, so that they would be comfortable. She even had treats available for them and took great care of our babies. I would recommend her and the Spa without hesitation, and will definitely be going back when their grooming is due!

My dog is very nervous when being groomed and I worry about how he has been treated at other groomers as he is petrified. Yvonne cares deeply about the welfare of the animals she grooms and she encouraged me to stay to put my little chap at ease. Is he is a cockapoo - so a full bath, dry and cut always takes a long time, she could tell he was tired so she kindly suggested that we come back a few days later so that he could have his nails cut and a general finish off so it wasn't too much for him. She was very gentle and reassured him and I felt welcome to stay or go at any time and was allowed to give him a cuddle to reassure him myself - I certainly have not been welcomed to do that at any other groomers. Stress free and a lovely environment for dogs in a really accessible location too. See you again soon Yvonne. Thank you :)

Please visit Yvonne and her salon you will not be disappointed. I contacted Yvonne for advice about my new puppy, she was friendly and bubbly and we arranged for me to visit so my puppy could get used to the surroundings. I then made a further longer appointment which Yvonne was very willing for me to stay for. She was very gentle with him reassuring and talking to him throughout the process. Her shop is amazing, and the service she offered is to.

Great service from Yvonne and Sasha yesterday. My puppy's first treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Puppy was nervous but the staff's patience and care got him through. He had a trim, nail cut and wash and dry. Very happy.

This is one of those places that I would love to rate even higher. My dog came to them massively afraid of having his legs groomed and badly matted. He wouldn't be groomed at home, he wouldn't even walk into the last groomers. They have put in such hard work to help him that he now runs inside, his tail is wagging, he even lets me groom him at home! I am so grateful for them not judging me as a handler and for being so kind and respectful. He was a state when he came into them. I also have a lot of respect for them telling me when things aren't possible. There's nothing better than a groomer who will tell you why an option can't work and possible solutions. Definitely professional and knowledgeable. And they always, always listen to you. We took a few grooms to perfect what we want, so you won't end up with a 'one size fits all' groom on your dog. The whole shop is designed to keep your dog happy and healthy. The dogs can even have a look out of the window so it doesn't feel so enclosed, constantly clean water which is always refreshed and a lovely clean bed to relax on. I trust them with the most important thing in my life and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. We'd never go anywhere else.

I brought my 3 month old Toy Poodle in for the Puppy wash and was SO impressed. The lady who owns it is super friendly and put Teddy and I at easy. She took her time, was patient and he came out looking and smelling gorgeous. Looking forward to our next visit.

We are so happy to have found Yvonne and her team. My Lhasa apso Ted is not the easiest to groom and can be quite stubborn to say the least!! But from day one Yvonne has listened and given us good advice on how to deal with this. We have been going for just over a year and would not go anywhere else.Whenever we get to the shop ted is wagging his tail in excitement. During grooming if it gets too much for him Yvonne will give him a little break and then continue. When we collect ted he looks so lovely and happy, his tail is still wagging. Happy dog happy owner. Today we brought Buddy the border collie to Chiswick Park Pet Spa & Boutique. I knew Buddy was going to be a challenge, it's his first groom and he's a very active dog with a dose of separation anxiety. The guys were incredible - very friendly, attentive and showed genuine interest in Buddy, giving us confidence through their reassurances. The resulting groom was fantastic! We're all so happy. Buddy smelt amazing, and his fur was soft and shiny. All knots and matted parts gone - miracle workers - Thank you for your hard work!

We called around in the area for a suitable groomer that would be comfortable with Pomeranian (Pom's). Every breed has special treatment requirements. We luckily found this fantastic place. We required some assistance with our Pom who needed some TLC with his coat. We arranged an appointment (our first one) and received professional advice from Yvonne and Seth right away. Most grooming places are happy to cut off the coat right away! But not with Yvonne and Seth. Both assessed his coat and spent over 2 hours brushing our Pom's coat, and the results were terrific. One week later we returned for the needed trim. We were happy with the recommendations and approach. They made us and our Pom extraordinarily comfortable and provided realistic time scales. Good things should not be rushed! We will be back soon and spread the good word

Not having had a dog before, the whole area of grooming was a bit of a minefield. I eventually chose CPPS after enquiring at a number of places. Why? Because Yvonne, the owner was calm, kind & very reassuring. I don't live too far away so she suggested that myself & my pup visit once or twice to get him accoustomed to her & the shop, which we did. And when he had his first haircut I was allowed to stay with him (probably for my benefit not his or hers!). Yvonne is genuinely passionate about what she does & goes that extra mile with her clients whether human or animal...!
