From the moment we met Michaela @ Good Tails 2.5 years ago, we felt 100% confident with her experience and professionalism our dog Gus would be looked after. Her love and care of animals is clear as witnessed first hand from the times she would pick up Gus for his weekly walks - and his excitement at seeing her each and every week!! Absolutely the best decision we made to work with Michaela for Gus's walks. And what a joy for us, our friends and family both in the UK and internationally to follow the Good Tails Instagram account so we can see first hand how much fun and enjoyment Gus is having! We have been using Michaela and Good Tails for almost a year. Our chihuahua Rudolph spend the days with them during the week for doggy day care and spends overnight stays with them when we are abroad. Rudolph is always in good spirits at the end of the day and loves time with the other dogs in the pack. Michaela and the team are trust worthy, reliable, professional and flexible. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a solution in the area.

We have used Michaela at Good Tails since our Miniature Dachshund Dottie was 6 months old. She has cared for her as her own pet and we trust her completely with looking after Dottie at her daycare facility. Dottie comes back every day happy and tired. Nothing is too much trouble for Good tails either - she has helped with toilet training, given helpful advice on anxiety (Dottie suffers with separation anxiety) and accommodated our additional more specific needs when other daycare services didn't. You get a really personalised service with Michaela and I simply couldn't have managed going back to full time work without her support.

Lovely local dog walking service. Frank my dog has day walks and doggy day care. The service is so flexible and personable. Michaela always responds really quickly. I have really irregular working hours so I cannot always plan ahead but Michaela always helps us out, often very last minute. I know Frank has a great time as I see him on the Instagram posts (which is really lovely to see while at work). I highly recommend Good Tails!

Highly recommend. Michaela has looked after Chester from the getgo when we got him at 8 weeks old with puppy visits progressing through to walks and day care as hes got older. She's reliable, flexible and helped with queries when Chester was little plus Chester loves her and comes home happy every day. I love seeing his adventures in Michaelas Instagram posts. Michaela has also helped in Chesters training, his recall is amazing and we think a lot of this is down to his walks with Michaela.
