LondonWoof is simply the best! They have looked after my two dogs for almost four years now. I have used LondonWoof for daycare multiple days per week and boarding on occasion. My dogs always come home happy and tired after a great day with the LondonWoof team. They get so excited when they hear the van pull up outside and go running to greet the team. Its very clear that my dogs love the people at LondonWoof and you can see that love is mutual. I have never had to worry when my dogs are with them because I know they are in such good hands and are well taken care of. The team in the office is easily reachable and communication has always been open and quick. They have gone out of their way to help when special circumstances have come up and are very easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend LondonWoof to anyone who is looking for outstanding dog care. As I said at the beginning LondonWoof is THE BEST!

LondonWoof is the perfect place for your dog! They have looked after my Golden Retriever named Gostosa, for four years! From their daycare service to their boarding one, everything is impeccable. Gostosa was always extremely happy when she saw the LondonWoof staff at our door and after a lovely day at Londonwoof she would come back happy and exhausted. The team is very caring both with the dogs and their owners. The team in the office is super reachable and they would always send pictures and updates whenever Gostosa went for boarding which was always something very comforting for us as dog-owners. As well the team that take care of the dogs is super caring and lovable with the dogs and would always do everything for them. The space is also perfect with lots of grass space to run, with pools and water play during summer time and they would eventually do some walks next to the river and at Gunnersbury park that were simply amazing! It is simply the best service you'll find in London.

We have sent our dog Bagel to LondonWoof most weeks for 6 months now. He absolutely loves it and comes home tired, happy, and a bit dirty (but well worth it!). The team are so nice and accomodating we are so glad to have such a good facility available to us. The transport to collect and drop off is so handy too. He LOVES his usual driver Manolo!

LondonWoof is the best doggie day care/boarding service I have found in London (and my home city in the U.S.). My lab, Maddie, loves spending the day (and night) with the caretakers and other dogs at LW. The manager calls each day to provide feedback and takes time to listen to me and address any questions or concerns I have. The pick-up and delivery services are fantastic! (We do not have this in the States) and the drivers are very friendly and take time to meet and greet your pooch before taking off. All of my emails have been answered promptly and the process to get Maddie on board has been very smooth. LW provides top notch service, the staff is very professional and courteous, and I am excited to continue to use their services in the months ahead. Maddie is very excited when LW appears at the door as she knows she will have a fun day and I know she is well taken care of and will come home and sleep well that night. Thank you LondonWoof!

Well, what can I say...AMAZING! Honestly, I am so in love with London Woof, as is Ruby my 3 year old schnoodle. The love and care she receives from Gabor, Ruta and Maruena (sorry, I don't know the correct spelling!!! But Ruby goes NUTS when he comes to pick her up!!! And he is so brilliant with her) I feel such a sense of relief knowing she is having a ball and in safe hands on days I need day care, and just recently she had her first overnight. She loved it. I have had issues with Ruby in the past with separation anxiety and also being a little madam with taking it as she is top dog. But I have been actively re-training her and she is a different dog...I definitely link this with her attending London Woof too. They know her needs and have been implementing her new routine there too. She is calmer, happier, less anxious and well, just the happiest I have ever seen her. Thank you LW and all the team. Big shout out to Gabor who calls to let me know how she is getting on...SO lovely. What a manager. You have made my life so much easier too, any single dog parent knows it's tough...not anymore :) I genuinely can't recommend LW enough, if Ruby could talk, she would absolutely agree. Our dog Molly loves to stay at LondonWoof! She enjoys playing with other dogs and being outdoors all day. At night, she's in good company and cozy quarters. London Woof are simply amazing. We have two lovely, bouncy and mad setter puppies who went to London Woof 5 days a week. From the moment they were picked up to the moment they came home you could tell how excited they were to be going to see their friends and how much love they were getting there. Our puppies always came back happy and tired; it's what you want from a day care! Pick up and drop off is always on time, the dogs never come back covered in mud. What else could you want? The moment I realised that they really loved their day care was when walking in the park one day; the dogs noticed one of their London Woof doggy friends and RAN across the park to say hi. One of the amazing team from London Woof was there too and my puppies were so so so excited to see him!

We moved to London a few years ago from the US and because of London Woof we have been able to travel and experience Europe while knowing our sweet golden retriever, Rose, was safe and happy! They provide an amazing all around service for the dogs and the pickup and drop off service has been so nice through the years! I must say, we have been very thorough with our search for the most ideal Doggy Daycare for our pup. Gabor and Ruta are the Walt Disney of Doggy Disney Land. Their introduction and welcome has been so warm and personable. Immediately, we felt at ease. Having off loaded so many questions and worries, Gabor and Ruta certainly put our minds at rest. Their approach to welcoming new Puppy and Hooman families is A*. It is clear that LondonWoof love what they do and most importantly , prioritise the safety and well-being of their furry friends. There is no denying that they love each and everyone of their fur buddies, and it definitely shows. After the initial trial day - I am elated that our pup had been accepted into LondonWoof! From collection to drop off was a positive experience for us all as we were very anxious, naturally. Gabor had updated us during the day of our pups progress and again, made us feel at ease that he was being looked after, having fun and making friends! He came back absolutely bouncing before sleeping solid for the rest of the evening - wow. We could tell he had a good day and was relieved to know he was well behaved! That's our boy! The team are very nice, responsive and flexible to changes in your schedule which is important given work and other commitments can often come up at short notice. On the rare occasion another dog has been aggressive, they've been great about banning the aggressive dog. London Woof is one of our dog's favourite places in London. Our poodle/schnauzer mix Chester absolutely loves his time spent with the team and fellow pups at London Woof. We've used both the daycare and boarding service and couldn't be happier with the care Chester receives. He's always excited at pick up, returning home tired and happy after a busy day of play and walks. Gabor and the team are quick to respond and ultra helpful with coordinating Chester's care and visits to London Woof. I especially loved that Chester first did a couple of trial days to make sure he was a fit – where both his happiness and play with the other dogs was monitored. It was great to receive an update that our pup was fitting in wonderfully. Now, we can't imagine Chester going anywhere else for a day of fun or a holiday!

London Woof are AMAZING! The lovely Manolo comes to collect our dog, Vinny in the morning and then drops him off at night. Vinny loves him he is so kind natured and fully qualified in first aid also! He was on holiday last week and came to pick up Vinny again one morning, He opened the door and called for Vinny. When Vinny heard his voice he squeeled with delight, wagging his tail and was like "bye guys see ya later I'm off to have some fun!" He was so happy to see Manolo, didn't care about us LOL! And fun he always has. He loves going to London Woof. And they take such good care of him for us, I am so grateful we found them (as we just returned from living abroad). They are always so accommodating to help us out with last minute changes where they can, they really love their job and looking after doggies. We love them! Honestly, they are amazing and thank you London Woof for all you have done for us! Your dog will be safe, well loved and looked after all day and night!

What can i say about Londonwoof, as any dog parent i was at first nervous to send my princess to a new daycare when we moved but i was put totally at ease as soon as i spoke with what i can say is the most caring happy team. Our Aurora has been attending 4-5 days a week, she has her best friend Angela who comes to collect her in the morning where she is taken to day care, she plays all day with all her lovely friends and comes home completely knackered! you can tell if your puppy loves day care, when Angela comes to collect (or any member of the team) Aurora wont even say bye to me she is straight away jumping and out the door! LondonWoof also have behavioral help, Gabor the pack leader did raise some concerns about some of Auroras temperaments and with the help of lovely trainer Goncalo we have had some excellent 1 on 1 sessions. the change is remarkable, not just for her but us too. It is never easy to send your loved one away, but for us we both have full time jobs and need a reliable team to take care of her and i can not think of a better place she can spend her days. Gabor is always on hand for queries and concerns and the team are so flexible and helpful. If you are soon to send your loved one off to day care i urge you to go with Londonwoof as they look after each pup individually and really love your baby :)

London Woof has been a life saver for my husband and I, as we travel often. They are organized, diligent, responsive, and friendly. They will come pick up your pup, keep him/her for the duration of the stay, allowing the dog to socialize and be outside, and also drop the dog back off at your home. Further, London Woof will provide any spa treatments: nail clippings, washes, etc. Overall, we have been pleased with how easy it is to work with London Woof, and our pup enjoys it as well!

London Woof provides an absolutely first class service and I couldn’t be happier with them. More importantly, my dogs obviously enjoy their time there as I sometimes see them leap enthusiastically into the van to go off for their busy day with their dog pals. I really appreciate all the videos and photos posted online as these show me what my boys are up to. The service is very flexible and the online booking service is easy to use. It couldn’t be better! All the staff are great, but in particular I feel reassured to know that everything is safe and very well-organised in the hands of the wonderful team manager Gabor.

LondonWoof are absolutely fantastic!! My Chow Chow has been going to LondonWoof daycare every weekday for just over a year now. He gets collected every morning and dropped off in the evenings a tired and happy dog having spent the day playing. LondonWoof is the BEST! My husband and I moved to London from the US, and wanted to make sure our dog (Sterling) had an easy transition as part of the move, so looking for a doggy daycare was high on our list of priorities. We found LondonWoof, and the staff was absolutely lovely in answering all our questions and making sure we were comfortable before sending her for the first time. They took numerous phone calls and emails from us, with timely and thorough responses each time. They arrange an "assessment day" where your dog is picked up and goes for daycare for the first time. You coordinate a day when you can be home to meet and greet the driver, and send your pup off to play. They bring your dog back a few hours later, and "approve" you for ongoing daycare and services. Once approved, you provide a set of keys to the driver, and the rest is like clockwork. LondonWoof has a very easy to use portal which you can use to schedule new services (daycare, boarding, grooming, etc.) and maintain cards for payment, etc. They still answer emails promptly within business hours and are happy to take a call if you need anything at all. The driver is so incredibly friendly and sweet. I've been home a few times when my dog is being picked up in the morning, and she recognizes her driver and gets SO excited to head out with him. She comes home absolutely exhausted and happy every time. LondonWoof has a Facebook and Instagram page, and occasionally our dog has her picture posted showing how much fun she is having. If you are within LondonWoof's service zone, I can think of no better daycare for your pup.

What a fabulous place for Baxter to visit every day! He is collected and dropped off every morning, and he simply loves going off with Manolo and the other staff to meet his doggie friends. He comes back tired and happy. The staff are amazing, and very responsive even if plans have to change at short-notice. The ability to do overnight boarding is also a great option when I need to travel for work.

Every dog needs a London Woof! We've been sending our Hungarian Vizsla Lola to London Woof ever since we had her. She absolutely loves going, she gets loads of exercise and the opportunity to mix with all the other dogs. It's a safe, fun environment for all of the dogs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. As an owner the feedback and consistent care I know Lola gets its very reassuring and I know I can go to work in the knowledge Lola is having a much better day than me! Words can't describe how amazing and thoughtful Gabor and his LondonWoof team are. I was initially very worried to send my little 12 weeks old English bulldog puppy in a daycare environment but equally knew how important playtime and socialisation are from a young age. Prior to Bruno’s first day at LondonWoof, the manager Gabor answered all my questions very thoroughly and my worries quickly disappeared on realising how experienced and kind the team is. They truly love dogs and would do anything for them. Gabor is exceptional and knows everything there is to know about the bulldog breed. A few weeks ago, our little Bruno was feeling unwell at home and unfortunately I didn’t react quickly enough. Bruno arrived at daycare and Gabor immediately took things in hands - our little pup wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for Gabor. Bruno is now 6 months old and he absolutely loves going there, he is SO excited when the team comes to collect him. We really appreciate the pictures and updates to let us know how he is doing. The Instagram account and the online booking system are both brilliant. I cannot recommend LondonWoof enough to any dog owners. It is so important that doggies get playtime and socialisation and LondonWoof are truly the best. Bruno is such a chilled, happy and social pup thanks to them. It is also so nice to know that he sees LondonWoof as a second home and that he is 100% safe and well taken care off. LondonWoof is just BRILLIANT!

Working full time while taking care of a puppy can be challenging - so thank goodness I found Londonwoof! I visited their facility a month before our miniature Schnauzer pup arrived and I was impressed by how spacious the grounds are, especially the outdoor area which has a small pool and covered resting area. Our pup had her first trial day 2 weeks ago and since then she's been picked up by the lovely Kevin, and safely dropped home looking tired and happy. She gets to be outdoors and spend time socializing with dogs - which I am sure is good for her development and socialization and beats having to stay in the flat with me watching me work on the computer during the day! Gabor has been fantastic providing me updates of how she is doing and even accommodating a vet appointment for a check up (though I ended up not needing it in the end). All in all, so far it's going well and the doggie company is great for our furry family member. Can only recommend!

Note, this is a detailed review as I was looking for the most number of specifics I could get regarding each reviewer as I was doing my research and wanted to provide the same for anyone moving to London with their dog. We moved from Boston, MA to London in July of 2016 with our Labrador Retriever due to a corporate relocation. I was fully informed on all of the doggie daycare providers and settled on one that serviced the borough in which we would ultimately reside. However, I needed to line up temporary care for a few weeks as they did not service the area our temporary corporate apartment was located in. I stumbled upon LondonWoof based on research our relocation coordinator sent to us and they took us in right away. I love LondonWoof! Their office manager, Cesar is the best and writes the most detailed, personal email messages back to my basic emails. Art, the owner, is super nice and you can tell he just loves animals, as do most of the other people who work there. The entire process to get our dog confirmed into daycare was very easy, the software they use for bookings is sensible, and they are extremely responsive to inquiries. Our dog came home tired and happy every day, to the point that she took herself to bed each night (she is crate trained and likes to sleep in her crate at night). One point regarding doggie daycare in London I was hesitant about giving our house key to a complete stranger to pick up and drop of our dog. But rest assured, this is absolutely the most convenient thing you could ask for and I wish we had this level of service in the U.S. I highly recommend LondonWoof. They have a flexible business model in that you do not need to lock in specific days with them (but do need to book in advance obviously). They are so loving with the dogs, really interact with them throughout the day, and they have amazing social media presence that you should check out (our dog has several cameo appearances). London is so dog friendly and the providers I have come across are fantastic. I absolutely love the quality of life our dog has here. Good luck with your search and check them out

Our pup Pablo has been going to LondonWoof since he was 13 weeks old (and he is 8 months old now) and it has made him a super socialised and general well rounded pup. He gets to play with lots of dogs and go on long walks and even sometimes a swim (his favorite). I've never had a happier dog...and because he goes on walks daily, his recall with us in the park has been easy to maintain. LondonWoof staff are always happy to help where they can . They understand how important pets are to the owners and treat them all as if they were their own. I don't have a bad word to say about them at all. I recommend them to everyone in the park!

We, along with our two Bernese Mountain Dogs - of course! - highly recommend London Woof! From our first inquiries through today, there has consistently been an open line of written and verbal communication. Services we have utilized are Doggie Daycare, Dog Boarding, and even some Dog Training. Scheduling of these services is easy to do online. We have found the scheduling format, options, and availability of services to be both convenient and flexible. Even when we have had a few changes to the schedule (within a reasonable time frame), London Woof has worked with us to accommodate our needs. Our dogs are picked up and dropped off for door to door service, which is greatly convenient. They are escorted via a specially designed doggie van too! Both of our beloved dogs return home happy and pleasantly worn out after a day of activity and play. We believe they enjoy their days at “Puppy Camp!” We sincerely feel secure knowing that our dogs are safe, well cared for throughout the day (even on the hot doys of summer), and valued. We have been inspired to write this review in light of a recent event: we had a bit of an urgent, medical scare ourselves which required immediate attention and time. This resulted in last minute dog care needs for a several days of boarding which was not originally on the schedule. Despite the busy months of summer, London Woof graciously accommodated us and our two large, active dogs for several days without question. Throughout this difficult time, they provided us with reassurance and appropriate concern. They did not hesitate to work with us in caring for our dogs. By taking such great care of our dogs in this time of need, London Woof allowed us to focus on the matter at hand and we found relief knowing that they were being well cared for in our sudden absence. When all was settled, we called to offer our regards. Gabor answered the phone: the sincere joy in his voice at the news of restoration of health was so very comforting. The fact is, London Woof went above and beyond during this time of need. We are very grateful for London Woof!

I have a generous handful of stories as to why London Woof is a truly wonderful dog daycare/boarding service (most of which can be summed up by seeing just how *ecstatic* my dog is when she is picked up in the morning - it is hilarious!) but it's the most recent example of "above and beyond" care that has made me want to write my review. My dog wasn't scheduled for daycare on Wednesday but on Tuesday evening (with basically no notice!) my husband called to tell me he won't be home until late on Wednesday. I had late meetings of my own and knew it was too long for my dog to be home by herself. Frantically I sent an after-hours email to London Woof seeing if BY CHANCE they could take my dog for daycare the next morning. Sure enough, bright and early, Gabor was in touch saying they could pick my dog up. TALK ABOUT A LIFE SAVER! They made my day just that much easier!! If it is at all possible London Woof will come through for you. They are dependable and solid - and I fully trust them with the health and happiness of my dog. The single most important thing I can say about London Woof is that I truly TRUST them. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them - they have always come through for me. (And my stubborn/difficult little bulldog truly adores them!) P.S. The Instagram account is the icing on the cake - I love seeing all the dogs and it's fun to look and see if Kitty made an appearance. ;)

It is an absolute joy to watch Monty being picked up by the team in the mornings – His excitement at seeing them and eagerness to head off on his adventures for the day is all the reassurance we need to know that he is as happy as we are with everything. Our crazy Springer Stella has been going to London Woof at least twice weekly for the last year. Unlike other doggy daycares, London Woof are completely flexible - you do not need to commit to certain days or number of days per week and their online booking portal makes it super quick and easy to arrange daycare and other services. Gabor and his team always go the extra mile to provide a great service, and have got us out of a number of sticky situations when we've needed last minute daycare for Stella - they are really accommodating. Communication is really great, Gabor is always available by phone and especially in the beginning when we were worried about Stella settling in, he kept us up to date on how things were going and put up with our constant texting! The London Woof Instagram and Facebook accounts are also great ways to get an insight into life at London Woof, and we love it when Stella is tagged in a photo or video clip. Stella is always super excited to see the London Woof doggy van pull up outside and we are always amazed by how well behaved she is with the handlers, despite being desperate to get in the van she walks nicely by their sides - something we really struggle with ourselves. We have recently started having 121 lessons through London Woof with Arthur who also provides dog handling training to the staff at London Woof - another part of what I believe makes their service so great. Stella has gone to London Woof since she was 16 weeks old and I strongly believe that is has been a really valuable part of her development and socialisation. She is a confident little thing but has great awareness around other dogs and has learned some important social skills. I would not hesitate to recommend London Woof, we would be totally lost without them.

We thought long and hard about the best options for our dog, when we needed to be away for 3 weeks, and could not take him on a family holiday. He is young, but enjoys socialising with a wide variety of dogs. We did not want any habits of other families ingrained, having just established our own, and we wanted him to mix with a variety of dogs. Having a house sitter, in our own house, but without us, might also seem odd to him. So London Woof seemed a good choice. We were impressed with the pre-service, including the trial day, and the phone call follow up, when we realised the team had worked out our dog, in a day. Whilst away I liked 1. The re-assurance of a team (in case of one person illness, or not bonding with one person) 2. The fast replies with photos to updates 3. The re-assurance of big open spaces, indoor nap times with the puppies, and overnight dog hotel. When back: we had a fit, happy (but a bit tired!), well mannered, healthy dog. I really felt leaving him in the care of the London Woof team meant he had a holiday too. I would thoroughly recommend this professional service, and will use again.

When Shadow has been ill, Gabor has called me several times to check on how he was doing, which not only confirmed to me that at LondonWoof my pup is really cared for, but also made me feel supported and reassured. Cesar, the office ' dog father', has always been very efficient, punctual and helpful. Arthur, the dog trainer, is doing an amazing job in training Shadow. To the point where they refuse my offers to pay them extra for my constant last minute bookings and airhead moments. I don't know how I ever lived without them. Best of all, my dog loves London Woof too. He's delivered back tired and happy having had more free range exercise, cuddles and canine company than he could have ever dreamed of. We have been customers at LondonWoof for over two years, since our dog was a puppy. From my initial visit to their facility to the first day he went, I knew I had chosen the right care facility for our boy. LondonWoof truly love dogs. When Angus is picked up in the morning he skips into the van (usually after a cursory pee on the floor in excitement) he truly trusts the people who look after him. Gabor often rings just to let me know how our precious boy is getting on and if there is going to be any change in the schedule. Angus is always picked up promptly. they have keys to our property and we trust them implicitly. The house is always locked and left as securely as they found it. There is hardly any evidence that they have ever been! If Angus needs feeding because I am going to be late home - no problem in fact nothing is ever a problem - last minute changes to schedules and emergency overnight stays are always catered for. Our dog's happiness is of the utmost importance to us just like any other pet owner who cannot spend the day with their beloved pet and LondonWoof fill the gap of surrogate parents perfectly. Would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone. Walks in the park, swims in the river and most importantly, limitless cuddles are all on offer here. Really excellent. My dog is anxious about men and by the end of the first day she was licking Zacki's hand and was very comfortable with him. She was very excited to go there next time and spent lots of time running and playing in the enclosure with the other dogs. She is a high energy dog and she was really tired when she came home - a sure sign she had a good time. She also stayed overnight for one night and was fine, slept all night.
