As a new resident to London, it was essential that I find a trustworthy and reliable dog walker for my puppy to be with while I'm in the office. I met Jess for a meet and greet with my dog Lola and she immediately made me feel confident that Lola would be happy, safe, and well exercised while on her walks. My 2-year old puppy is full of energy, but oftentimes takes a moment to adjust to a new person. Jess was able to connect with Lola quickly and knew how to make her feel comfortable in a new environment. Jess and Coop Dogg Dog made my recent work relocation significantly easier knowing that Lola is well taken care of on her daily walks with Jess. Absolutely recommend!!

Jessica was recommended to us via The Langham Hotel so we already had high expectations of her service. Coupled with the fact that she was taking care of our dogs during our wedding and this was the first time we were meeting her, the pressure was most certainly on! We’re very pleased to report that Jessica was amazing in taking care of our dogs during this stressful time and even helped out during the photo shoot outside the wedding venue by distracting Neo (our Golden Retriever), with dog treats so we could get some great photos!! Jess has been absolutely fantastic with our dog Nigel, he used to go to day care but picked up a few bad habits so we decided to try alternatives, we found Jess & she has been brilliant. My husband and I can work long days and Jess is always available & flexible with her walks. We’re so happy we’ve found Jess – she is fantastic and so patient with our pooch, Flash. Flash used to go to doggy daycare and although he loved the staff and other dogs there, he hated the journey in the van to and from their site. So finding someone like Jess to picks him up, walks him and drops him home is perfect for him. We’ve had Flash since he was 3 months old and he’s always been very nervous so gaining his trust is always time consuming and sometimes challenging. Jess has been so patient with him and now he throws himself down the stairs to greet her and is loving being part of her new pack. We highly recommend Jess – aside from being a great dog walker, she’s also reliable, responsive and a friendly chick too!

I highly recommend Jess, she’s great! She’s been walking Patrick most days for the last few months. She’s always quick to respond when we need her. She ensures she fits around our work schedules to walk Patrick and check in on him throughout the day. Patrick adores her! It’s important for us to have someone who you can trust with your dog. She’s even gone above and beyond when Patrick wasn’t very well, by checking in on him more throughout the day, with regular updates and offering to take him to our vets to help us.
