M. M.My dog has been going here for well over a year and he absolutely loves it. Their service has been incredible and I've never seen him as excited to see anyone as when they turn up to get him in the mornings!

K. D.I'm so pleased to see the WAG Club expanding. I've used them since they first opened in Muswell Hill and was delighted to hear they opened a second branch in West Hampstead. They are always in such high demand it's great to have two locations in North London where I can book my dog in and know he is happy and safe, with a team he trusts. They are truly dedicated to the dogs in their care and I always feel confident that Rocky is in safe hands when he is spending the day there. The fact they will feed and walk him whilst he is there means all the hard work is done when I collect him after work! Their prices are also competitive compared with other facilities. I'd definitely recommend them!!
E. T.Jamie and his team are incredibly kind, helpful, and my pup absolutely adores them, as well as the space itself. She gallops up to the door with her whole back half wagging when we get close, and comes back home incredibly sleepy and satisfied. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
E.What a brilliant place and total game changer! The Wag Club offers up a great facility with excellent services in London which means my dog doesn't spend hours in the van travelling to and from daycare which means more play time! Jamie and the team are super friendly, professional and great with my dog who seems to absolutely adore them all. Jess the in-house groomer is also amazing, the best I have found.
I thoroughly recommend The Wag Club to anyone considering a doggy day care for their pawsome pooch!
F. J.We came accross Wag Club because a person we crossed on the street recommended it. We thought having that sort of reference was a good sign.
We met with the team there on the first day and they really put us at ease about leaving our 6month old puppy Bailey with them. You could feel the vibe was right, tails were wagging and the location is clean and organized.
When they brought our beloved dog back home, the really nailed the experience by leaving us a not on how our dog behaved the last few days. Nice touch!
we met with owner Jamie who reallky understands the ins and outs and pain points that come with doggy daycare.
all in all it has been a blissful experience and we are so relieved that Wag Club is in our neighborhood!

N. C.Jamie and his excellent team at The Wag Club take brilliant care of our pup five days a week and we couldn't be happier with their service. They are so accommodating (especially with our frequent last-minute changes of plans... sorry guys!) and we often use the daycare service as well as the daily walk. We had never used a dog walking service before but Jamie was very reassuring and thoroughly walked us through the various ways they make sure your home and your pet is safe. Everyone is always so polite and friendly and you really get the sense they are all just dog lovers delighted to be working with dogs! I couldn't recommend them enough.
D. M.Pecan has been to the Wag Club on a number of occasions over the last year, and every time she goes she clearly has an amazing time and comes home exhausted! She adores Jamie and all the staff, and it's obvious how much they all love dogs and how well looked after they are whilst there. The flexibility the Wag Club are able to provide is another major benefit - we only need daycare on a irregular basis, and they have been so helpful as they are happy to accommodate and don't require you to sign up a specific number of days like most daycare centres. We are leaving the area and the Wag Club is one of the things we will miss most about West Hampstead!

The title says it all! The Wag Club has the edge over the rest of the Doggy Daycare market as it is unique with its offering: they love all the dogs in their care; they get one on one care; for me the wonderful and kind hearted Jamie and his team are like family and I know that my dog is truly happy and receives exceptional care and attention. Our dog is a full timer and she can’t wait to go there everyday, also the premises are fully air conditioned and I drop her off in the morning so no travelling in a van like other providers!
I will always be grateful to Jamie and the team they are god’s gift to us
Unfortunately it seems that some vile thing aka Billy Liar! Has left made up reviews, they are just rubbish ignore them
