Our pup had a few issues growing up, and the vet recommend Ingrid. Straight away she helped to create a very thorough plan on how to improve his behaviour. Ingrid was very professional and helpful and I would definitely recommend contacting her if you're seeking help with your pet!

When you dog has separation anxiety. Call Ingrid. There is so much bad advice online, well intentioned maybe, but some could do more harm than good. Don't waste time and let your dog suffer, call in a CSAT (Certified Separation Anxiety Trainer) qualified behaviourist who has the specialist knowledge to help you. Ingrid is great to work with, and she will support you and your dog as you work through the process.

We met Ingrid by recommendation, as our rescue dog Smith had become very vocal if left home alone with our other dog, even for the shortest time. This had got to the point where we could not even get to the supermarket together and our understanding and tolerant neighbours were beginning to be increasingly less so.
Ingrid worked with us remotely using her own techniques to identify the root of the problem, which helped inform her work with us on putting practical solutions in place to help Smith overcome his issues. So effective has this been, that we can now leave him contentedly at home for over three hours at a time - a complete transformation for his life and ours.
If you have a dog that cannot bear to be apart from you and everyone’s lives are the worse for it, you would be mad to not let Ingrid help you!

We began working with Ingrid in January because our dog, Louis, had terrible separation anxiety. While the process is long and not very glamorous, her consistency and structure has helped Louis become a much more confident pup. We continue to go through her training practices and are working with Louis every day and I don't think we would have got to where we are today without her. We saw other trainers who gave us a plan and left us to our devices, where as Ingrid stayed with us every step of the way so we never had to guess what to do next, it was always clearly documented. Thank you Ingrid for all you have done for us!

We were quite desperate when we contacted Ingrid about our dog Flossie, who refused to go for walks and was generally anxious and aggressive. We'd turned to others before and got poor advice, but Ingrid had the expertise and experience to turn things round entirely. A real hands on service, with detailed instructions and weekly feedback, is essential in these cases and Ingrid provides this and more. Thank god for Pets with Problems!

My dog suffered separation anxiety and I approached my vet who recommended I contact Ingrid at Pets with Problems. Before beginning the course the communication was great and this was followed with the initial consultation to discuss the issue. I was sent interesting and relevant materials to read and never felt pressured to sign up, however I did progress to the full course and was very pleased with the results. The training instructions were always clear and the daily commitment was manageable around my busy life. Ingrid was always available to answer my questions and offer support and guidance. Separation anxiety won’t be fixed overnight but the progress my dog has made in 12 weeks has definitely given me some freedom back.

Before we got in touch with Ingrid, Ralphie was 3 years old and the longest I had ever left him alone was 45 minutes (and he wasn't happy about it). I arranged my life around him and, luckily, had lots of friends and family who were willing to take care of him when I needed to go somewhere.
We are by no means at the end of the journey, but I can now reliably leave him for 2 - 2.5 hours and he just goes to his bed and sleeps for most of the time. I don't feel guilty about leaving him because I know that we have got to a stage where, although he may not actively like being alone, he is not distressed by it.
Why choose Ingrid? Ingrid is a Certified Separation Anxiety Trainer (one of not that many in the world), having received the certification from a program created by Marlena de Martini and her team. As far as I can tell from the research I did prior to contacting Ingrid, the CSAT qualification is widely renowned and respected within the industry. For separation anxiety in particular, my experience has been that a specialist in this area is essential.
In terms of what to expect, Ingrid will always do the best for your dog. This will mean doing a session when you really can't be bothered and when it is incredibly inconvenient, because consistency is incredibly important for the training. It has been a long road for us (interrupted by lockdown) but, of course, worth it. Expect regressions but just keep going.

Like many other dogs, our 7 year old cockapoo, Maisie, suffers from separation anxiety. We didn't realise how entrenched this was until Ingrid came to our rescue. She identified our own actions that were contributing to Maisie's anxiety and set out a plan for us to follow to desensitise Maisie to certain triggers. From what went to never leaving Maisie alone we're now up to 45 minutes+ away from the house. We could never have done this without Ingrid. For anyone in the same situation, I would recommend Ingrid without hesitation. As many have already said, Ingrid is an extremely experienced professional, an excellent communicator and incredibly supportive. It is good to know Ingrid is just at the end of an email if we need her.

Our new puppy, Wally, was an amazing dog but he wouldn’t let us out of his sight. He would howl and whine within seconds of us walking out the door and we were worried that if we didn’t do something proactive about it, he’d never be okay with it. We didn’t want to come home to destruction in our home, and we also didn’t want our dog to feel crushing anxiety every time we left.
Enter Ingrid and her brilliant, methodical, data-driven program for helping Wally get more comfortable on his own, and giving us the flexibility to leave the house to run an errand or enjoy an evening out.
Ingrid’s program is comprehensive, but non-intrusive; she manages the whole thing remotely! She was always in tune with Wally’s needs as well as our own and helped us solve many problems and hurdles along the way.
Now, after working with Ingrid, Wally is so much more relaxed. We can leave the house for hours at a time, and he’ll happily lounge around until our return. We would thoroughly recommend Ingrid to anyone wrestling with separation anxiety or other dog training challenges.

We worked with Ingrid with our 15-month cavapoochon, Teddy, around his separation anxiety. Ingrid's approach is truly tailored, holistic, patient and informative, and we noticed dramatic changes in his behaviour after a short period of time. While focusing primarily on separation anxiety, Ingrid's wisdom extends far beyond that, and her advice has seen transformative effects around routine, diet, wider behaviour, socialisation and other areas. Ingrid is very approachable, committed and responsive, with no question too stupid or inconvenient. I would recommend her services wholeheartedly.

Ingrid was recommended to help with Willow’s severe separation anxiety after rehoming her at 8 months old. This continues to be work in progress however there has been a significant improvement in Willow & also my knowledge of how to implement the strategies to continue working to resolve her SA. Ingrid was available to contact with any concerns or questions throughout our sessions. The detailed plans provided by Ingrid & the information relating to dog body language were great resources. Thank you Ingrid

Ingrid is very intuitive with animals, and she really cares about fixing their problems! The system she uses worked really well for me and my cat - who has given us various challenges: she's deaf, born feral, bullied by other cats, generally fearful - and a bit of a slasher when under threat!
The vet recommended Ingrid when she also had trouble keeping to her litter tray and was overgrooming so much she broke the skin.
Ingrid's advice fixed these immediate issues - and then following her more general suggestions has made her much easier to handle, and many of these behavioural issues are resolved.
We now enjoy a normal cat/owner relationship.
Well worth seeking Ingrid's help.

Ingrid is a miracle worker. She helped me with my 10 month old cavapoo. He had bad separation anxiety, sitting watching the door as soon as I went out. He couldn’t relax and often cried if I was out for more than a couple of minutes. Ingrid is very professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. Over 12 weeks, we gradually worked up to 2 hours. My dog is now totally relaxed - when I go out he goes to sleep on his bed or the sofa. He’s a changed dog! And I have my life back. I’m immense grateful to Ingrid.

My Vet recommended Ingrid for my little Akita boy because of his separation anxiety. I could not leave him alone for 5 minutes. He hauled and barked for hours. So Ingrid came and met me and the dog and we went through a couple of things that have to be done before she could start her work. She has a wonderful strict yet loving way to educate the dog´s owner and the dog. Almost like parents do :-) But just treats, no harm! She is Avery understanding dog behaviourist and has an open ear for ALL the little and big problems that a pet brings with it. I can definitely recommend her and her methods. Saki can stay at home now for already 2.5 hours after 4 month training. That is awesome. Thank you Ingrid!

Georgie was a very anxious Jack Russell cross rescue dog. We didn't realise just how much of a problem he had with other dogs until we had him home a few days. With Ingrid's help and guidance training Georgie became a lot of fun and he became a much happier dog. I recommend Ingrid to anyone I meet who has a dog that has issues.

We are really glad we contacted Ingrid when we were having issues with our dogs separation anxiety. Ingrid was supportive, knowledgeable and clear with the steps we needed to take in order to help our dog get used to being alone. We have seen a huge difference in our dogs behaviour and levels are calmness when we leave him alone. Ingrid has given us the tools to be able to leave him alone whilst we are at work and we no longer have to worry about this on a daily basis. Not only is our dog happy to be alone now, but we also have the knowledge and skills to be able to work with our dog's anxiety in the future should any change in situation trigger it again. Working with Ingrid had been wonderful, she is so supportive and helpful and we recommend her help to anyone who has a dog with separation anxiety!
K. C.
We knew we needed help with our dog Tom, to be able to train him whilst taking into account his anxiety. Asking for Ingrid's help was the best move we could have made, she gave us clear direction on the issues he had, what course of action would be needed and for how long, and guided us step by step through the whole process.
Fast forward six months and Tom is a much happier, relaxed and trained dog. Ingrid has always been available for any questions we have, and has advised on many topics e.g. from type of cage for the car, to best food, to what the dog's behaviour indicates. She has also been in regular contact with the vet we use, in order to coordinate physical well-being with behavioural improvements.
Lots of reading material for us to learn from, clear and structured training programme tailored specifically for our dog, we can't recommend Ingrid highly enough for anyone looking for help with their pet.
P. B.
Ingrid worked with us a few months ago to help with our two cats. Rudolph and Ginger were both in terrible anxiety condition and we could barely have any sleep at night as Rudolph would be chasing cats in the fence and hurting himself.
We invested in hiring Ingrid and not only we can sleep throughout the night but our cats are living comfortable and happy lives, without having to rush all the time to the vet due to the outcome of fighting other cats.
We have no words to express how Ingrid's work helped us. We are deeply grateful!
D. S.
Ingrid has helped us immensely with our dog Maggie who was extremely nervous and scared around people. She always gave it to us straight and provided helpful training that has worked wonders. We have learnt to look out for triggers and manage the dog's anxiety. We would absolutely recommend her.
J. C.
I would highly recommend Ingrid's programme for any dog's experiencing anxiety or aggression problems. She is very thorough, experienced and dedicated dogs behaviourist. Our dog has made a huge progress due to her support, which positively affected our life as well.
A. G.
Ingrid was wonderfully patient and reassuring when helping us deal with a very anxious and responsive/reactive dog. Her training and advice has given both me and my husband the confidence to be assertive and patient with Bob and has led, over time, to a much happier and relaxed pet.
B. J.
Ingrid got to the core of my dogs problems (mostly anxiety driven) and we prioritised which elements we should tackle first - and slowly slowly they are working - I can take even take her to the Vets now, with less anxiety for all of us. I would highly recommend Ingrid
N.
Ingrid visited us in 2018 to help with our cat who was spraying in the house, we followed the instructions and it helped massively. Ingrid is really thorough with the behavioural modification plan and offers long term follow ups which is brilliant. I would recommend Ingrid and use her again if needed.
D. H.
Ingrid changed our life with our lovely Border Terrier Daisy. She suffers from intense anxiety around other dogs which made walks extremely stressful for both us and Daisy. Now we have a way to manage the situation and Daisy is a different dog. Can't thank Ingrid enough.
E. S.
Our Vet recommended Ingrid to us as we were having behaviour problems with our English Bulldog. Although we had to wait a while as Ingrid was in high demand it was worth it.. Ingrid is straight talking with no fluffy bits. Ingrid was very thorough in her analysis of our dogs background and medical history and worked with us through an 8 week program. Ingrid was available for emails and video calls throughout and I can’t recommend her services highly enough. We have completed the program but Ingrid is still available to answer our questions and help us out. Our dog has made amazing progress which is down to Ingrid’s exceptional ability to understand dog behaviour and how to work with them to get the best outcome. Thank you so much Ingrid

Ingrid is brilliant - very thorough and demanding, but providing you follow her expert guidance, her methods are effective. Sometimes I needed persuasion, but I was always glad she did persuade me, and took the time out to listen to my concerns. I rehomed an anxious jack russel terrier aged 5 years, who had a few issues, incluidng resource-guarding and jogger chasing /nipping. Bob is now a far calmer, happier dog and so is his new owner! Friends say they can really see a difference in him. The acid test was a recent holiday, were we travelled by public transport 5 hours to destination (with Bob muzzled, calm and content) and had a glorious week with my sister, walking and playing on the beech. 4 months ago I'd never have thought that goal would be achievable.

Thank you for your help, guidance, support and reassurance – we have made such huge progress and are grateful for having a normal life again.
It has been a long, and sometimes frustrating road but, with Ingrid’s help, we have made such remarkable progress and everyone, dog and humans alike, are a lot less anxious. We appreciate the difference that having our own lives back makes and would certainly recommend Ingrid for help with any separation anxiety issues your dog may have – we are appreciative of the improvement from zero to four hours.
A. H.
Working with Ingrid was excellent. She took me through everything step-by-step and made the process really clear and manageable. She was on hand any time I needed advice, and communication was very easy and open. I would highly recommend Ingrid, she really helped me understand what was going on for my dog and how to help him cope better. He’s doing brilliantly with his new training and we simply couldn’t have done it without Ingrid.

We found Ingrid when our new rescue Greyhound started exhibiting separation anxiety signs. Best decision! I've been working with dogs for 10 years and she is by far one of the most knowledgable behaviourists I've come across. We could see improvement with our dog within days. If your dog is anxious staying alone, contact Ingrid!
C. D.
We're so grateful for Ingrid's help with our nervous and fearful dog. Before we started working with her, our dog was terrified of every new experience/person/dog that he encountered both inside and outside the home. Ingrid sent us a detailed questionnaire on everything from his diet to his medical history to his daily routine. This was followed by a four hour in-home assessment of our dog, after which Ingrid provided an incredibly detailed training plan for our dog. Over the course of 8 weeks, she had us keep a daily diary of all of our dog's encounters with people and other dogs in various settings. Ingrid reviewed the diary carefully and provided timely feedback to correct the training mistakes we were making with him.
Within days of starting on his new training program, we started to see remarkable changes in our dog's behaviour. Using the counter-conditioning techniques that she taught us, we were able to build his confidence so that he actually enjoys our walks. We still have a long road ahead, and our dog will never be the type that happily runs through a crowd with his tail wagging; but thanks to Ingrid, he is now able to relax and focus on me when we're on a busy street. I used to dread taking our dog for walks, but now I enjoy working with him on our walks and seeing how he improves day by day.
C. D.
We are over the moon with the improvements our dog has made since working with Ingrid. She gave us a detailed plan and took our separation anxiety dog from 8 seconds to 4 hours on her own. Can't recommend enough !

Ingrid helped us with our cat (Jemima) who wasn't always using her litter tray. Ingrid gave us some very helpful advice and almost overnight Jemima had stopped going outside of the tray. On top of that she's now more relaxed and affetion towards us. Without hesitation I would recommend Ingrid to anybody, she's friendly and her help is invaluable. Thanks Ingrid.

It was suggested by my vet to contact Ingrid after having to resort to medication for noise related fears (fireworks, traffic etc) which manifested as anxiety for my 6.5 yr old dog.
Ingrid provided a very comprehensive training plan on noise desensitisation & counter conditioning with weekly support based on positive and reward based training. After 8 weeks the difference is remarkable and the bond between myself and my faithful furry friend is better and stronger than ever.
The support Ingrid provides is second to none and the training really enjoyable for both owner and dog alike. Her understanding of "dog" is first class. Ingrid is no ordinary dog behaviourist she is Dr Doolittle and Mary Poppins combined. There is a reason as to why vets recommend and work with her.
I can not recommend Ingrid enough for her help and guidance. She provided the tools and direction to help when we were a bit lost and now me and the dog are on the right path to happiness. Thank you Ingrid 🐾
C. M.
I inherited a 13 yr old timid Jack Russel who was anxious and traumatised by the loss of her owner. Her world had exploded and I was concerned I wasn't doing the right things for her. I spoke with Ingrid for an hour on the phone and her advice was both extremely helpful and also enormously reassuring - from what to ask for at the medical check up, how to make the little scrap less anxious while giving her more agency, to help with her diet (what and when). I cam away so much better equipped, with lots to do but a clear way forward. Thank you.

Ingrid's help has made such a difference to my dog Milo's separation anxiety. We went from 10 secs to 90mins and he is still improving! He is a happier and calmer dog and we have our life back. She was fantastically supportive through out and kept us going! Can't recommend Ingrid highly enough.
M. W.
Ingrid has been a great help with Marlowe, our Lakeland terrier. He developed fear based aggression and became almost unmanageable around other dogs. Ingrid gave us a framework to understand what he was going through and a range of techniques to gradually help him to feel safe again. He's now a much happier dog and our home life has improved, too. The work with Marlowe is ongoing, as you'd expect, but we feel much more confident that we're on the right track and things are getting better all the time.
L. S.
Ingrid gave us a very helpful programme to deal with our dog's behaviour. The programme was easy to follow, progressive and clear. Ingrid definitely understood the issues with our dog and communicated these across to us. Very helpful throughout the programme!

If you have a dog with a problem you need Ingrid in your life!
I am a vet nurse and have a degree in animal behaviour but when it came to my own dog that suffered badly with seperation anxiety I was struggling. Ingrid has been a god send after 12 weeks I've gone from a dog that howling like a wolf after 11 seconds of being alone to a dog that is completely relaxed for up to an hour being alone. We still have a way to go but with Ingrids backing I'm 100%confident we can get there. Her training schedules are easy to understand follow and implement into everyday life. I cannot thank Ingrid enough for her help and support. If you have a dog with a problem and think it's will be impossible to correct please contact Ingrid. With her help anything is possible even a 5 and a half year old rescue dog! Thank you so much for your help Ingrid x
K. S.
Ingrid has an amazing insight into the behaviours and motivations of pets. She immediately recognised and understood the type of challenges I talked about and talked me through the potential solutions in a way that made me feel confident and empowered to make the change needed. She is obviously very passionate about the wellbeing of animals and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs help or support with a small or big challenge they are experiencing with their furry friends!

Without Ingrid's help, I am sure we would have had ended up rehoming Flo due to her separation anxiety. Before working with Ingrid, Flo was so scared that we were going to leave her that she was peeing in the house when we were there. It was awful to see her in that state and we just didn't know what to do for the best. It was hard work for all concerned but we have now reached a point where we can leave Flo for a couple of hours safe in the knowledge that she is fine. Ingrid was calm, reassuring and supportive throughout the time we worked with her. You can read Flo's story on the website.

Ingrid was incredibly helpful with Alfie our Cavapoo, she provided us with so much information and guidance, she was always there if we had any questions and helped us understand more about why dogs behave the way they do. She worked very closely with our vet too and she was the reason we were able to find out that our dog had back injuries which needed to be managed. Thank you so much Ingrid.
C. M.
I found Ingrid when searching for a cat behaviourist in London and I'm so glad I did! Our cat had been very stressed and urinating on the carpet and other places outside of her tray for a long time and we didn't know what to do. Ingrid came in and offered her expert advice and in no time at all we had a happy cat who no longer goes to the toilet in the wrong places. Ingrid also gave us some excellent advice on what to do when moving house to relieve the stress from our feline friend - it worked a treat! I highly recommend Ingrid to anyone with pets with problems.

Ingrid is amazing! We had used two other dog trainers who were unable to help us with our nervous little rescue Poppy. Ingrid is no nonsense and is up front as to what is achievable. A year after getting Poppy she was still nervous of noises in the house and the men in the household. She spent most of the day hidden under the sofa. She is now very relaxed and spends the majority of the day on her back snoring away. She is still very nervous of traffic and outside noises but we are slowly and surely getting her used to the going out. Do not expect a quick fix, you have to put the work in and it has to be consistent, but you will be glad you did.

Ingrid has made a huge difference for us.
Old dogs can learn new tricks.
We contacted Ingrid when we (finally) admitted to ourselves that we weren't managing our eight year old jack Russell Charm very well. Things had finally got too much when our already busy family expanded with the arrival of our new baby and his behaviour spiralled downwards out of control at times. We concluded that our nervous -and at times nippy at strangers- dog, was perhaps more than we could handle. So contacting Ingrid felt like a last attempt to see if we could do better by our dog, for his and our sake, or else we were considering rehoming him.
Ingrid was very thorough in taking the time to understand us and our needs and giving us the tools to understand him better, train him, and safely manage him. As a result we have a much happier dog who has been interacting safely and happily with people and dogs and we feel confident that provided we keep putting in the work and do the right things (we now know what those things are!) he is not quite the enigma we used to think he was. We even felt slightly sceptical at first that it would be possible to train him aged eight, but really old dogs really can learn new tricks, in fact he enjoys it!
We've always loved him as part of our family, but now he feels less like that awkward distant relative you just put up with, and more like one of our kids (they also need specific rules, entertainment and time).
Thank you so much Ingrid for everything and to anyone reading this wondering whether it's worth the time, money and effort; YES!!!

My dog Lucy had a number of problems - excessive barking, reacting to light reflections and shadows, jumping up at visitors, pulling on the lead... I could go on. Nothing really major but everything together was becoming too much to deal with and I was concerned she would get worse. I'm so glad I called Ingrid, who came in, told me what things to immediately change, what things would take longer to train, and set out a comprehensive plan. After 8 weeks I've seen so much improvement, and have a clear idea of what I need to do to continue her training on my own. Worth every penny.
N. H.
Ingrid was really great and supportive working with us and our dog Monty. From the first meeting, some very quick and simple changes made quite a difference. Over our 8 weeks, Monty became much more attentive to our commands, and his bahviour greatly improved. Thanks Ingrid :-)

Words cannot articulate the difference between now and March when I started with Ingrid. I think its safe to say Oliver was on the extreme end of the sprectrum when it comes to separation anxiety. Being a romanian rescue everything was a new experience. He couldnt be left alone for 10 seconds when we started. I contacted a few trainers before finding Pets with Problems all to no avail and looking back their approach makes little sense. Its been hard work and you need the dedication and I know this isnt the end but Oliver can now quite happilly spend a few hours by himself before work, after work, in the middle of the afternoon all thanks to Ingrid. Have faith in the process!
A. P.
Ingrid has a simple but firm approach to dog training and an easy to follow structure that brought the whole family together in training us as much as our slightly wayward dog!
M. P.
Ingrid has helped so much with my cat Artie. He had become very aggressive - biting and scratching and having tantrums. Most of his behaviour was around food as he had had a bad accident 2 years ago and had to stay in the house while he recovered for 3 months so he had nothing to do but think about food. Ingrid helped me to change his bad habits through food puzzles and lots of playing and toys. The food puzzles have helped enormously as he is having to work for his food whilst being entertained at the same time. Artie is back to being the sweet loving cat he was before the accident. Thank you, Ingrid
S. P.
We had scant hope of sorting out our two fighting Pomeranians, but with Ingrid's help, patience and perseverance we have been able to keep both dogs who may never be best friends but now tolerate each other because of the training Ingrid put in place. Cannot recommend highly enough - THANK YOU INGRID!
E. N.
Ingrid and the team have been amazing with helping our rescue cats integrate. The 2 cats are not related and when we got them they misbehaved. We thought it was because they were in a new environment but after 3 months we realised they don't actually got on with each other. The introduction has been slow but it has really been worth it. Both cats now eat within 2 feet of each other (with a pet gate between them) and they are relaxed and happy. Soon we will move onto the next stage of introductions.

We've just come to the end of our 8 week programme with Ingrid for our nervous/reactive dog Bailey. Ingrid has been absolutely fantastic. Her holistic approach, experience and advice means that we are so much more knowledgeable and better equipped in all sorts of ways to carry on the training and development to help Bailey (and us!) with his issues. Prior to the programme, we were really struggling to know what to do for the best. Bailey's behaviour towards other dogs was getting progressively worse making walks, outings etc. very stressful. Although Bailey is still a work in progress, things have improved considerably. And we feel so much happier and confident going forward. Totally invaluable.

In the past year, our dog had grown increasingly anxious and aggressive around other dogs, including his own friends, to the point where even leaving the house clearly distressed him. I can’t express how distressing it was for us as owners seeing our once happy animal behave like this and we worried there was no way back for him. He was becoming one of those dogs who bark at every other dog they see. He was not a happy guy. Not only did Ingrid help to identify the cause of Milo’s problem - a fear of being attacked, having been attacked a number of times - and advise on a programme to help alter his behaviour but she also helped us to gain a far greater understanding of Milo. In effect we learned to speak dog - with the help of an expert coach - and this will benefit our relationship with Milo for the rest of our life together. There is no silver bullet, as ingrid will say, but we’ve noticed steady improvement and Milo is far happier now, seeking out and playing with other dogs again. He’s also far more obedient. What was most gratifying was the first meeting with Ingrid - sitting down with somebody who was immediately reassuring and could immediately recognise a potential way forward. You only get out what you put in, so you need to be prepared to work hard and follow the instructions to the letter, but Ingrid is there every step of the way.

I have a very difficult, quite damaged little dog (French Bulldog) and I have had so much help from this lady. She is extremely professional in her approach and very knowledgeable on her profession. Her help is continual, always available to contact if things are not going quite to plan which is a great source of comfort for the owner. I would undoubtedly recommend Ingrid to anyone.
J. P.
what a relief to find Ingrid ! My vet recommended her as we were having problems with our neutered Burmese spraying . The family of 4 cats were not happy . I took on board her suggestions and life is now much cleaner and calmer for all of us
M. I.
Without doubt, the best and most thoroughgoing advice I got for a very difficult rescue dog. Ingrid asked intelligent and probing questions which helped so much. Her advice was down to earth and to the point. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Our household and especially our dog owe Ingrid a great debt of gratitude - her advice was spot on and Samson's behaviour has radically improved. She is thorough, conscientious and very good at reading not just the animal but also his wider context and the people around him! The fact that we know we can call on her for help in the future is also very important and appreciated!

We had behavioural issues with our lurcher and through Ingrid’s guidance our dog - and we ourselves - learned how to react better and become a team that is aware of our issues and can rectify them quickly.
J. d. H.
Ingrid was very thorough making a detailed and thoughtful assessment of the problem and providing practical and helpful advice and support as we worked to address the issue.
J. C.
3 hours personal consultation for our very out of control springer, personal plan suited to our and our dogs needs, plenty of understanding and weekly reviews, cannot recommend Ingrid enough! Amazing support and great end results

I can't thank or recommend Ingrid enough..the difference to mine and Dylan's lives is fantastic..I have to admit to being a little sceptical initially but it works it really works. .we are still a work in progress but enjoying it..Thank you again Ingrid...Dylan says thank you to..woof..

In distress about behaviour of my collie, she took time to talk through the problem and offer good advice - even though I was not a client. I am very grateful and very impressed by her understanding of the situation.
N. L.
A joy to work with Ingrid who is highly qualified and experienced and taught me so much about my pet's behaviour and how to resolve it.
