Matt and Em at Fetch Pets London have cared for our golden retriever on two occasions now, and we’ve booked in for a further 10 days with them later this year. We are delighted that we have found them: they are extremely professional and reliable, and care so much for our dog. Our dog has some medical issues that require some extra care, which Matt and Em have been excellent with. We trust them completely and feel very comfortable leaving our sweet boy with them. They go above and beyond to make sure that he is comfortable and happy, and have kept us updated while we’ve been away with texts and photos. On top of that, they’ve been exemplary house guests and have always left our home cleaner and tidier than when they arrived! We recommend them without reservation.

Matt and Em watched our Frenchie, Toast, for over 2 weeks while we were visiting family overseas. It was the first time we've been away from our dog while having complete peace of mind knowing what good hands she was in. Not only were they loving and kind with Toast, but they also kept her entertained by taking her on interesting new walks and always kept us updated on how she was doing with adorable photos. They are clear animal-lovers and naturals with all pets. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants dog sitters who will look after your pup with as much love as you would.

Matt and Em recently looked after our puppy, Gunner, for 10 days. I cannot say enough good things about them...professional, reliable, trustworthy, calm, responsive, caring... they are absolute stars! We were so grateful for the regular updates and photos they shared with us each day. And, we were thrilled to come home not only to a happy puppy, but the calmest Gunner we have ever known. Returning to a clean and well-looked-after flat, with all the linens laundered, was such a special treat, too. Matt and Em go above and beyond and bring complete peace of mind, and we wouldn't hesitate to book them again.

Matt and Em looked after our dog Fig while we were away on holiday. They were fantastic and we got lots of regular updates with photos. Its clear how much they both love dogs, they put us completely at ease and we knew he was in great hands. Fig absolutely loved them and I think he was pretty devastated when they left. Matt and Em recently watched my beloved French Bulldog puppy. They are wonderful - flexible, professional and loving. They came to visit with us before their stay, kept me informed of how Cleo was doing and, most importantly, took amazing care of her. Matt and Emma are superb. Extremely professional and diligent from the moment I contacted them. Came over to meet my doggy and do a “risk assessment” at my place prior to the sit and put me at ease immediately. They then spent a day at my place with the dog before the prolonged sit to again settle him in, which shows how professional they are. They’re both naturals with animals and my doggo fell in love with them instantly. They left my place in an immaculate condition, brought in all my parcels and tended to my plants while I was away. They also stayed in regular contact to give me peace of mind. So glad I’ve found them and would use again without hesitation. Thanks guys! xx

Matt and Em looked after our pup Ernie from day one. They were incredibly reliable and responsive in keeping us updated on Ernie when they were with him and we’re flexible in terms of last minute walks if our schedules needed it. Ernie loved spending time with Matt and Em - he was gutted when we moved as he got to know them both well and was so excited when they arrived to take him for walks. They are both passionate about dogs and there business and we recommend them to anyone looking for someone to take care of their dogs. We would highly recommend them.
