We met Mark for a training session with our labradoodle puppy and he was extremely helpful. Our puppy took to him immediately and he really helped us to work on our training techniques. Mark also looked after our puppy for 5 days (boarding) when we went away and it was great to know our puppy was in good hands! He sent us picture/video updates, and our puppy came home very happy. He even cried at the front door when Mark left! Thank you Mark - would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for some help with their dog!

Puppy Murphy took to Mark and his training methods instantly from the first session. Mark is a great guy and is clearly very experienced with psychology, training and nutrition - his methods and explanations are great and we will definitely continue our training with him after starting to see notable improvements after just 1 introductory session where he provided plenty of great advice and helpful tips on routines and training style etc.

Our 15 month old Welsh Terrier, Toby, spends a day a week walking with Mark who he absolutely adores. Mark is flexible, accommodating and communicates well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking for a loving, but firm trainer and walker.

When we started with Mark, our 10 month old Labrador was jumping up, nibbling at us while we tried to work, pulling on the lead and generally being disruptive and too rambunctious. After just 4 sessions with Mark, JJ was like a different dog! Mark taught us how to train him gently to walk well on the lead and now he rarely pulls. He showed us how to consistently ignore JJ's inappropriate bids for attention. We needed to work with him every day between lessons, but Mark helped us understand JJ's psychology better - to recognise when JJ was getting frustrated and to have realistic expectations. Now we have a really (mostly!) obedient and (always!) happy dog. At the end, Mark very honestly said we didn't need to keep coming - we appreciate his professionalism and his integrity. Once we're out of the house again during the day, I'm sure we'll be calling on Mark to take JJ on walks. JJ is always thrilled when we run into him now and then on the heath.

Mark at Top Dog K9 Training has been a great dog walker for my dog Chewie for over a year. He has taught Chewie to be a calmer more obedient dog during this time. Chewie's recall has also improved significantly with Mark. He is very reliable and I highly recommend him. Chewie certainly always looks forward to his walks!

Can’t get a better person to take the time to get to know the personality of your pet. Mark is the best walker our dog could get, his advice and tips have helped us with our energetic doggo. He also has all the training of dog handling, nutritionist and behaviourist- pretty helpful options and luckily mark also has the temperament & patience to assist with any dog. He actually works with large dogs which in the north London area is a rarity, as most see a large dog coming and run a mile. His wife and family are also amazing!! They have cared for our doggo on a few occasions with each return our pet being cared for excellently, and getting the best doggo holiday! We are lucky to have him! You would be too, to get his help & you won’t regret your decision going with Mark.
