If you are trying to figure out who to train your puppy look no further! Agnes was absolutely amazing in every way, she truly has a gift with dogs and her training has left us with not only a very well behaved jack russell pup, but the tools we need to prevent separation anxiety and the confidence to continue with future training on our own. Agnes set up a whatsapp group for us on day one where we sent our training practice videos for daily reviews. Agnes always got back to us with any corrections, tips or tricks so quickly which really helped us to stay on track and make our training more successful through the correction of mistakes. We have already had comments on how well behaved she is for a young pup and she is continuing to grow in confidence every day. Truly the best start for a young puppies life. Thank you so much Agnes! We'd had our puppy for 10 months before we had any professional training. Despite being technically well trained, i was missing was being tuned into Pixel's emotional state being the trigger for his occasional outbursts. Agnes spotted this in a few minutes, i'd been so worried about under stimulating him i wasn't even looking for signs of over stimulation. With the techniques Agnes gave us and more focus on emotional state the outbursts become more manageable. What i was really happy about was finding a trainer who focuses on communication, helping dogs to learn to make good choices and tuning into the dog's emotions. Not once has she talked pseudo scientific nonsense abut alfa this and dominance that. I'd recommend Agnes to anyone and if we need help any point in the future we won't hesitate to ask for Agnes's help. Apart from her ability as a trainer, Agnes's honesty is beyond reproach. Agnes shortened the sessions and guided us on how many sessions and for how long based on what Pixel's needs, rather than recommend that we have lots more training and longer sessions.

Feeling overwhelmed with bringing home my first puppy and being deceived by various YouTube videos around the ease of training your puppy, I engaged Agnes for her expertise and 6-week puppy training programme. It was apparent from the start Agnes’ love of dogs and her keen interest in their psychology and behaviours. The programme ultimately was not just for Sherlock but more for me. I needed that structure and guidance each week on what to focus on and that continuous feedback on our progress whether in person or via videos I shared of us in action. What I also greatly appreciated was Agnes’ prompt and matter of fact responses to my “freak out” moments and providing useful suggestions to address the challenge. For Agnes there should really be a 6 star rating. We absolutely love her work and her as a person, and by the way so does our dog Sammy, who Agnes immediately build a great relationship with. She is analytical, thorough, thoughtful, result oriented and bases her training approach on understanding the dog and the owner. We had other trainers before and she is the one that achieves the best results. I am quite particular with our dog, would only use reward base training and detest punishing dogs and people who do so - Agnes’ methods are perfect for this approach. So happy we found her and all our wishes have been addressed - now it’s practice practice practice and I hope we can continue to work with Agnes as I know our dog and we will benefit from that.

After seeing how attached Simba was to us (more so my wife, Alishah) we did the intensive separation anxiety training with Agnes. We were so happy with the progress because Agnes went according to Simba’s pace. She tailored the training according to him and us and guided us so that we could work on his anxiety triggers. We then extended the course and continued with intensive SA training. After the second set of SA training we were confident to continue training independently and we are currently doing the independent training. Simba is so much better and can stay alone for 15 seconds (might not sound like much to you but to us and Simba, it is a huge achievement!) we can’t thank Agnes enough for giving us the tools to be able to continue training and the confidence that we are doing the right thing without stressing Simba out! He is a much happier dog and has more confidence to play on his own and stay on his own without being stressed! Thank you Agnes!

Agnes is a great dog trainer, who obviously has hugh passion, love and understanding of dogs. I left my rather nervous and unruly cockerpoo with Agnes for a few days and couldn't believe how much progress she made.
