We love pet sanctuary! Our dog has been looked after for the last two years since he was a young puppy, initially in daycare for 8 hours a day and now for long daily walks. He has been so well looked after and we have been so thankful to Pet Sanctuary for being flexible and training our dog so well. We have also used Pet Sanctuary for boarding services for occasional weekends and weeks and have always been so happy with their professionalism and ease of communication. I highly recommend Pet Sanctuary!

The best doggy daycare service in London. We have been very happy customers of PetSanctuary for nearly 4 years now. The team has looked after our dog since she was 12 weeks old with never any issues. You can tell they take good care of her as every time she is picked up she runs out with a wagging tail. She loves the carers and is always very happy to see them. You could not leave your dog in better hands.

Pet Sanctuary are great. We have used for daycare and boarding for our dog Hamish for over a year now, since he was a puppy. He LOVES going. Vicky is amazing with him - very knowledgable, helping with training etc. You can tell that she really loves dogs. If she is ever unavailable, she arranges for her colleague Sladja to come instead - who is equally as great. I especially love the flexibility that Pet Sanctuary are able to provide - regularly fitting around my schedule, often dropping Hamish off late without any hesitation. This is my first experience using a doggy day care service and Pet Sanctuary has exceeded all expectations since I first started using their services in October. From having an at-home sitter look after my new puppy when I had to go to work through to the regular stays with Vicky and her team, I have been thoroughly impressed with the service's professionalism, attentiveness, flexibility and care. My Staffy and I have been with Pet Sanctuary for almost 5 years now and I consider them family. Kosta and Vicky started working with her at 8 weeks old and taught her all the vital puppy skills she needed to be safe and friendly with other dogs and people. When I was working in an office in the city (pre-Covid), they took her every weekday to let her run around in the park and get afternoon naps in afterwards. Now I'm working from home, but they still pick her up in the morning and make sure she gets good solid exercise every day before bringing her back home to me. She is the happiest, most well adjusted dog you will ever meet! When I need to travel she stays overnight with them and they treat her like their own family member. I can't recommend them enough, I trust them implicitly with the most important thing in my life! My fur baby!

I was unsure at first what to expect - having an in-home sitter to stay at my apartment and look after my puppy Isla for overnight and days while I was away for work. But I could not have asked for anything more from our sitter Nadia. She loved Isla and Isla had no problems in staying with Nadia while I wasn't there. Great communications from the Pet Sanctuary team too, to make me feel comfortable about the booking process etc.
