We first met Jacqui in the dog park when my dog took a shining to her and she has been a great source of advice ever since. My terrier had an understanding of commands and good recall but often found himself over-excited and over-stimulated. Jacqui had a very clear and straightforward approach to working on his impulse control and teaching him patience and calm. Jacqui provided an ongoing training plan and has offered continual guidance and support since - advising on the best training treats and kit to keep him engaged plus ideas like snuffle mats and lickimats to keep him challenged at home. In addition to being very knowledgeable, kind and patient with the dogs, Jacqui is also great company for the adults. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Jacqui is the best, her genuine and natural affinty with dogs (and their owners) is unique. It was very impressive how quickly our puppy responded to Jacqui's training. Burt bonded with Jacqui immediately, so much so ,that after just a few of her training sessions we left Burt with her for our holidays. We were never in doubt that with Jacqui, Burt was having the best holiday too! I cannot recommend Jacqui highly enough and already have to many of my fellow dog owners.

Jackie was an amazing support and help with our new puppy. She was knowledgeable about vets, vaccinations, timelines and any and all behavioural issues. From the very start she was available to chat or answer questions and this continued between sessions and beyond. She was a very assuring presence when learning the basics and really took the time to work with us and make sure we were all on the same page going forward. As a result our dog is fully and reliably house trained, and has responded really well to all sorts of new things, tricks and good habits. We couldn’t recommend Jackie more!

Jacqui has been working with us and our lovely Staffy puppy since he was 11 weeks old. As 1st time dog owners (and Staffy owners) we wanted to ensure we had the knowledge, confidence and tools to encourage Buddy to be a friendly and well behaved pup. Thanks to Jaquie we have made amazing progress, with puppy nipping and biting, manners and calm before food, door manners, meeting new dogs/owners and general obedience. We have completed our 5 initial sessions and will continue to work with Jaquie, with a cuppa and catch up at the same time. We learn new ways of working with buddy after every visit and look forward to our sessions always! Work with Jaquie!! She has helped us and buddy so much and is fantastic.

Jacqui has been working with us and our miniature dachshund puppy Dennis since he was around 12 weeks old. Our sessions with Jacqui have always been a pleasure and we always look forward to seeing her again, as does Dennis! Jacqui’s approach is relaxed, friendly and positive. She is really informative and hands on, no question feels like a silly question and she’s quick to give us the reassurance and guidance that we’re after. We mainly worked with her as we are new time puppy owners and wanted that bit of extra support, which is exactly what we got. Dennis has experienced a bit of anxiety and Jacqui has been great at advising us how to manage this too. I would 100% recommend Jacqui if your are looking for a trainer, she’s absolutely fab :)
