The place is super cute, the groomers were really nice, and the service was absolutely professional and fast! I was super happy with how they groomed my dog Tommy! We will definitely be coming back! An absolute 5 star!

I have used Grand Union Pets for grooming a few times. The first couple times, they completed the grooming on time and without any issues. Their price was fair, so I was pleased. Recently they rushed through the grooming process, and cut my dog on the underbelly. I understand these things happen, but they did not say a word to me when I picked her up. Over the next few days I found my dog sore and licking a cut, which only could have come from this visit. Eventually I had to take them to the vet to avoid infection.

Love this place ! There have been a few fluctuations in the price. Nonetheless, my little one comes out looking gorgeous!l everytime! They don't shower off your little one when they're done so make sure you give them a shower when they get home

All staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable, and customer service is always on point! By far the nicest pet shop in the area. Great shop and prices, friendly and professional people, sometimes their prices are even lower than online. A wonderful, professional groomer. They are very experienced and I highly recommend their service.

Great groomers, who care. I do recommend that you're very prescriptive about what you want. The first time I went, my female dog came out with a ponytail on her head with a pink sticker. She was clean and had a great haircut otherwise. So the next time, I was very clear about what I wanted (I.e. no ponytail or stickers) and they were very happy to accommodate.

My tea cup Yorkshire terrier had a great grooming session. Her cut was perfectly done and when I came to pick her up I asked for some adjustments and they happily obliged. I’ll definitely be back.

Super friendly. We left our Pointer Griffon to be groomed by them. It took them 3h to work on his wire coat and he came out looking awesome and smelling great. They even suggested us an awesome dog trainer who helped us with some behavioral issues he had. Can't praise them enough, glad they're our local groomer too!

We have been using Grand Union Pets for 3 yeats now. Our Groodle gets groomed every month and the service and groom is perfection. Never a bad experience and we get stopped in the street and asked where our puppy gets groomed. Always happy to pass on the details. 110% recommend
