We recently completed a series of excellent training sessions with Matthew for our Maltipoo puppy. We are first-time dog owners, and Matthew was great at preparing us for the various day-to-day challenges. He is a true dog-whisperer, and we saw immediate results in recall, interacting with other dogs, and walking on the leash. The confidence we developed through the sessions also instilled a greater sense of calm in little Rocky. We will be continuing the sessions as our pup grows up. All in all a great experience.

Best haircut ever for my dog Mochi in all Fulham /putney area. My daughter loves it so much, she demands her only gets groomed here. Staff treat him so well, and he loves it there. Even when i accidentally missed pick up time, they waited almost 45mins after close for me.

I popped in last weekend to get my French Bulldog Bella groomed and the service from start to finish was fantastic. Very welcoming, they were excellent with Bella, as she is a little shy and was a tad apprehensive however they soon made her feel welcome and pampered. All in all a great experience and Bella is looking even cleaner and fresher too.

City Paws Club offered us an appointment at short notice and were fantastic from the moment we walked through the door. The groomer managed to get all knots out of our cockapoo's coat without shaving her(something no other groomer has managed). Excellent service all around!

I have a Bichon Frise which I have found that most groomers don’t know how to cut his hair and end up just shaving him. However, City Paws Club on Lower Richmond Road have given him the best cut and they listened to what I asked for and they did a better job than I expected. Thank you

My Maltese terrier had his first groom here, having recently moved to the area. Whilst it was a little hard to locate the premises, we were happy with the results and will be returning. The only thing which was a bit of a let down was that his nails hadnt been trimmed and were badly in need of and should have been incorporated in his groom. Hopefully this wont occur again.

The new groomer Christian is amazing. Lovely guy and our dog has never looked and smelt so good. We have a ludicrously curly dog so is not the easiest customer but Christian welcomes her with open arms and she loves him. Could not recommend more highly.

I have previously used a different dog grooming company in Fulham. However I could not get an appointment there for three months so tried out city paws. I love that they take one dog at a time. Makes for a much more calm environment. I received a text reminder of my appointment a few days before. And they did a very good job. I will certainly be going back.

I have a really boisterous and full of energy boxer that needs tons of exercise so I was so happy to come across CityPaws. I’ve been sending my dog there consistently for months now and she comes home happy and exhausted from a full day of play. The pick/up and drop/off service is exactly what I need and the team can be trusted with house keys as well. On daycare days, Bailey can’t contain her excitement and goes nuts when she sees the van pull around the street, the team can barely get a lead on her as she races to jump in the van. The best part is when she gets home, she goes straight to her bed until the next day and gives me the break I need. You also get updates during the day with pictures (would love to see some videos though) so you can see how much fun they’re having.

Absolutely love this daycare! Everyone is so incredibly helpful and responsive. The service is incredible and they go out of their way to accommodate where they can and I love the daily pictures when he’s there. My dog loves going. The only thing I wish was that the days were a little longer as it is a little hard to fit in around going into the office.

We take our dog Artie to CityPaws Day Care twice a week and I couldn’t recommend this organisation enough. They are by far Artie’s favourite people & it’s his favourite time of the week! To start with, I am super impressed with how organised (and lovely !) they are in terms of pick-ups and drop-offs. I always get a text the day before with an estimate timing which really helps. Then drop-offs are great because Artie gets put in the crate if we’re not in. Lots of day-care companies don’t offer pick-ups & drop-offs but CityPaws goes above and beyond. I’d like to also mention that Emma - who picks up Artie every time - is the loveliest person too. The day care itself is fantastic. Emma keeps us updated with daily pictures & videos which make our day. We can tell he’s had a great day because he’s absolutely EXHAUSTED when he comes back and just wants to go to go to bed. This is quite amazing for a young beagle! All in all we are absolutely delighted with both the professionalism and service of CityPaws and would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a happy pup in the city! :-)

I couldn't recommend City Paws club more than I already do to all the dog owners I know! :) Our labrador pup Bailey has been going there once a week since she's 5 month old and she loves it. The dogs are being entertained and taken care of all day, with big outdoor spaces, and plenty of dogs to play with; needless to say she doesn't look back when she's being picked up in the morning! They also send pictures/videos throughout the day to update us on how she's doing, which is always very reassuring. If you're looking for a place to send your dog for a day full of activities, this is the place to go! Marion

Our 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs LOVE daycare at City Paws! . They come back tired and happy after a wonderful day in all the amazing outside space. We love seeing the happy pictures the team send us during the day and also that they come home beautifully washed and dried! Matt and his team are knowledgeable and have given great advice on training. They have also arranged excellent boarding in private homes when we've gone on holiday. Highly recommend!

City Paws are great! I have been sending my Collie to City Paws from when they first started up, and it was a no brainier to send my new puppy collie to them too. They have really helped with puppy training, giving detailed updates on his progress, on how he interacts with both the team and the other puppies. The ‘pupdates’ throughout the day are adorable but also reassuring to know he is getting along okay! Both of my dogs are always happy to see the team when they are collected, and they always come back happy and very tired! I have never had any issues with City Paws and would recommend Matt and team to any dog owner.

City Paws has been an absolute godsend. I send my puppy to daycare 3x/week and it’s been very beneficial to have her socializing with other dogs. Her behavior at home improves on a daily basis. I have also used City Paws for 1on1 training and Matt has done an incredible job helping teach basic commands, good behavior on the lead, and more. He’s also a great resource for any questions or concerns you may have.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about City Paws Club doggy daycare and grooming services. I have a Bernese Mountain Dog who goes bonkers with excitement every time the doorbell rings on daycare mornings, and the entire staff is beyond amazing. We just love them all. On the grooming shop, I cannot believe what they accomplish with my giant dog in just two hours! I picked him up this afternoon looking like a top show dog and smelling like a fresh spring day. Five stars every time, every service.

My dog tumble had a full groom and teeth clean today at City Paws for the first time and to say they did an excellent job is a huge understatement. Tumble has had many haircuts before but city paws has by far been the best! It was such an even cut and he has never looked so clean and fresh. Camilla the girl on front of house created a very friendly atmosphere and was both incredibly helpful and informative. He was treated so well from start to finish. Would 100% recommend and will now be only using city paws for all of tumbles grooming.

We sent our four month old puppy, Luna, to City Paws Club, and we've been so impressed by their service and care for her! They send video and photo updates throughout the day, giving us great peace of mind on how she is doing and getting to see all the fun she is having! They come to pick her up from our flat in London and then drop her off in the afternoon. Our little pup has been going to City Paws Club daycare regularly after he is allowed to venture into the outside world. Being able to socialise with other dogs has been helping so much in terms of his confidence building, even with once per week (for his young age)! All the staff members are super friendly and absolutely love dogs! Clara sends me regular updates of the day so I know my little man is having the best time! He spent an evening boarding at Alex's place, and even had some cooked dinner! Thank you so much for the whole team!

City Paws really went above and beyond! My puppy was really struggling in his development with interacting with other dogs, often scared and acting out. City Paws really care and kindly laid on a 1:1 training session showing us techniques to improve our puppies behaviours, very clear guidance all in real time with other dogs in the park and also providing helpful follow up notes. We felt safe and can’t thank City Paws enough for giving up their time on a cold wet and rainy weekend! In just one session we saw a massive improvement (which had someone of told me of before the session I would never have believed) and have a great platform to move on from.

I would highly recommend City Paws for any training support you need. In the lead up to getting our puppy I was very nervous, having never had a dog before I just wanting to get it right. So I had an online puppy training session with Matt, he was brilliant. Ran through all the basic do’s and don’ts with me. As well as some of the first behaviour lessonsq to teach my new puppy with how and when to reward. We have now had her for 10 days and it has been a great experience which I fully credit to Matt for giving me the knowledge and confidence to start off so well. Our 6month old lab/spaniel puppy, Milo, has been going to City Paws day care for a few weeks coupled with some one-on-one training with Matt (the dog man!). Milo was so full of excitement he was hard to control on the lead or outside. However, Matt gave us some techniques that have really worked to focus Milo a lot. The day care is seriously THE BEST. Milo still wets himself every morning Clara comes to pick him up, and is exhausted when he gets home. He's always had a nice wash down after playing with his friends so is nice and clean when he gets in (minus the evidence of dirty play on his little nose!).... I cannot recommend City Paws highly enough. Thanks guys!

Matt is a dog whisperer! Our puppy loved everything he showed us to do with him and he was also very clear and patient with teaching us how to continue the training skills he taught us on our own. If you want your puppy to be happy and well-behaved (and use up a little energy in the process) we highly recommend City Paws for 1 on 1 training.

Margot, our miniature dachshund has been going to daycare at City Paws Club since she was 10 weeks old, between 2-3 days a week and she absolutely loves it. When the team come to pick her up she's always super exited and can't wait to leave! We are so pleased she has become a very confident puppy around other dogs and people, and we really do attribute much of this to her being so well socialised at City Paws Club. We were so was nervous sending her in the first couple of days, especially as she was so young and little, but the team were amazing and sent us updates/photos throughout the day on how she was getting on. We felt they really looked after her, sat with her and eased her in with all of the other puppies. Natalie and Matt still send us photos/videos of her playing which we love. The team really genuinely seem to love all of the dogs they look after, and are very comforted when at work that Margot is in great hands. We also really like the online booking interface which is easy to use and allows you to book in last minute, which is great for us when our work plans change etc. We visited the Club in person before sending her in and there is a huge amount of space for all of the dogs, shelters and activities etc. Overall, we are very happy and would highly recommend City Paws Club.

His help has been invaluable in getting us prepared for the puppy, helping us establish a routine with sleep and toilet training, crate training, and training Elvis with some basic commands. I took my dog(German Sheppard) to City Paws Club for grooming. The staff is very friendly and they do a good job everytime. I tried another groomer in the past but they kept changing my appointments and cancel them because my dog is slightly larger size and they have so many dogs at the same time however I have never had that problem with City Paws Club, they schedule it properly also they send us confirmation and reminding messages every time which shows that they are a professional company.

My baby boy Sonny has been going to City Paws Club for nearly a year. Having tried a few day cares in the past, i can honestly say i have never seen my dog go so crazy to get out of the house in the morning and jump into their van!! I am one of those dog parents that miss their dog as soon as they are out of sight, and i usually get anxious when i'm not with him, but the constant pics and vids bring the biggest of smiles to my face, especially seeing how much fun my little boy is having with his dog and human friends. Its a real comfort to know he is cared for and entertained in the most fulfilling way. He really is in his doggy paradise there. I couldn't have asked for anything more, and i can't imagine him anywhere else.

I have been sending my Miniature Schnauzer to City Paws daycare since he was 11 weeks old. He's now 5 months old and has greatly benefited from the socialisation with other dogs that he gets from his weekly visit to daycare. From when he was a small pup, the team have been so attentive with him, sending me pictures and letting me know if something seems off (he once had an ear infection which the team helpfully flagged). He's always so excited to see them when they pick him up and I can see the love and care the team have for him. He doesn't even look back when he leaves in the morning. I would recommend City Paws to anyone - I am confident that my dog is safe and happy when he is with the Matt and the team :)

Roki loves City Paws Club! All staff are very friendly and professional. On many occasions I requested for Roki to be picked up last minute and they have always been able to accommodate us. They always send me plenty of photos and videos of Roki playing with other dogs, and Roki seems to be having lots of fun with his dog friends. Our beautiful dog Winnie spent the first year of her life attending City Paws Club. I think I can speak on her behalf to say that she would not have preferred to spend it anywhere else! Everyday day she came back happy and exhausted having had a lovely time playing with her friends. Practically speaking, Matt and the team are very accomodating, prompt and efficient. You often get photo updates during the day, if I had one small criticism these updates could be a little more frequent. Our little man, Watson, is a newbie at CPC, but he is in love. Matt and Clara have been a godsend for Watson and have helped him build his confidence. He is always ecstatic to see Clara in the morning and comes back exhausted, which makes our lives much much easier. We also searched around for a groomer that could handle his unique coat and CPC (credit to Christian) did an amazing job. We were worried Watson was going to be bald given how matted he was, but he came back looking so handsome. Overall our experience has been amazing, highly recommend.

If you are looking for a doggy daycare service in London this is hands down the best place! They really go above and beyond with their customer service and are so friendly and easy to talk to. My dog has separation anxiety and not only did the City Paws Club team understand his issues, but when he chewed our wall they immediately gave me advice on what to do, even going so far as to let me call them in the evening for advice and gave me a recommendation of a local handyman!! Not many companies would go this far for their customers but they genuinely care about dog welfare. Your pup will be good hands, can't recommend them enough to everyone!

We have a large rescue dog, very timid and needs time to build trust with new people. We tried several dog sitters and boarding options but none were successful. And then we met Matt and Citypaws team - from the first meeting their approach was so professional, they managed to understand Maggie is shy but is gentle and needs time to establish trust. It was the first time we left Maggie for 10 days but the team was so nice and understood the delicate situation, it made it easy for us to trust them. While we were away we kept getting daily updates, photos and videos, and we were so happy to see how fast she adapted and started playing with the dogs. The highlight was when we received a photo of one from the team hugging Maggie! We will definitely return on our next holiday and we highly recommend!

After being rejected by several doggy day care facilities (‘we can’t handle German Shepherds’) our two dogs finally found their ideal ‘vacation’ spot - City Paws Club. They’re always ecstatic when the dog handler rings the doorbell, they absolutely love every single one of them! They come back from their day hungry, wet, and completely exhausted - just the way we like them! We love receiving the pictures and videos, too. The playing field (for big dogs) is massive, with lots of toys and obstacles that they obviously use all the time. We send them to ‘nursery school’ (as we call it) three times a week and we love it as much as they do. We’ve also opted to board them during short breaks and the occasional weekend off, and that’s been excellent too. Staff are communicative and helpful, and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Fantastic service again! This is my second review and although the team was different, the service was absolutely Spot on. Today was only the second grooming for my girl, her hair was very long (last cut in May last year) but we really like it long and brush her regularly. I decided to give her a trim because brushing and washing was taking longer lately and, with heating on everywhere I noticed she was getting too hot often. She was very nervous at first and again it was not easy to leave her but I asked the ladies to call me if she would be very stressed. After I left she relaxed and apparently did not cause any trouble. I called 2.5h later to ask if she was ready and promptly went to collect her. I was greeted eagerly by my very happy and beautifully groomed cockapoo, who was bouncing around the groomers and did not seem stressed at all. In fact she was very comfortable with the team. They are very competent in their approach and service and I would definitely recommend them to everyone, especially if you, or your pet, are a bit apprehensive. Thank you City Paws and we will be back in a couple of months. May2019 It was a first grooming appointment for my little cockapoo and I couldn’t imagine a lovelier experience. They were available to take our dogs quite last minute for a few days when we had to go out of town and they are very flexible with day play dates. We love knowing that when they are boarding with City Paws that they are staying at the home of a City Paws staffer rather than a kennel or crate at some sort of facility. One of our dogs is a rescue and has always been nervous around new people but he seems completely at ease with Matt and his team. Both dogs are excited when they are picked up in the morning and seem to have an awesome time whenever they go out with City Paws for the day. I want to start off by saying how fantastic Matt and the staff at City Paws have been. Our frenchies just started at City Paws a couple of months ago and they are doing great. We were a little worried at first because Pinguino requires a bit more attention at times due to his skin allergies and Ham is bit of a wild child, always getting into trouble. We enjoyed the most wonderful paddle boarding trip on Sunday 3rd Of June organised by City Paws Club in association with Active 360. From start to finish all the people involved were friendly, professional and helpful. Great start when all dogs were offered treats to help make friends. Both humans and dogs were kitted out with life jackets, then we had a safety briefing and on shore demo, before launching the boards and setting off. Matt from City Paws Club and the instructors from Active 360 made sure they were on hand to offer advice and encouragement and also point out places of interest onshore - a very good ratio of experienced people to beginners. We had a stop off on the shore to allow the humans to rest and the dogs to stretch their legs while the tide turned (making travel back to base easier). It was possible to leave bags securely back at base with a change of clothes - needed by some of us who ended up going for a swim! As it was a hot day it was actually rather refreshing. The base has a hot shower (could do with 2, but it was good there was one) and changing rooms/toilets. Wonderful to spend time with such a friendly group of people and wonderful dogs. Looking forward to going again, and highly recommend it to anyone who loves spending quality fun time with their dog.

I met Matt, the founder of City Paws Club, just over a year ago - he would bring his team and any dogs they were looking after into the pub I was working in when they'd finished work. What struck me first was the sense of community they had, and as I got to know them all I could only admire the work they did; they are so dedicated to the hounds in their care! There is no one else I would trust with my little boy - he's a shy pup, but the guys have really won him over and he's as happy to see them as he is to see me! I have visited the day care a few times and it is a wonderful place, with separate fields for dogs of different sizes and temperaments. I have seen this site go from 5 acres with no facilities to the wonderful place it is now, and they have recently extended to 16 acres; and am very excited to see what they do with the huge, additional space they now have. I will continue to send my dogs for as long as I have them.

Monty (the beagle) has been going to the guys at City Paws for a few months now and he absolutely loves it. Today I had the pleasure of visiting the site to see how it works and what goes on when the dogs are let loose to play. Well, it’s no wonder Monty loves it. Oodles of space to run and play, lots of stimulation - agility courses and different areas (for a dog lead by his nose this makes Monty super excited) and a great amount of supervision, just in case. Matt and the team clearly love the dogs that go there and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of interaction - the dogs are certainly not left on their own whilst the humans sit and have coffee! In each field (small dogs/medium dogs/large dogs), playing, training and interaction plays a big part in the dogs’ day. The most reassuring part of visiting the site was to see how they monitor how the dogs play together, ensuring that play stays just that! Monty’s little bottom does a wiggle whenever he sees the CPC guys at the door and seeing the site today, it’s no wonder why. Its great that he can go somewhere and spend hours running and playing in a safe and caring environment. 👍🏼

We have been using city paws for our vizsla since he was a small puppy. When his driver Shay picks him up in the morning he goes crazy with excitement which is incredibly reassuring as he clearly loves spending the day there. He comes home exhausted and we are convinced that being able to burn off his energy and play with other dogs all day has played a huge role in how well adjusted/behaved he is especially in comparison the the other 9 puppies in his litter.. Unfortunately our pup had kennel cough when he was a young which meant he couldn’t go to the daycare centre for a period of time. Matt however went above and beyond by swinging by to take him out for a walk whilst I was at work. He didn’t ask for any payment and did this purely out of kindness. Every member of the team that we have met genuinely seem to love the dogs they work with and I feel 100% confident leaving our beloved boy in their care.

Kensington City Paws is amazing, literally like a day spa or adventure park for the a dogs. They have a lot more fun during the day than their owners. And it shows. Paul is great too. The dog loves him. And I think the wife might a little too.

City Paws Club takes care of our 4-month old Pomsky, Pook, two or three days a week. It's been amazing for socialisation and help with training, as well as simply a very well-run, reliable, and flexible day care service. All the people we interact with from CPC are absolutely lovely and they all clearly know Pook well and care for him. Having visited the CPC site, it's well equipped, well maintained, and very secure, and Pook is evidently happy to arrive and see the team there.

I am a dog trainer, taught by Victoria Stilwell on her Academy for dog training and behaviour, and I'm the CEO of The Office Dog. My own dog, Kimber has been going to City Paws for over a year now. We moved him to there after using a different daycare that we discovered was unsafe and used aversive techniques such as spray collars to prevent dogs from barking. City Paws could not be further from this. The passion and love for the dogs shown by all the staff is amazing. Prior to Kimber joining the daycare myself and my partner visited the centre, and was taken on quite the tour of the facilities. It was outstanding. Not only do we send Kimber to the daycare, but we use their boarding services and I enrolled in their agility course last summer. Kimber loves it all. Matt and his staff also helped out when Kimber went through a phase of being reticent to get into the van in the mornings. We tried different methods and techniques until he got through it, and they showed patience and understanding throughout. And there's no doubt in my mind of Kimber's joy to see whoever's collecting him! I want to say thank you to everyone there who looks after him so well. I know he can be a bit of a Dick at times ;)

I have been meaning to post this review for some time now, apologies for taking so long! I just wanted to put a note out there to say THANKS SO MUCH to Matt and his team at City Paws Club. I am a full time professional working in the City, and I home two wonderful little Sausage X Jack Russell sisters called Tini and Zini. My personal circumstances changed at the end of 2016, which meant we moved from a house with a spacious garden to a flat with a little court yard. Tini and Zini struggled a lot with the move. Due to work commitments I was concerned that I was not getting them enough outside park time, with us now living without the large garden that they were used to having. I can honestly say that I am not sure what I would have done had I not found you guys! I signed up with City Paws Club in Nov 2016 and I firmly believe that the love and affection you and your team have shown my two girls, helped them to adjust to our new home. They can run themselves silly outside with your team and the other doggies in your care. By helping my girls to settle, meant that I was able to settle too – thank you! Life is now back to normal and we are in a good routine, with my girls eagerly awaiting their pick up twice a week with your team. The team are always very friendly and happy to see Tini and Zini – I was so impressed that they even remembered their names! Zini is always excited to go off with her new friends. Tini moans a little (think she would prefer to stay in bed!) but immediately stops once in the team’s arms. Neither girls even give me a second glance most days now, when they leave the flat with the team! Your service is just so amazing, I couldn’t believe how accommodating and helpful you guys were when I had to sort out Tini and Zini’s boarding accommodation from SA and Australia, when I had to do some last-minute work travel. I would like to give special mention to Sara who was in constant contact with me when I was travelling for work, with doggie updates. I would also like to give special mention to Nicola, thanks so much for giving me girls a home away from home, whilst I was away! I am so happy with City Paws Club and the all-round service that they provide. I could honestly not imagine looking anywhere else for help with my 2 girls.
