S. G.I knew that Emma has her own Japanese Spitz so I knew that she would know how to groom my JS, Freddie. Even though it was a bit of a trek from SW London it was worth it to get Freddie ready for the summer. I didn't want him to be cut or to be clipped in any way.
Emma was great, very welcoming, friendly and personable and I had no qualms about leaving Freddie with her.
Emma kept me updated with expected finish time and had brought in her own dog to keep Freddie a bit calmer - he was lovely, clean, bright white and didn't seem stressed in any way - we'll definitely be back.
Great value as well.
M. D.Emma is absolutely wonderful! Immediately felt safe knowing she was taking care of my pomchi and has a brilliant knowledge of grooming - especially double coats! It was the first time I'd taken Lillipup to the groomers and Emma was kind enough to give me photo updates throughout, which was so lovely. Lillipup left looking beautiful and smelling AMAZING!

F. A.We took our dog Argi to Inu having had a number of bad experiences with other groomers. Inu were fantastic. We were very happy with the groom, Emma is very professional and clearly dedicated to dogs and grooming. Our dog is quite nervous and can find grooming a stressful experience. She emerged from her groom with Inu calm and content. Inu will be our go to groomers from here on in. We would certainly recommend them to others.

E. H.I took my miniature spitz to be groomed with Emma after losing confidence in my previous groomer. What drew me to Inu groom was Emma’s specialist knowledge of double coated/spitz breeds. She took time before the groom to understand what I was after, and then explained to me what makes the double coat different.
She took so much time to make sure Figgy relaxed into it, and genuinely took an interest in him. When I collected him he looked fabulous and was very content to be around her.
Emma also gave me some handy tips on nail clipping and general coat maintenance. I will be going back and thoroughly recommend her!
T. S.It's so hard to find someone who understands the grooming needs of double-coated dogs, so Emma is a life-saver! She did an amazing job at grooming and de-shedding my puppy and by the end he didn't even want to leave her. He came home so pretty and soft, and I know she took such good care of him! Will definitely be bringing him back :)
A. K.We took Saki our Shiba Inu to Emma for the 1st time in May 2021.
Shiba are double coated dogs and after having not so good experiences in some mainstream/ high st groomers I searched for a specialist in double coated dogs, found “ Inu Groom”.
Was not disappointed, Emma has a very good knowledge of double coated breeds explained how she would groom Saki. We went for the full groom, when we returned to pick her up Saki looked amazing!
For me it is a 90 round trip as we live in South Hertfordshire, free parking and short walk to high st for lunch and chill. Regardless of the lengthy journey we will be using only Emma from now on.
Met Emma’s Japanese Spitz Kobe too, Saki took a liking to the handsome devil…. TBC…

R. V.Great groomers, my Bichon has always been very nervous when going to the groomers but Emma-Li was really caring. His skin is very sensitive and Inu Grooming had lovely gentle products plus the cut and blow out was fab!

J. E.Excellent doggy groomer, who really cares and understands our poodle’s needs. We took our little fluff ball here for a groom and he come out looking and smelling amazing. He wasn’t stressed when we pick him up, which is a big thing for us. Emma-Li is superb at what she does :)
c. b.My miniature schnauzer Arnie is a fussy little thing and doesn't really like being handled, add to that some serious matting he'd acquired on his legs and stomach and I was quite nervous about getting him groomed at all. The groomer really set me at ease with her helpful and friendly attitude and Arnie took to her immediately. She completely sorted out all the matts and he came out both smarter and happier. I can't recommend her enough!
E. C. S. M.Emma is a wonderful groomer who really cares about your pets needs and not wants I.e my other half wanted our chow to be shaven down with clippers Emma spoke and done research with chow chow breeders who advised her doing this can cause later problems with his skin
Which I thought was so sweet
Our chow Yola was extremely nervous around humans and still is and Emma made every step of the way a calming experience for him
She also done a introduction appointment first to get to know yola which is a beautiful touch it really showed us it’s not about the money at all!!!
And last but certainly not least yola comes home looking absolutely beautiful and she even hand Scissors yola right down giving my other half the desired look he wants but safely....... couldn’t recommend Emma enough !!!!!

Emma did a great job, she has kind and gentle manners that kept my Yuki calm, she is incredibly patient when it comes to deal with Yuki’s double coat. As a Spitz owner she absolutely knows what she is doing. Highly recommended!! Additionally, Yuki left the grooming van smelling amazing and with her tail wagging!!
