This is my local dog grooming parlour. My recent visit was to try and get my terrier's teeth ultrasonically cleaned because I find it really tricky to brush her teeth at home. They're always friendly and smiley here and they have a small seating area where you can wait and have a coffee/drink while your pet is being pampered. On this occasion, the groomer who is the expert at ultrasonic cleaning explained that she managed to clean half of my dog's teeth. She decided to finish the session early as she could tell that my dog was becoming agitated and didn't want to frighten her or put her off future grooms/treatments. I appreciated her thoughtfulness.

A friend recommended these guys to me a couple of weeks ago and having a Chow Chow I wanted to ensure I used a high quality grooming service. After a very smooth over the online booking process, we arrived today to a calm and friendly atmosphere to which 'Bear' was extremely welcomed. I left Furzy Paws and once Bear was finished I got a call to come back to collect a completely different dog. Cleaned, groomed, and beautifully styled I couldn't be happier in the service, and overall standard of the job. Thank you. I will most definitely be recommending them to anyone I know local to SW London area.

In love with this place, all the staff are great and super efficient. I took my dog here for her first introduction session to day care, all the staff was so reassuring that my dog would have a great time and make so many friends. My dog enjoyed a few hours on her first day and she came out such a happy pup! She had a fabulous time and I also received a very sweet report card of how her first session went. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly service to take care of their dog!

Love this place! Alfie always looks great when he's back from his groom. The staff are friendly, and you get the sense that they really get to know each of the dogs. It also has such a nice atmosphere, I often come early to have a coffee. Would definitely recommend!

I took my dog Pepper to get groomed at Furzy Paws for the first time on Saturday and all I can say is how impressed I was with the entire service. Pepper looked fabulous after her VIP groom and the customer service I received was impeccable! Furzy Paws is my new go-to grooming destination!

I have always found the service friendly & professional & am extremely surprised at two recent reviews - I put it down to one off problems - that’s all I can say. Visited Furzy Paws with my Labrador Oscar on Friday, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, and Oscar came out looking great. We couldn't believe our luck when Furzy Paws opened at the top of our road, and were keen to see if they took as good care of our border terrier as the groomer in Wimbledon. We needn't have worried; the staff were very friendly, James the proprietor was very welcoming and professional and, most importantly, our Maisie was super excited. After two full hours of hand stripping, primping and clipping, she looked completely lovely, we were delighted. The only problem is that Maisie now refuses to walk past without trying to go inside the shop, even at 10pm when it's clearly shut! She clearly enjoyed her experience. Great value, great staff, perfect location, we'll definitely be using again.

Had a fantastic first experience getting my Labrador groomed here. All staff were very friendly and efficient. The place is beautifully done inside and they have a little cafe which is a great idea if you want to wait for your dog. I recommend the green smoothie!

Very friendly, lots of options. My dog has been there twice now and he is very happy super clean and nicely groomed. Also I choose the option of half day care plus grooming, so I don’t have to worry or rush to pick him up. He cakes tired so he definitely plays!

just wanted to give a much deserved GLOWING review for grooming services & customer service. went in today and my long haired lhasa had heavily matted paws due to tooting common now becoming a bog and daily baths (despite my efforts at brushing) the groomer was very kind and explained the cut (in detail) that was required,, answered all of my questions (quite a few!) and whilst I had a near panic attack my dog would be bald bc of mats she waited and explained professionally. I ended up going with their recommendation (much shorter hair) and my dog came out looking SO beautiful. very happy and relaxed. tail up. he just looked glorious. i know heavily matted paws and fur are not easy especially for a lhasa and really appreciate how Patient the groomer was whilst I decided whether to tackle the matts myself to keep the hair long or go with a full cut. she was super nice as was the 2nd groomer when I came to pick up monty. monty liked them both and wasnt shaking or afraid of them - very positive experience. thank you!

I visited Furzy Paws a day after they opened and was very impressed with the service I received, with the staff being super friendly! Millie, my Labrador collie cross, received a VIP Groom and looked fantastic afterwards! I was almost reluctant to take her for a walk in the park the next day as she looked so good. Millie and I are already excited about visiting Furzy Paws again.

Cannot recommend the puppy socialization classes enough! My little pup has gone from being terrified on his walks to confidently playing with all the dogs on the common in just a few sessions!!! My only criticism is now we can't walk past the Furzy Paws doors without a tantrum to let him in to play! Big thanks team - Steph & Woody x

What a great addition to Furzedown! My golden retriever Lulu had such a good time being groomed at Furzy Paws. She usually gets nervous at the groomers, but not at Furzy Paws- which is definitely down to their lovely staff. I took my Cavapoo here for his first haircut in a very long time, due to all groomers being closed over the past few months. He was quite overgrown and tuggy but the girls at Furzy Paws did a great job and he’s come out looking like a different dog! WE LOVE FURZY PAWS! Rupert (a mini sauasge) started going when we has about 4 months old. The Sunday Socialisation classes are great and Furzy Paws even suggested we change the times so that Rupert was in the classes with lots of other sausages (9-11am on Sundays). When we tell Rupert that he is 'going to school' he goes WILD and gets so EXCITED! The staff are all great, so friendly and kind - its such a well run buniness and instantly felt safe leaving Rupert in thier care. Not only is it well run, friendly and super clean, its also great value for money. I couldnt reccomend this place enough and tell all the other dogs we meet in the park to go. Finally a decent groomers and day care! As lockdown eases, the panic and endless stress of finding a decent place to look after my rather large and 'energetic' Great Dane sets in. Furzy paws have gone over and beyond all expectations! Not only managing to handle mazy but keep her calm and happy with effortless professionalism. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. MASSIVE thanks to the people at furzy paws for doing my dog it looks stunning! I do have to say that people writing bad reviews need to understand that if your dog is bad around other dogs and people then get a private groomer instead of taking them to a place where there will be loads. This is a new business which only opened last week... If you are this quick at making judgements then no wonder you made those reviews but they wouldn't have turned you away if they didn't have an acceptable reason... If anything you should train your dogs to be better around people and other dogs.

We took our dog Coby for his first grooming experience at Furzy Paws. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made Coby our dog feel very at home. They showed us around the play area for the dogs where they wait before they are groomed and Coby had an amazing time playing with 2 other dogs he met there. The staff were very attentive and thorough when asking how we would like Coby to be groomed. The setup of the groomers is very nice, you can sit and enjoy a drink and can see your dogs playing in the next room. Their fresh fruit smoothies are amazing! I would recommend the passion fruit one. When Coby had finished his cut he looked amazing! The cut was perfect and he smelt amazing too! And he came out wagging his tail like he had had lots of fun with the groomers! The grooming was great value for money and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have their dog groomed. You will be well looked after here. So happy we found this place.

Going to Furzy Paws was a God send. Due to lockdown Jas our Lhasa Apso's coat was beyond a joke. She was not a fan and it's safe to say neither was I.
